I went to Port Credit to have my underarms treated with Botox for sweat concerns.

The office was beautiful and the staff was amazing. Carmina, my nurse injector, explained the procedure to me in great detail. We did a medical Skype call with the Dr and I was ensured I was a good candidate for the service.

Carmina injected a series of injections to both my armpits. It was a fairly easy process. I had a little swelling for a day or two but nothing serious. It's been 2 months now since I have had my treatment and it's been life-changing! :)

I am a big gym goer and I have to say, I have no sweat anymore. My outfits stay dry and I'm able to wear whatever I want.!!!

I highly recommend the Skin Vitality team and thank you so much for helping me with a rather embarrassing topic.

On May 30, 2018, I signed an agreement to buy a service from Skin Vitality: cool sculpting for the chin + laser hair removal for a total of $2,203.50.The cool sculpting package also came with four treatments of *** Freeze.

I have made a total of 4 payments thus far, totaling $762.32. I emailed the company several times beginning in October to cancel this agreement as a result of non-disclosure(s) as described in the Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
The company has failed to even acknowledge my emails.

I was sold a service which was not suitable for me which resulted in furthering my areas of concern. I sent photo proof to the company as well.

I have spent a lot of time and money visiting Skin Vitality since May 2018, and I am not getting the results I was promised. Bottom line, I was taken advantage of ***

I met with office manager, *** at the Mississauga location in May 2018. I was having concerns about two lines forming on my neck, and so I asked Ms. if there was anything Skin Vitality had that would tighten the skin up. She said yes, but before she got to the solution, she grabbed a clamp-type tool from behind her desk and used it to grab the bit of fat under my chin, and said to get the best results I should do Cool Sculpting first, before doing the treatments to tighten up the area. I was told the Cool Sculpting would remove the fat and that the *** treatments would tighten up my neck. I felt rushed during the consult and signed up despite the fact I was under pressure.

A few days later, on June 4, I emailed Ms. to advise I was re-considering the "extras" I signed up for and wanted to only stick with the laser hair removal. I received only phone calls from Ms., and we decided on meeting before my first scheduled laser hair removal appointment on June 19 to further discuss. Again I was told that the Cool Sculpting is necessary for me to get the results I want.

I had my Cool Sculpting treatment later that month, and even the technician, ***, said "you don't even really need this" as she was taking my "before" pictures. I then made several follow-up visits starting a few weeks later to commence the *** sessions. Nine weeks of treatment and my chin + neck area are actually worse than when I started - now I have three lines on my neck + I have developed a pocket of loose skin under my chin. (shown in the photo I sent in.)

High-pressure sales tactics were used to prey on my insecurities, and I want my contract cancelled immediately. I am not even asking for a refund of the money I already paid, but I wish to pay them not one cent further. In order for this to happen, Skin Vitality must contact Health Smart, the finance company, and put it in writing that they are cancelling my contract. I'm currently racking up NSF fees waiting for Skin Vitality to respond to my several attempts to reach them.

This patient completed a Fat reduction treatment (Coolsculpting) which helped to reduce fatty tissue in the area. Patient now feels that the tissue needs to be tightened as the Coolsculpting has done its job. We have offered 5 Skin Tightening sessions free of charge. (Value of $1200). We are happy to add an additional 3 sessions bringing the total to 8 sessions. The patient has signed an informed consent and a contract indicating that we do not honor refunds for services rendered.

Under false pretenses I was sold services that caused my skin to sag. Had I known that cool sculpting would have done this I wouldn't have signed up. This company uses high pressure sales tactics, and they are good at it. Consumers should be protected by businesses making false claims. I have been for nine *** freeze sessions, once per week over the summer and my neck area is not any better. I do not think 3 additional sessions of a service that does not produce results is worth the $2,000+ I spent at Skin Vitality.

The services I received at Skin Vitality left me with sagging skin. I went for double the amount of recommenced tightening treatments and my skin is still sagging, even with 7 additional treatments they are offering, I'm worried my skin is going to stay this way permanently unless I undergo surgery.

I was not at all impressed ! I visited the Ajax Clinic several months ago on March 16 and was encouraged to used the Ideal Protein program rather than the Cool Sculpting. While the service was great and they had no problems getting my money, the program was too harsh on my digestive system and this was discovered after only having a package of protein bars. As I am also lactose intolerant, and most of the shakes I would require contained milk, I was not a good candidate for the plan. So, I requested a refund for the more than $400 dollars that I had given them less the one package of protein bars. I was assured by Sarah P. that I would receive my refund within 20 business days as the request for a refund was sent to the accounting department. That was April 4, 2018. On August 28, 2018 after receiving well wishes from this company for my birthday, I inquired again as to the status of my refund via email to Sarah P. I have called five times; received the standard line that " I am sorry for the inconvenience....". I have shown up at the clinic, only to wait for 45 minutes and not see anyone. To date I have not received ANY response in the way of a phone call nor an email. ***! I would just like my money back as an act of good faith ***.

I had gone into Skin Vitality at 436 Vansickle Roadm St. Catjarines on July 23/18 to just get information and quote on the Cool Sculpting programme they offer. I spoke with *** who in a matter of 20 minutes had explained, supposedly measured and quoted me $7119 for the package. In this meeting she had also told me of the interest free *** loan that I could be eligible for as well. Left the office that night and told her I would think about it as that was quite a bit higher than I thought. On July 30/18 *** again emailed me that her boss *** who is CEO had allowed her to offer me the Ideal Protein with food and Counselling for free. I had received a few emails in regards to the Open house that they were have at that location on the 09 August 18.I decided just out of curiosity to stop in a find out more about the specials they advertised and also to find out more about the *** programme. *** was more than happy to do this asking for my drivers license and credit card and which time I told her I did not want any charges applied to the card whch she said there wouldn;t be. At this point she took me to the front counter to let the girls finish with me and I truly thought that the sheet I signed was just an outline of loan agreement. Not once was I told it was a contract, did the girls go over terms and conditions of what they had me sign nor did they tell me about setting up appointment. I left there that day believing it was still a quote. You can imagine my surprise when a charge came out on my credit card statement that I was not expecting, I emailed *** again on the 18 Sept 18 saying I did not want this treatment and please refund me what had been charged. Needless to say I never heard from her and I then contact the office and was given *** to speak to and all she could say was I signed a contract. Even with me saying this was not disclosed to me or of the 5 day cancellation policy I was told I was responsible for this. Then she had *** call me to add on to package to make me "feel better" about this. That will not happen and anyway as I said from the start I did not want my credit card used. It appears the favorite line with them is you signed your responsible. Using a credit card with 16 to 19 per cent interest would be crazy when they offer interest free loans. Unfortunately trying to deal with them direct is going nowhere as *** will not pass me to someone above her and I do not want anymore charges to come out. These are treatments I have not started nor will ever start as I feel very mislead by this company

I would like this contract cancelled as well at the Health Smart loan and currently $600 that they have taken refunded. Another amount is to be taken out mid November so want this stopped as well

The patient applied for a loan and was approved. She signed a loan agreement with *** and a contract with Skin Vitality on August 9th 2018. The contracts have a 10 day cooling off/cancellation period. On September 19th the patient contacted us regarding cancelling her loan agreement. We reminded the patient of the 10 day cancellation period and confirmed that a cancellation of loan was not possible. We have since contacted the patient to offer her an additional treatment program free of charge as a token of good will and in an effort to maintain a positive customer relations. (The program offered is valued at $1200.00)

I want a full refund of $600 that was charged to my credit card and cancellation of contract.
As previously stated at no point in time was I informed it was a contract of any sort and never informed of cancellation. The only reason it took me till the 18th of September was that was when I received my credit card statement. I know I was offered additional product but as stated I was not interested. I have not heard a word and have reached out to *** a few times but have never heard back. Again I have not had treatments and feel at the time of my meeting on the 9th it should have been stipulated terms and conditions and it would never would have been signed. FULL CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF MONEY IS REQUESTED

I visited Skin Vitality Clinic On Sep22 to enquire about the Fotofacial treatment. After a hard sell and numerous offer of 'discounts' I was told that I would need 8 treatments.. which would normally cost $3480 but they had a special offer on at that time. I paid $1474.65 and signed an insurance form. 1 eek later I heard back from them. As I wasn't a permanent resident of Canada their insurance turned down my treatment. So they could not honour the treatment package I had paid for.
I was told that I a refund had been approved. After several phone calls and emails to the with the Yorkville clinic and the customer care email address, I was told that *** would call me that the refund had been approved. I finally received an email on the 10 Oct stating the refund to my Visa card would be within 5-10 days. I emailed again on the 23Oct to say I have not received any refund and that I would like proof that the payment has been authorized with the bank. I also asked for a copy of their complaints procedure as I wished to make a formal complaint. On the 24Oct I received an email stating "Thank you for your email.Accounting will be processing within 48 hours. Thank you for your patience!" I do not believe a word this company says. A simple refund to my Visa card should have been done at the clinic but they refused as they 'didn't have that facility' . This company is quick to take the money but are not quick to respond is there is an issue.

Desired Outcome

I was told The refund had been approved. This was weeks ago. I simply want my Visa card that I used to pay for the treatment credited with $1474.65.

I called again and the receptionist spoke to the manager who finally put me through to accounts. A lovely lady took my card details and did the refund.
If I hadn't called and got out through to accounts I would still be waiting for my refund.
I asked several times for their complaints procedure but was ignored.
I would not trust this company, it's disgraceful the way they treat customers

I had purchased a skin treatment on Aug 29th 2018 from *** to be completed via an appointment scheduled for Aug 31/18. I attended this appt and was turned away due to not enough time before my travel plans/flight - was I had indicated was on Sept 14th 2018...I was informed by *** that they required two weeks prior to flying as a min so I was good to treat....not the case as they require 15 days not 14. I requested a full refund at that point and was given a name and email of ***...director of patient care as she's the person that handles refunds and that I need to email her. After a number of emails with no response as well as a few phone calls to their office I finally received an email from *** apologizing stating that my emails were going into her junk box...that was Sept 12th. At that point she had offered me free of charge some additional treatments for my inconvenience should I decide not to go ahead with the refund...not something that I entertained. On Sept 13th *** sent me an email indicating that my refund was submitted to their accounting dept and that refunds take a couple of weeks to process and that she had marked mine as urgent to help speed up the process! On Sept 26th I hadn't heard anything so I sent *** another email requesting an update, she replied with it's scheduled for early next week and thanked me for my patience. Oct 4th I sent another email requesting an update with no response. Oct 5th sent another email with no response. Which leads us to today - the evening of Oct 9th and I've yet to see the refund applied back to my credit card nor a response for her or anyone from Skin Vitailty. There are a number of smaller details left out from this, but the lack of communication as well as and most importantly the refund of $1,186.50 that is owed to me is beyond negligent on her/there part.

I want refunded the $1186.50 that was charged on my Visa reversed back on my card for services not provided from them by them.

I was required to prepay for an IPL treatment that could not be performed due to my medication and photosensitivity. I therefore requested a refund of $245 in view that I would be out of country for 6 months. I was advised August 24 that this would be refunded. *** I received an appt reminder for an appt that was already cancelled by this company because of my med use on Aug 28. To date, I have not received refund nor any replies to my numerous requests by email. I have therefore initiated a complaint with my credit card company requesting a charge back.

I had also initiated a complaint with my credit card provider. This amount was credited to my account pending further investigation. *** A full refund was my only expected outcome given the circumstances.

On July 27th I signed a contract for *** laser. I was not given enough information during the consultation and found out I could not get the treatment done. There was a 5 day window where I could cancel. I called on Sunday July 29th, Monday July 30th, and Tuesday July 31st and was told each time someone would get back to me. Finally on August 9th I went into skin vitality and they gave me ***'s number. I spoke with her and she said she would cancel it and wave the cancellation fee. I called again 3 more times to make sure it was being cancelled and she ensured me it was and that it will take 20 days. Its now been over a month and *** has not heard from anyone at Skin Vitality regarding my cancellation and I've been charged for the treatment. I was told I would at least receive an e-mail from the lady in their accounting department stating that she was cancelling it for me and still haven't gotten one. I've been in contact with *** since the beginning to get this resolved. *** has e-mailed them several times and they haven't e-mailed her back.

Purchased in summer of 2016 over the phone. Was
advised I would be able to begin treatment in 3 months after explaining a recent surgery I underwent. The rep took my credit car info and charged me for the first session.
When attending my first apt, the rep
advised me I would have to in fact wait 1 year.
If their calls are recorded, this will show
I was given wrong information just for the purpose
of closing a sale.
One year later I went for my first appt. I noticed recently that the mississauga clinic had infact randomly charged me for 2 other sessions without my consent. NOW this service is no longer health canada approved or FDA approved. I do not feel comfortable undergoing this treatment. I have tried to deal with *** P who is in charge of client relations. I have called her SEVERAL times, she was suppose to talk to the accounting department and get back to me last week. She doesnt respond to any emails.

I would like the two treatments to be refunded. I did not agree to being charged for them nor did I even schedule an apt to undergo these two additional apts. Service is no longer health canada/ FDA approved. The only person that I can deal with apparently in the whole company is *** P and she refuses to answer my calls or respond to emails. They have no customer service department or way of esclating this issue.

*Update- I had credits on my account so I intended to use them up. They were STILL late, *** and messed up each of my appointments.

They offered me free treatments to take this down.

They're pushy and the saleswomen are all the reasons no one likes sales people.

In May 2018 I had gone for a consultation to Skin Vitality in Richmond Hill, Ontario. The sales representative *** was explaining to me how Coolsculpting is guaranteed to work. *** was giving me a good sales pitch and I fell for it. *** explained to me how coolsculpting is guaranteed to give me a flatter stomach, get rid of fat underneath my neck and arms, by freezing fat away permanently. I asked if the treatments were painful and *** said 'NO the treatments are pain Free ? Treatments were VERY PAINFUL . I had told her I saw the advertisement on *** and *** said ? well then you get a discount '. After getting the cost and doing the assessment I said ? Let me think about it I don't want to make a decision right away for such expensive treatments over $10,000.00 ? *** then said if you don't sign today then the discount is off ', I said ? I need to discuss this with my husband'. I walked out and saw my husband in the lobby and asked him to speak with *** that was a big mistake, you see *** convince us to sign a financial contract with *** Services and convincing us we could pay monthly, interest free. I tried 4 treatments of coolsculpting and the areas still look the same after three months. I asked to get out of the financial agreement because the promises made to me by *** to freeze my fat and a guaranteed to have a flatter area wasn't true, only a sales pitch. When I contact *** at Skin Vitality ce, *** Told me I will not get a refund but that I could get other services for the amount I paid. I wish not to deal with a company who I feel was very miss leading. I wish I had walked away and not feel like I was put up against a wall to sign an agreement which I was not told that if the treatments don't work there is no refund. I am now obligated to pay $10,763.28. to *** Services for CoolSculpting something that doesn't work. A warning to others. try one treatment *** !

The customer signed a contract with Skin Vitality and a third party financial institution for a Loan. Cancellation not made within the cancellation grace period. The loan cannot be cancelled. We have offered to work with the patient and convert her remaining session to an alternative service. We have also invited the patient in for an assessment of her results however she has not come in as of yet. If there are concerns with the final outcome of the treatment, are happy to work with the patient to optimize her results, however we have not assessed her results to date due to refusal of assessment.

I do not accept their response seeing how I mentioned that I have not gotten any results from the Coolsculpting as promised. I am willing to go in and show Skinvitality. I was not told that if this treatment doesn't work that I had to substitute for other treatments which I do not wish other treatments nor paid for other treatments. I was very miss lead. I was told that the owner of Skin Vitality *** ownes the third part Financial company and that is why they could do interest free. I was also told by customer service at *** that Skin Vitality could cancel my contact. I will call Skin Vitality and go in to show them that the area they claimed would be flatter but looks worse than before the treatment after three months. Please help me resolve this to cancel further business with Skin Vitality. Their claims are false. The treatments for cool sculpting are very painful and my stomach looks worse than before I started in that area I had treatments. I am willing to go in and show them the no results. I understand we signed the contract under false claims and we were not properly explained everything.

A contact was signed on May 23rd 2018. Services financed through a 3rd party. (Loan had a 5 day rescission period). Patient has completed approx. 1/4 of her treatments. Results are based on completion of program. Patient cannot expect great results after 1 session. This information was given to patient prior to signing. If patient does not wish to continue, we have offered to use loan towards an alternative treatment plan (ANY other service offered at our clinics). We will even use the loan towards a discounted treatment plan.

I went into Skin Vitality on August 24th , 2018 for my 3 months follow up appointment.
The pictures were taken and there is no change to the areas that were treated.
***, Could you please send me my pictures of the before and after as requested from the technician & Ms. *** (manager).
As of today we have paid $2,710.00 for the cool sculpting treatments which were done on the 4 areas.
Could you please refund the remaining balance of $ 8,127.00 to *** Financial for future services that will not be done due to myself not wanted further treatments of cool sculpting which clearly do not work, nor do I want any other treatments with Skin Vitality because there are no other treatments I need.
We would appreciate your corporation that no more funds will be taken off our visa from *** Financial moving forward.
*** keeps adding new things that were not explained to us during our consultation. Had the sales rep. explained to us all that *** is saying now, we would have never proceeded with any of the treatments. Let's understand one thing here the contract you are claiming we signed was only a payment plan for *** according to *** ( sales rep.) withdrawal from our visa monthly, Which she made us sign at the reception area & did not explain anything that *** is now telling us that we must get other services, also we were told that the owner of Skin Vitality , ownes the Financial company and did not tell us it was a third party. We did not sign a contract with Skin Vitality. Another thing was told to us that after 3 months I would have seen a definite change on the treated areas. Once again the story is being changed to suite them by saying I must have more treatments in other areas, if it did not work on the areas treated as promised why would I continue these very painful treatments. I was told by a customer service rep. at *** Financial that Skin Vitality needs to refund *** and they will stop withdrawing monthly payments from our credit card. We have asked numerous times to speak or meet with the owner of Skin Vitality to explain how we were very miss lead. what the employees are doing to customers an the reply was "NO that she doesn't deal with customers complaints " They also will not send me my before and after 3 months pictures, so again, WHY .. we know many million dollar companies that the owners will speak with unhappy customers that are being dealt with in poor faith and very poor customer service. All we are asking is for the balance to be canceled. Let's stop going in circles. *** Please comply with us. I DO NOT NEED OR WANT OTHER SERVICES FROM SKIN VITALITY.. WE WERE NEVER OFFERED OTHER SERVICES IF COOL SCULPTING DID NOT WORK.

I pre-purchased 3 syringes of filler on my file for a total amount $1,652.63. When I tried to book in to see a Doctor they never could accommodate a time, all their doctors were either on vacation or off for surgery. I contact Sarah P. and she advised that I will be credited back the amount for the unused services, as it was never stated or mentioned refunds were permitted. I have email correspondence on all of this. I have waited over a month now and still have not received anything. Very disappointing as I used to be a loyal client.

Purchased services worth $1652.63 during a promotion period. When they were unable to book me in during the time frame I needed, I asked for a refund. They said they would provide me a refund but still haven't received anything and it's been over a month.

I met with *** at Skin Vitality on Monday April 23rd At 6:40pm to acquire more information regarding a procedure called cool sculpting. In this meeting I agreed to the procedure and signed a contract. I gave my credit card information and applied for financing for the procedure through a company called ***. I made an appointment for May 2nd 2018 to begin the procedure.

The following day, April 24, I had a change of heart and decided that I did not want the procedure to take place. I called Skin Vitality and asked that the procedure be cancelled. They informed me that I would have to speak to ***, B.A Director of Patient Care. On April 26TH 2018 I called and left a voicemail for ***, and I also emaied her the following message:

"Hi ***,

I came in for a consultation at the Yorkville clinic on Monday for cool sculpting. I ended up booking a procedure for next week, however I've learned subsequently that I'm not an ideal candidate for the treatment. as I understand, the treatment is for folks who have trouble areas that aren't responsive to diet or exercise. I have not been exercising or dieting at all. I'd like to consider this procedure for the distant future and not be charged in the meantime. I will consider at a later date if it's right for me.

Please confirm receipt of this email.

*** did not respond to this email.

On May 15th I received this chard on my credit card:

05/15/2018 *** $466.01

On May 22 2018 I spoke to *** on the phone. I explained that I had been charged in error and that I would like a refund. She claimed she never got my initial email, apologized for the inconvenience, and said she would refund me. She requested I resend the initial email.

On May 24th, I emailed *** again to request that she has received my emails. She responded with the following on May 29th:

"Hi ***,

Thank you for your email.

An Ideal candidate for Coolsculpting is someone who is within 40 pounds of
their goal weight. Whether it be stubborn/persistent fat or a small pouch
of fat put on over the holidays - Coolsculpting will target it.

Have you considered starting with one area? We could amend your loan
agreement - this way you would avoid the cancellation fee.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Director of Patient Care"

On the same day, I responded:

"Hi ***,

I should not be charged a cancellation fee as I cancelled well before the deadline.

The difficulty I've had with trying to get this charge reversed, which never should have been charged in the first place makes me very concerned to do any business with your company. If something went wrong, it's clear I'd find very little help.

Also, I am 100% not the right candidate for this procedure, the fact that you'd even question that makes me even more concerned.

Please refund me today, remove me from future payments, and confirm via email by end of day when this is done.

*** then responded:

"Hi ***

Thank you for your email.

I will submit the cancellation for you. There is a $250 cancellation fee
associated with the loan cancellation process. Refunds take approximately
20 days to process. This information is outlined on your contract."

On June 15th I received the following charge on my credit card:

06/15/2018 *** $466.01

I emailed *** again, and I also called ***. They said Skin Vitality was the only one who could stop the charges. I tried to get Mastercard to cancel the charges. They said they couldn't because I had signed a contract. *** has not returned my calls since June. I need help and I don't know what to do. This has never happened to me before and I hope you can help.

Desired Outcome

I'd like for the following: 1. Refund me 2 x $466.01 = $932.02 2. Cancel all future charges from ***. 3. Consider waiving the cancellation fee of $250 as a good gesture, considering all the stress and frustration this incident has caused me.

Skin Vitality St. Catharines....the most unorganized place I have encountered!! ***. The ideal protein program there is the biggest ***...they never have any of the food required to be on the program and if they do the choices are limited. It's all the stuff left over that nobody else wants to purchase.
The bookings are never right. I have yet to experience an appointment they they have gotten right. I dread when the phone rings the night before or the day of when I see their phone number on the call display. It's like "now what? "
With the exception of two girls ...Maria and Eileen... the rest of them have no clue what they are doing including he manager that upset me so much today I had to leave. She made me wait for my appointment 30 minutes because there was a discrepancy in what I believed I still had left in treatments from my package versus what she believed. She told the girl to wait until it was straightened out before she began my Legacy treatment. So I waited only to confirm that I was correct but by that time I was so upset and was already late for work I just left.
You would think when paying thousands of dollars for a service you would be treated better and there would be respect for your time and your money. Guess not. I feel sorry for the girls that have it together there because the other's bring them down. Like I said save your hard earned money for somewhere that will treat you like a valued client.

I had decided to do some coolsculpting and contacted the 1800 to book an assessment. Prior to this I noticed bad reviews for the Stoney Creek clinic and spoke at length regarding this to the call centre. They assured me that this office was much improved on customer satisfaction and that I would be 100 % satisfied. I had my assessment 2 days later and was booked for coolscupting for 2 weeks later. At that time, I was asked for 50 % deposit to book, which I paid (1800.00 +hst.
On Monday July 9th, I was at skin vitality for my scheduled. The technician re evaluated me and recommended I change my original assessment. This involved more sessions over a longer period, but would address the areas of my major concern. I had paid 50% for original assessment (1800.00 + hst) and upon arrival on July 9th, I had to pay the additional 1800.00 + hst prior to procedure. Reassessment meant that I would only be getting $2400.00 worth of treatments that day and returning in 6 weeks for the next four ($2400.00). When I went to book the next session I was told they would not book unless I paid a further deposit. They had 50% deposit as agreed upon. Receptionist would not book me in unless I paid more. I requested a refund. Most of the bad reviews involved re assessments and refunds. However, they had my money prior to the new assessment.
Receptionist gave me an email to contact, no phone number ***@skinvitality.com. I sent an email explaining the situation immediately. 11 days later she replied offering no refund but a discount and I still had to pay more. I sent an immediate reply that I was not satisfied with how long it took to reply and to please send refund as I did not want to continue at this clinic. It is now 26hrs later and I sent a reminder that I am still waiting for reply. No reply No refund.

The clinic has destroyed all trust. Reply times are weeks and only after reminders that they have not replied. Number given to call but only for that day. Call to discuss on designated day and *** is not there nor is she scheduled in. I have been advised that she is the only one can settle this dispute - 2 weeks today that I have been waiting for a return call. Very unprofessional. They have had my phone number all this time and not tried to contact me or returned my calls. It has progressed from being upset by the way they changed the policy on payment and not booking the treatments that were prepaid, to absolute fear to let them do any kind of procedure. Full refund is only resolution.

There is lack of trust. for any kind of cosmetic practice, trust is very important. I would be afraid that reprisals for my complaint would be given during any procedure.
They have grossly over estimated the cost of the "free" services offered. online pricing shows that the actual cost is under $200.00, which is something, however, they are over evaluating to look good on paper.

I am a committed customer at the Skin Vitality location in Ajax for about 3 years now. I came in recently to get my Botox & Juvederm done since its been a while. Every time I come in I am assisted right away with a smile. The nurse who I seen was not my regular nurse but was very nice and did an amazing job. She made me feel comfortable and did not force me into anything that I was not comfortable with. I'm glad the medical representative suggested another nurse and was honest with me. Thank you SV.
