This complaint can be closed. Siren Song did credit the money back to my credit card which they claimed they couldn't do because it was frozen. *** ***

The customer was refunded on 2/9/If the customer has not received the refund, they will need to contact their bank with the following information:? Refunded - $Trans-ID: ***We will also be mailing a refund check for $for the original orderPlease allow 7-business days

I have NOT received the refund that the company said they would submit… I do NOT wish to close this case until it is resolved.? Additionally, I want to be refunded the amounts I spent to ship the item back to them, and I’m getting to the point where I’d appreciate damages? ? Thank you,? *** ***? ?

Ms. [redacted]Customer Service Supervisor Siren Song 8662 Balboa Avenue i404San Diego CA 92111RE: Damaged productDear Ms. [redacted]Yesterday I received a note plus a check for $9.90 in reference to a defective product about which had notified your Company several months ago. also filed a complaint with the Better Business Association after your telephone representative refused to issue a refund citing a 30% restocking fee. I could understand such a policy if I was returning the product simply because disliked it but the alarm was broken while still in its original packaging.attempted to mail the item back to your company immediately after the telephone contact. The package was mailed to the above address. Approximately ten days later, the package was returned to me as undeliverable and it is sitting in my office.I am puzzled by the check in the amount of $9.90. It was my understanding that the entire purchase price had been refunded earlier and your company had replaced the amount on my Credit card. Perhaps you can explain to me why the refund check was issued. I will hold it until hear from your office.would like to return the package and I am willing to mail it again if you can advise me of the correct location to send it.
