I personally went to planet fitness and changed my billing information. I was assured by front desk that I'll be getting billed with my new bank account and I wasn't. I called and went to the gym to speak to the manager and my problem has yet to be resolved. He also gave me the number to a borough manager and her number wasn't working. Then he gave me corporates number and I called them twice and I haven't received a call back. Mind you this has been going on since December. I want planet fitness to reimbursement for charging the wrong account. Thank you.

I was transferred to to the [redacted] location from the [redacted] location without any notification.I only found out [redacted] was closed by going there (I don't go often, mostly in the colder months.)I don't want to use the [redacted] location. So I...
want a refund of monies I paid for a new annual fee which they charged in September (I'm assuming they knew they were closing then.), the monthly amount I paid since they closed, and cancellation of my membership. I read on the NYS department of State website a memo that appears to apply titled "Licensing of Health Club Services (June 2016)" in section 623 whcih states "5. No contract may be assigned by one health club to another health club not located on the same premises without written consent of the buy-er." I was perfectly willing to continue attending [redacted] Ave, but not the [redacted] location. Since they are cancelling (by closing the location), I don't think I should have to pay a cancellation fee.
