We are in receipt of Ms*** complaintOur office was retained by *** *** *** with regards to an outstanding balance due themThe files were assigned to our office on August 25, On August 26, our office mailed Ms*** various communications advising her of the outstanding
balance with our clientThe letters were never returned as undeliverableOn September 26, we were able to speak with herUpon informing Ms*** of the reason for our call, she informed us that she had moved and therefore had not received anything from usAlthough we once again explained the outstanding balance, we also obligingly updated the record with her new address and on September 28, mailed her another letter containing the information she requestedThis second mailing was also never returned as undeliverableOn November 28, we again were able to speak with Ms*** wherein upon learning who we were, she abruptly hung up the phoneOn December 1, Ms*** called our office inquiring as to why she was receiving phone calls from usThe agent advised her of the outstanding balance owed to our clientDuring the call, Ms*** again claimed that she has never received anything from our officeAs a result, the agent confirmed that we had her correct address which she personally and previously provided The agent also reminded her of the conversation in September and informed her that our office mailed another communication to the updated address which she had providedQuite simply, Ms*** had multiple conversations with our office where she claimed, for whatever reason, that she didn’t have the previous letters and in each conversation, she requested a new oneAdditionally, during the December 1, conversation, Ms*** also claimed that she had no issues paying the outstanding balance so long as she received something in writingWhile the agent was explaining the above and that our office has had multiple conversations with her and that we have also accommodated her and mailed her the items she requested on more than one occasion, she quipped, do whatever you have to and as she terminated the call, she chuckled and referred to the agent who was trying to assist her, as an a**h***We have reviewed the file and the December 1, conversation and have also spoken with the particular agentWithout a doubt, the agent Ms*** claimed was “rude and ghetto”, referring to his ethnicity, was just the opposite and nothing short of courteous and respectful! While we can appreciate Ms*** position or frustration in not being able to resolve the outstanding obligation, the reference to the agent’s ethnicity is irrelevant and has nothing to do with the situationI trust that we have addressed Ms***’s concernsIn the event she has any additional questions, she may contact me directly at *** *** *** and I will be more than happy to assist and provide her with the various available options that meet with her particular financial situation

Thank you for forwarding Ms***’s complaint and for the opportunity to respond The Credit Reported Trade Lines in question stem from different accounts placed into Collections from the *** Medical Group ranging in dates placed in our office from 1/18/to 2/3/ Our
understanding is that Ms*** is upset that in light of the letter she mailed to our office on May 20, 2016, the aforementioned accounts should not have been reported to the Credit Bureau’s and should be completely deleted from her Credit Report On 1/18/and 2/3/respectively, following the placement of the accounts with our office, we notified Ms*** of same when we mailed her initial letters relative to the accountsOur first conversation with Ms*** did not take place until 3/29/at which time she advised us that she would not be submitting a payment to our office but would instead tender the payments directly to our client. However, she did not tender those payments until 4/25/& 5/23/2016. Unfortunately, the accounts were reported to the bureaus prior to April 25, and May 23, 2016, respectivelyAs a result of her recent direct payments, on June 2, our office notified the Credit Bureaus to reflect that these accounts were “Paid in Full” and are reporting as such. Additionally, while we sympathize with Ms***, we are guided by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and cannot delete accurate trade lines from Ms ***’s credit file as a condition to resolving this matter since doing so, would place us in a position of violating federal law, especially since the items are accurately reporting as paid in full. Notwithstanding, we are happy to assist Ms*** in any way possible and as such, should she have any additional questions or concerns, she may contact us directly Thank you for the opportunity to respondPhillip B

We are in receipt of Donald C Lough complaint. We respectfully disagree with *** ***'s allegations as it appears that he may have inadvertently left out some key facts. Our office was initially retained by *** *** *** with regards to an
outstanding balance due them of $The file was assigned to our office on February 26, for collection of sameThereafter, on March 3, 2016, our office received another account from *** *** *** with an additional outstanding balance due of $25.00, for a total balance due of $Our first contact with *** *** was on April 02, where he acknowledged the debt and made a promise to pay the total due of $He stated he would mail the payment directly to our client and then immediately terminated the call. On April 13, we posted a payment of $to his account, which left him with a remaining balance of $25.00. We subsequently tried to follow up with *** *** regarding his promise to pay the balance which as of today, still remains outstanding. At the time the services were rendered by our client, *** *** signed a consent form authorizing to be contacted at (315) 436- Until the recent complaint, *** *** has never revoked that authorization. Notwithstanding, based on *** ***’s written request, we have noted the file and will no longer communicate with him via telephoneIf *** *** has any additional questions, he may contact us directly at

Receipt of any communication or correspondence from a concerned
consumer is always taken very seriously at Simon’s Agency, IncAs a result, upon
receipt of any communication or concern, we thoroughly
research each and every
one of the consumer’s known issue, always viewing them from the customer’s
perspective
At the outset of course, we do wish to clarify that Mr*** is
not our customerInstead, we represent *** *** of CNY with regards
to an unpaid balance originally owed them by MrAdelberg
The outstanding item was for services rendered to Mr*** on 10/31/14,
which remains unpaid Once our client reports the payment and authorizes
us to remove from his credit report, we will do that
Thank you for the opportunity to address this matter

We have reviewed Ms***’s complaint and can certainly understand her concerns. However, having reviewed the file, we can state that Ms*** is incorrect. The account in question was placed with our office for collections on June 17, for the amount $1,It was subsequently
reported to the credit bureaus on January 23, 2015. Ms*** claims that she recently obtained a copy of her credit report which shows that our office reported a negative trade line on her credit report regarding a past due account with Raymour & FlaniganAlthough we can’t speak as to when Ms*** actually obtained a copy of her credit report, she is correct in so far as on or about January 23, 2015, our office reported the matter to the credit bureaus. Ms*** also claims that she doesn’t owe any money on this particular accountProvided under separate cover is a copy of her payment history with our client showing otherwiseAs you can see, Ms*** was making payments by check on the account in question beginning February 17, 2010, with the last payment having been made on 10/9/in the amount of $60.00. Ms*** also references “these agencies” in her complaint, although I don’t know what other “agencies” or debts she is referring to as our office is only handling this particular accountConsequently, we are unable to speak as to the other “agencies.”While we can appreciate that Ms*** may have contacted the Revdex.com on prior occasions regarding other accounts she might have had in collection with other agencies which, for whatever reason, may have removed or deleted the trade lines, this office cannot do soOnce an account is reported on a consumer's credit report, it normally cannot be removed without legal justificationIn this case, we have reviewed her file and it was properly and accurately reported by our office. I trust that I have addressed each of Ms***’s concerns

Whatever letters were sent I did not receiveI called and spoke to a representative by the name of *** who told me that it could not be removed from my credit because it was two years oldI tried to get some understanding as to what was going on and every time I spoke with her I got a promise to call back WITH NO CALL BACK! I asked to speak to a supervisor, everytime her and I spoke she said one was not availableIf anyone could not be reached it was this collection agencyIf I'm trying to rectify a situation whether it was two years or twenty years old someone from the company that handles the account for *** *** center should be a abailable to speak to someone when it has something other than taking a paymentThe bill was paid and I was told that regardless to it being paid it would remain on my credit report because the account was so oldThat is why I contacted the Revdex.com because I know that not to be trueI want this this off my credit a the end of the day however long it was how ever many letters were sent that I didn't get the bill was paid and I have been reaching out to Simon collection who handles the account I also called my doctors billing dept who said that they sent a request to remove from this company and it hasn't happened yet! This is deterring me from obtaining further credit and it's a negative blemish on my account WHEN IT WAS NOT THE FAULT OF ME! Perhaps their representatives should be trained better and a little more knowledgeable on what the procedures are and more supervisors available when customers have questions , it shouldn't be only about aggressively collecting a debt but to also help he debtor solve a resolution that could possibly have been a mistake! It is still to this day on my credit as a negative remark so this company has made no effort to remove it WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW

Thank you for forwarding Ms***’s comments and for the opportunity to respond.our office represents Raymour & Flanigan. On January 28, 2016, our client assigned the account in question to our office. Thereafter, upon confirming the information provided by our client, we mailed
an initial letter to Ms*** to her addressThe communication was never returned as undeliverableMs*** is correct only in that our client offered her an opportunity to resolve the obligation before it was assigned to our officeSpecifically, our client provided her with a proposal in September of Unfortunately, she did not avail herself of that opportunityThe same proposal was extended to her again in December of Regrettably, for whatever reason, Ms*** did not take advantage of the opportunity which ultimately resulted in the file being assigned to our office. Although we have tried to reach Ms*** on multiple occasions since the file was assigned to our office, we were met with negative results and our calls to her were never returned. We first heard from Ms*** on May 9, when she filed the Dispute alleging that she has never been contacted by a collection agencyOn May 12, 2016, Mr*** ***, contacted our office and offered to resolve the account for $1,Mr*** identified himself as Ms***’s husbandDuring the call, he requested a call back from one of our managers. Later that day, Todd, a manager in our office returned Mr***’s call During the call, the settlement offer was confirmedAdditionally, Mr*** was informed that upon receipt and clearing of the payment, the Credit Bureaus would be notified and the trade lines would be updated to reflect that the account as settled. On May 19, we also mailed Ms*** a letter confirming the account was settled in full. Ms***’s claim that we discussed this debt with a third party is absolutely inaccurateWhile we did respond to a call initiated by Mr*** who identified himself as her husband and who offered to resolve the outstanding obligation, we have had absolutely no contact with anyone else regarding this account, nor would weIn fact, to the extent that she is referring to her husband, the only way Mr*** would have known to call us is if Ms*** provided him with our name and contact information. I trust that we have responded to Ms***’s concernsHowever, in the event she has any additional questions or concerns, or if we can assist in any other way, she may contact me directly at ###-###-####. However, to the extent that it would involve removing an accurately reported trade line as a condition to resolving this complaint, I’m afraid that we will not be able to assist her since the item is reporting accurately as settled

Receipt of any communication or correspondence from a concerned
consumer is always taken very seriously at Simon’s Agency, IncAs a result,
upon receipt of any communication or concern, we thoroughly
research each and
every one of the consumer’s known issue, always viewing them from the
customer’s perspective
At the outset of course, we do wish to clarify that Ms*** is
not our customerInstead, we represent *** *** *** with
regards to an unpaid balance originally owed them by Ms***
This is the first we have heard of Ms*** concernsHad she
contacted our office directly, we believe the matter could have been resolved
The subject account was referred to our office for collection on
February 4, based on Ms*** unwillingness or inability to pay
*** *** *** directlyThereafter, we mailed Ms*** a
formal demand letter and attempted to contact her by phone in order to arrange
for payment of same
We did not receive a response from Ms*** until May 15,
At that time, during our telephone conversation, we spoke with Ms*** who
acknowledged the debt and claimed she mailed a payment to our client on May 2,
Following our conversation with Ms*** we immediately contacted our
client and confirmed they received the subject payment on May 15,
As a courtesy, our personal internal policy and, certainly not one
required by law, is to not report matters to the Credit Bureaus until days
after the account is placed with our officeIn this case, the matter was
reported to the Credit Bureaus in what appears to be the time frame that Ms
*** may have submitted payment directly to our clientHad she contacted us
directly in the first place, this issue could have been avoided
Equally, this is the first we have heard from Ms*** in what
is now going on two yearsDuring that time, as it relates to this particular
matter, Ms*** credit report was and continues to be accurately reported
as paid in full.
In any event, we have relayed Ms*** recent concerns to our client who, based on the above, has authorized us
to remove the trade line from Ms*** credit report.
I trust that this resolves the matter to everyone’s satisfaction
If Ms*** has any additional questions or concerns regarding this
matter, she may contact us directly.
Thank you for the opportunity to address this matter.Compliance Dept

The account was placed with our office on May 9, 2012. On
May 11, 2012, a demand letter was mailed. We also attempted to establish
telephone contact with Mr*** with negative results.
On June 11, 2012, we received a call from his mother, (*** ***)Ms*** wanted to
discuss the account and also claimed that she would
be responsible for the debtHowever, we were unable to discuss the account
with her nor provide her any specific information given
the various privacy issues, and such was explained to her.
Thereafter, on September 25, we received a call directly from
Mr*** who wished to dispute the debt and requested additional information
After providing validation of the debt directly to Mr***, he set up payment
arrangements on the accountConsistent with the arrangements, we received
payments from him, via a credit card payment, on the following dates:
1/25/
3/14/
4/10/2013
Once the account was paid in full, we notified and reported the
matter as such to the credit bureaus.
Mr*** is correct in the arrangement he made with our office in
that once the account was paid in full, it would be reported to the credit
bureaus as suchHe is also correct in that we informed him that we do not
delete accounts from credit bureaus once they are paid in full unless there was
something about the information being reported to the bureaus which is
inaccurate or incomplete. In this case, the account has been paid in full
and the trade line reflects as such.
If Mr*** has any additional questions or if he would like to
discuss this further, he can reach us at ###-###-####.
Thank you

Thank you for forwarding Mr*** complaint and allowing us the opportunity to respond. Our office was retained by The *** *** for an outstanding balance due themInitial correspondence was mailed to Mr*** on 08/30/It is possible that there may be some confusion with this recent
account and an older balance in the amount of that was paid in full on December 19, 2016.On 9/06/and 9/07/we received voicemail from Mr***, and attempted to return the calls on both 9/07/and 9/13/2017, but were never able to reach Mr***.Finally, and notwithstanding any of the above, on September 21, 2017, we were informed by our client that they were recalling the account and as such, the account is now closed with our office.I trust that we have addressed Mr*** concernsHowever, in the event that I may be able to further assist him, he may call me directly at *** *** ***

upon receipt of any communication or concern, we thoroughly
research each and
every one of the consumer’s known issue, always viewing them from the
customer’s perspective
At the outset of course, we do wish to clarify that Ms*** is
not our customerInstead, we represent *** *** Group with regards to an
unpaid balance originally owed them by Ms***
The outstanding item was for services rendered to Ms*** on
May 29, 2013, which remained unpaid
Based on Ms*** recent complaint, she contends that she had
a *** bill in the amount of $which had gone unpaid as a result of an
error on the part of her insurance companyShe also maintains she was not
aware of the outstanding item and that as soon as she found out about it, she
re-submitted the bill to her insurance company who then immediately paid same
Whether deliberately or through inadvertence, Ms*** has
however misrepresented a number of key items
The account was originally placed with our office on July 8,
Upon placement and specifically on July 10, we mailed Ms*** a demand
letter which was never returned as undelivered(As an aside, we were advised
by our client, *** *** Group that they had also mailed an entire year’s
worth of statements to Ms***, at her request, prior to the account being
placed with our office for collection.)
Unfortunately, we had no contact or communication from her until
January 29, when she told our office that she would “look at her insurance
records” and then call us back
We did not hear from her again until April 8, 2015,
some two months later, when we received a credit report dispute from herAfter
fully investigating the matter, we responded to the dispute in a timely basis
advising that the trade line was being reported correctly
We then received three additional credit report disputes from Ms
***These were on April 10, 2015, April 21, and April 22,
Again, we investigated the situation and reported that the matter was being
correctly reported
Thereafter, on April 24, 2015, Ms*** contacted our office
claiming that the outstanding balance item was already paid by the insurance company and
that she would fax us proof of same. Of course, we were lead to believe
and understand that the matter was paid some time ago
On April 25, 2015, we received a copy of an “Explanation of
Benefits” issued by *** Insurance dated April
24, advising that on April 23, 2015, ***
processed a check to our client for the outstanding item
Regrettably, had Ms*** actually followed through with her
representations to our office of January 29, as well as similar representations
she made to our client before the matter was referred to our office for
collection, she could have avoided this entire situation
In any event, we have relayed Ms*** recent concerns to our
client who is investigating the paymentIf our client confirms and authorizes same, we will remove from the credit report
I trust that this resolves the matter to everyone’s satisfaction
If Ms*** has any additional questions or concerns regarding this matter,
she may contact us directly at ###-###-####
