None of those debit to my card were valid or authorized, I want my money back.   I was promised a refund from Plant fitness, they cancelled my membership because they could not track where my the unauthorized payments were being sent.  I want my refund.

Good Afternoon.[redacted] stated that she cancel in June 2015 in which membership was not cancel. Therefore membership was cancelled on July **,2015. She was charge on June [redacted] for $40.76 June [redacted] for 20.89 and July [redacted] for 20.89 Ttotaling $82.54.  We have sent out second check on 8/**/2015. [redacted]. Good Morning Our Planet Fitness trainer in Flatbush had resigned, in place we had our staff help out with training, in the mean time we where conducting interviews, As of last week we are proud to welcome a new trainer to our facility.

complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

First of all,  I was never notified by e mail at any time about the closing, or that my personal banking information would be transferred to another independently owned franchise without my permission.  I read in my contract that they could move my membership to a nearby location, but I never authorized my payment information to be transferred to anyone else without my ok.   I only received two e mails for the duration of my membership; one to confirm when I joined, and one to confirm my cancellation of my membership.  I received only one actual letter in the mail from the location; in the summer of 2016, asking me to help recruit new members.   My point is they had more than enough information to let me know of the closure, and they were ethically bound to notify me that my banking information was also being given to another location.  This never happened.  They can confirm by my check-ins at the gym that I was not there when the supposed sign work was hung up.  they can also confirm I never went to the new location.  At this point they needed to notify me .  I had tried for months to leave messages and talk to an actual representative to find out why I was still being charged, and I never received a return message.  The main headquarters never answers the customer service line.   I am seeking a refund because I did not at any time receive any type of notification about the closing or the haphazard distribution of my banking information.  Only [redacted] had permission to bill my account.
