Can you cancel my complaint? I had my problem resolved via email. I am annoyed that none of the companies contact numbers actually work but I had my receipt provided so I’m content

Two issues with the company's responsethey did not reach out to me initially to let me know the items were backordered, only after I inquired did they tell me it was backordered When asked how long it would take for the items to ship, I was told "in the next week" Two months later the complaint process started I have reason to believe the company did not refund my order until I followed up with them againThere's no way the refund took over three weeks to be returned to my card

I received a check on Sat. 6/4 . The check was dated 5/5 for the full amt. So I am satisfied that I received check.

Upon checking your order, we can confirm that a return was processed several weeks ago, on Dec 9th. As per your RMA set up with Jeff, a full refund was issued on that day. A note on your order indicates that an email confirmation of the return was also sent on the 9th, but we apologize if you didn't...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  There was plenty of time for the order to be cancelled, as I had requested the cancellation prior to the notification of the delayed shipment... but, what is done is done and I'm not going to waste any further time on the matter...  This business does not represent good business practices and I could back it up with the emails and dates, but, again, what is done is done and I'm going to drop this matter...

Very sorry to hear about the missing piece. This particular product is pre-packed at the factory, and placed into a retail box. We do not open retail packaging prior to shipment to make sure everything is there for various reasons, but we always make it right if and when something is broken or...

missing. We do regret the delay in shipping your order, and we tried to make it clear to you when you decided to wait instead of opting for one of the in-stock colors that could ship right away. Based on your desire to receive the version you ordered, and our inability to send it right away due to manufacturer backorder, we did add two free oils to your order, and we did ship them out the same day you decided to wait as you indicated they would be useful to you without the fountain. On the receipt in that box, there was a note at the bottom to let you know the fountain was shipping separately, and it also indicated a credit due for the cost of the fountain that was not yet fulfilled. The missing part was shipped out the same day you notified us via email that it was missing from the box, and you should have it already. We understand that there may have been some shipping damage to the bowl as well, so we have issued a $5 credit to your original payment method to account for the chip. We do hope you are enjoying your new fountain, but please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
