The claim of a missing payment was not brought to our attention until November 9, 2016. We have now located an additional placement for Ms*** which was received by the Simon’s Agency in November but did not contain identifying information which would add the file to her existing
balance. That has been rectified and the files are now linked together. The unlinked file includes a payment of $in April and that amount has now been properly credited to her requested providers. However, we should like to point out the file notes indicate the name on the check is not that of Ms*** which would explain how it could be applied elsewhere In order to research the payment of October 2016, she will need to provide us with the check number or preferably, a copy of the check so that we can investigate further Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter

To Whom It May Concern,
In regards to Ms***’s
complaint, please be advised that Ms*** came into our office on 10/1/
with a Cease & Desist letter which we immediately acted upon
by removing her phone number
from our dialer which only places one call per day, not per
hour
She has not received any calls
from our Agency, manually or otherwise since 10/1/so I am confused as to why
we are receiving a complaint days later.Should you require any
additional information, please feel free to contact me at the number below

We are in receipt of Mr*** complaint. For clarification, although MrDorfman claims he made a payment on 4/18/2016, he actually made the payment on 4/19/at approximately 1:pm. As it relates to his credit report, we do not report to credit bureaus on a daily
basis but instead report in a periodic cycleMr*** payment was received on April 19, and was reported to the credit bureaus on April 22, 2016, just three (3) days after receipt of his payment. Depending on when he last reviewed his credit report after he made the April 19, payment, it may not yet have been updated by each of the individual credit bureaus, a situation in which we have no control. I trust that we have addressed Mr*** concernsIn the event he has any additional questions, he may contact us directly

Thank you for forwarding Ms*** complaint and allowing us the opportunity to respond. Our office was retained by *** * *** and *** *** for outstanding balances due themThe *** * *** account was placed with our office on 6/17/2014, and the *** ***
account was placed with us on 10/9/Initial communications were sent out on 6/20/and 10/9/respectively, and neither letters were ever returned as undeliverableWe have had only one communication with Ms*** regarding these accountsDuring the communication that occurred on 12/18/2015, Ms*** stated both outstanding balances were the result of identity theftHowever, in her letter to the Revdex.com , she stated that both accounts were paid in fullTo date, we have not received any documentation from her to support either of these two contradictory claims, and upon contacting the respective clients, each confirmed that both balances are still open with their officeEqually, both clients have indicated they have no record of identity fraud and both accounts are validI trust that we have addressed Ms*** concernsHowever, in the event that I may be able to further assist her, she may call me directly at (315) *** ***

This company claims they update the credit reports periodically. What they put on my credit report is negative when it should be a positiveThey are avoiding the issueI paid this bill and they put it down as if I still owe this moneyThey are committing credit fraudEveryone who pays them should be refunded there moneyI worked for a collections agency10% of the people are going to pay there billThis company had to refund me my money because they are either dishonest or incompetentIn months they are going to try to collect this bill again

We are in receipt of Mr*** complaintThank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond Our office was retained by *** *** *** *** with regards to an outstanding balance due themThe files owed for services provided to Mrs*** were assigned to our office on
August 23, On August 25, our office mailed Mrs*** communication advising her of the outstanding balance with our clientThe letters were never returned as undeliverable On September 20, we received a call from Mr*** advising us that he would have his wife call. We received a call from her on September 23, During this conversation, Mrs*** informed us that she made payment arrangements with our client to make monthly payments On October 27, we again received a call from Mr*** stating that they have been making monthly payments directly to our clientAt the time of the call we had no record of any payments being made and asked him for more detailed information in order to expedite the confirmation of the payments Since December 2nd, we received multiple calls from Mr*** informing us that they will not make payments to a collection agency, but refused to provide information necessary for our office to research and verify his claim of making monthly payments to the client. In addition, from September through December 2, we initiated inquiries directly with the client. It was not until recently that the client was able to confirm that they have posted direct payments to the account and as such, our records have been updated. Had we been initially provided the requested information from Mrand Mrs***, we would have been able to resolve the matter much sooner although we suspect, understandably, that as soon as they received the collection notices from our office, they may have believed that by finally addressing the situation directly with the client would somehow resolve the situation As a result, while we can appreciate their position, we must also point out that to date, the account has never been recalled from our office and we still remain the point of contact with regards to this matter. As to the balance of the complaint, we have reviewed the phone calls associated with the accounts and at no time were Mror Mrs*** threatened or lied to nor spoken to in an unprofessional manner. I trust that we have addressed Mr*** concernsIn the event that either Mror Mrs*** have any additional questions, I can be reached directly at (***) *** *** and will be happy to assist

outstanding obligations on 04/29/2016, 06/14/2016, and 07/07/None of the communications were ever returned as undeliverableConsequently, Ms*** suggestion that she has never received any communication from our office is confusing, especially since our client also mailed similar invoices to her at the same home addressWith regards to Ms*** allegations of receiving calls from our office calling times per day and up to 9pm, not only is it not the case, but its also an impossibilityOur office is only open from a.muntil p.m., Monday through FridayIn addition, the procedures we have in place would never allow or permit calls per day to the same number as Ms*** suggests In fact, we have confirmed same by exhaustively reviewing her account Respectfully, it may be that Ms*** is mistaken or perhaps confusing our office with someone elseAs for Ms*** willingness to pay the outstanding balances due, but not wanting to pay by phone, we appreciate same and point out that Ms*** has various options available to her, including via check or money orderIn addition, she also has the option of paying the client directlyFinally, we did speak with Ms*** on February 8, wherein she notified our office for the first time that she did not wish to receive any further calls and we noted the file accordinglyI trust that we have addressed Ms*** concernsHowever, in the event that I may be able to further assist her, I can be reached directly at *** *** ***

*** an initial communicationThe letter was never returned as undeliverableThe account was subsequently reported to the credit bureaus on 09/11/From 06/06/until 9/14/2016, we have had only three (3) conversations with Ms***: one on July 10, 2014; one on July 18, and the third on September 14, During the 07/10/and 07/18/conversations, Ms*** stated that her mother had insurance at that time which she believed covered the services rendered and that she would follow up with her mother and then call us backUnfortunately, we never received any calls from herOn 09/14/we were able to again reach Ms***Contrary to her assertions, no threats of any kind were made! During this short conversation, Ms*** asked that we not call her again and the account was noted accordinglyMoreover, our staff had to politely terminate the conversation given that Ms*** was raising her voiceI trust that we have addressed Ms***’s concernsIn the event she has any additional questions, she may contact us directly at ###-###-####

Thank you for forwarding Ms*** comments and for the
opportunity to respond.Receipt of any communication or correspondence from a concerned
consumer is always taken very seriously within our companyUpon receipt of the
communication, I personally conducted a thorough research of Ms
***’s
issues
Unfortunately, Ms*** was called by mistake with regards to
the underlying account. In fact, we had already identified the issue even
before receiving the instant notice from the Revdex.comThe error was caused by a
system glitch which we identified and immediately corrected on 5/13/at approximately
2:00pm.
I have also asked our manager to reach out to Ms*** to
apologize to her and to let her know the account is closed with no adverse
action
If Ms*** has any additional questions or concerns regarding
this matter, she may contact us directly
Thank you for the opportunity to address this matter and trust
that this resolves the issue to everyone’s satisfaction

Thank you for forwarding *** *** complaint and allowing us the opportunity to respondOur office was retained by *** *** *** for an outstanding balance due themThe file was placed with our office on 6/17/and an initial correspondence was mailed to *** *** on
6/20/On 3/21/we received a fax on behalf of *** ***, stating that he was disputing the debtThere was neither a reason given for the dispute, nor were any supporting documents providedAs soon as we received the dispute, *** ***'s account was noted as disputed and the respective credit bureaus were notifiedOn 3/30/validation of the debt was also mailed to *** ***The letter was never returned as undeliverableAdditionally, and for clarification, our office does not report to all three (3) bureaus as suggested by *** ***, but instead only report to Experian and EquifaxConsequently, on 4/24/Experian and Equifax were notified and the particular record was subsequently placed back on *** ***’s credit report with a dispute statusConsequently, while we understand that *** *** would like a complete deletion from his credit report of this particular account, we are not able to legally do so since the item is reporting accurately as disputedI trust that we have addressed *** ***’s concernsHowever, in the event that I may be able to further assist him, he may call me directly at *** *** ***

Our office represents
Raymour & Flanigan with regards to an unpaid balance owed them by Mr

Thank you for forwarding Ms*** complaint and allowing us the opportunity to respond. We were retained by our client on 12/22/for an outstanding balance due themAn Initial correspondence was mailed to Ms*** on 12/23/2016.On 2/9/we were contacted by Ms*** who requested a copy of
the original billDue to a delay in being provided an original directly from the client, we provided Ms*** with copies of the relevant documentation we had in-house and mailed it to her current addressSince that time, we have been in communication with our client and as a result, we have closed the account and notified the credit bureaus to delete the relevant trade lines associated with this accountI trust that we have addressed Ms***' concernsHowever, in the event that I may be able to further assist her, she may call me directly at ###-###-#### X

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I would like the business to provide the Revdex.com with the documentation bearing my signature that proves the debt belongs to meAs of today, I have yet to receive those specific documentsI can provide the letters I have sent certified mail that went unanswered.

Thank you for forwarding MS***’ complaint and allowing us the opportunity to respond. Our office was retained by *** *** on 04/03/for an outstanding balance due them.An initial communication was sent to her on 04/04/The communication was never returned as
undeliverable.Having heard nothing from Ms***, on or about 08/08/the account was reported to the credit bureaus.Thereafter, the only contact we had with Ms*** was on 2/24/2018, wherein she called our office offering to resolve the account, with the agreement that we delete the entry reported to the credit bureaus. The agent informed Ms*** that we report accurate information, and upon payment, the bureaus would be updated to reflect that the account was paid in fullMs*** ended the call and, less than minutes later called back hoping to reach a different agent, presumably with a different answerHowever, the same agent received the call and again informed Ms*** that we would update the credit report with a paid in full status once her payment was received but that we had no legal authority to remove or delete the trade lines as it is accurate as reported.Consequently, while we appreciate and certainly understand Ms*** position, not receiving the desired answer to her request does not constitute rude and disrespectful behavior. While we understand that Ms*** would like a complete deletion from her credit report of this particular account, we are not able to legally do so since the item is reporting accuratelyEqually, once payment is received, and as previously explained to her, the item will be accurately and properly reported as paid in full.I trust that we have addressed Ms***’ concernsHowever, in the event that I may be able to further assist her, she may call me directly at ###-###-#### X

Thank you for forwarding Mr*** comments and for the
opportunity to respond. The outstanding items assigned to our office for collection were for services rendered to Mr***r and are comprised of eight (8) separate collection items, five (5) of which were assigned to us between and 2015. Our understanding is that Mr***r is upset in that he claims a number of items are outdated and that Simon’s refuses to negotiate a payment with him for any of the balancesHe also believes that he should only pay for that which he can afford and only if the any negative trade lines are removed from his credit report. Respectfully, it seems that Mr***r may have inadvertently omitted some information from his complaint. Following the assignment of the files, we attempted to reach Mr***r on a regular basis with little to no resultsOn several occasions and after speaking with him, he did make representations that he would pay sameIn fact on two occasions, he claimed that he had just woken up and would call us backRegrettably, that never happened. On April 11, 2016, Mr***r contacted our office and voluntarily offered to pay the sum of $(the amount of all files assigned, less one for $which he had previously paid in full) on the condition that all negative trade lines be removed from his credit reportHe was advised that the matter would have to be reviewed with the client. We reached out to him again on April 13, and April 14, with negative results. We spoke with him again on April 15, wherein this time, he voluntarily offered to pay $but only so long as all of the items were removed from his credit report. On May 16, 2016, with our client’s consent, a tentative arrangement was reached with Mr***r. Notwithstanding, on May 17, 2016, at approximately 2:PM, Mr***r communicated to our office that he had once again changed his mind and was now only willing to offer to make arrangements on accounts which were actively appearing on his credit report and only if the items were completely removed from his trade lineWhen he was informed that our office could not delete trade line items that are being reported as accurate and that they would only be reported as paid in full, Mr***r immediately stated that he would therefore refuse to make any payments whatsoever. Thereafter, we received a call from him on May 18, wherein he requested the dates of service and amounts due for each item, which was provided to him. Respectfully, our client has no obligation to settle any account for less than the amount owed. We are happy to help Mr***r and in that regard, he may contact us directly to discuss and resolve sameHowever, to the extent that it would involve removing accurately reporting trade lines from his credit report as a condition to resolving his outstanding obligations, I am afraid that we will not be able to assist himThe items will however be reported as paid in full at such time as they meet that criteria

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to note, the checks do not have my name on the checking account however it certainly contains my "file number" to reference my account at SimonsI do in fact have both check copies and would be more than happy to provide Simons with them.
Regards,
*** ***
