I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be partially satisfactory to me.  I would also appreciate the amount that it cost me to return the item to SirenSong (I would accept $5.00 for postage) in addition to the return of my original purchase price.  I would also like to make sure that my card is NOT charged for the subscription.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

resolved.Please be advised that I had a few more conversations with this company, and that, after many emails back and forth, they did finally refund my money.   Total amount of $66.90 was refunded on or about 1/11/2017.   Thank you for your time!

section. We have located the account based on the information the customer has provided. We apologize that the customer was not satisfied with our product or the service they received, however the customer was refunded $54.85 on 1/17/17 for their order.
