In reference to ID #***, we had a residence staying in that sent a complaint to your company about a refridgerator & the doorThe refridgerate stopped working we told them we had to get another one the told us that they was getting another fridge from somewhere else, That is why we
didn't get them another one, & if you look a fridge & a microwave is not a must have in a hotelWe do not have to provide either oneAs for the door before the moved in the door worked with a master key, the computer in the door is messed up but we could let them in with a master key until the ladies kids that stayed in broke the lock to where we couldn't even let them in with the master keyThe issue with her saying we kicked her out that was the owner spoke with Amanda Burnett face to face in the office & told her that she could stay but they chose to leave anyways the next dayWe had trouble from them from day one with the kids breaking thingsIf you have any other questions you can call me at 317-839-6584,My name is Pamela H***We don't have any other issues withThank you, Pamela H***

I rented a car from SIXT rent a car for about and a half monthsJust recently their was an incident where the car was parked outside and my spouse was sitting in the car and cops pulled up detain himSo they contacted SIXT rent a car to retrieve the rentalwhen they did they contacted me to notify me but claim their was a scratch on the back left doorA scratch that was not their when in my possessionThe scratch was not bigger then a dollar billthe associate first tried to charge me $for the scratchand I refuse so she lowered it to estimated out the top of her head, not threw a repair shopI ask for the estimated receipt and She said she rather not because it may be higher then what she estimatedI Kepted my belonging in her possession until I paid off that balanceI was charge $and kept my $security deposit
