We have located the account based on the information the customer has providedWe apologize that the customer was not satisfied with our product or the service they received, however the customer was refunded on multiple occasions between 12/6/and 1/5/based on multiple partial refunds, totaling the amount of $? This complaint can be closed. Siren Song did credit the money back to my credit card which they claimed they couldn't do because it was frozen. *** ***
