This complaint lacks details and is not specific. Please have the customer specify which reservation/ticket numbers he is referring to. What is the price he saw on the website and what was the price on the phone? Our websites show up to date fares that are supplied to us by the...

airlines, however many people are trying to purchase the same tickets at the same time, so in some cases something may show on the website that is no longer available.

Ms. [redacted] purchased her ticket on Aug 16, 2015.  She was sent 2 emails. One saying her request was received to double check everything closely.  If there are any errors contact the help desk immediately.  Second email states tickets have been issued with ticket...

numbers.   Had she notified us at this time we would have been able to void and reissue the ticket.  Our agent called [redacted]  they advised we could not change the name on a ticket.   They advised her to go to the [redacted] local office in LAX NYC, Washington D.C. or Miami.  She was also give a phone number for assistance.
Unfortunately we have to go by the rules of the airlines.   This was booked online.   The computer does not add names. 
there is nothing more we can do.

I have attached the Airlines response above. I expect the business to take responsibility for the negligence and attempt to amend there error rather than just brush this under the rug.]

we are researching this.   We show the United ticket was exchanged by United direct.  Not sure why.   Mr. [redacted] called United direct to cancel the booking.  It looks like this was some kind of misunderstanding.   We are working with Untied to refund...

the exchanged ticket.

It does not appear that this customer was charged anything from our company. I cannot find a confirmation email either.
I do see the initial reservation request email that went to this customer which clearly states in red:
"Please note...

that reservation requests are only confirmed once the
airline has issued a ticket number. A second and final email with ticket
numbers will be sent to your email address within 24 hours (up to 72 on
the weekends) indicating that a ticket has been issued. You can monitor
your reservation request on our MyReservation Page."

LBF Travel you need to do your research correctly. Did you not read the complaint? First of all, there were two tickets purchased and they were not for me. The tickets were for my minor children. Again, the booking reservation # is [redacted]. The travelers were [redacted] and [redacted]. The tickets were purchased in May for a departure in June! The children NEVER  boarded the plane because they were not allowed by the airline. The airline has refunded you the money on July 18th to your San Diego address and I want it back. There is no reason why I should not receive a full refund. I paid $1,788.12 for these two tickets and I expect all of it back. Your sales agent was only out to make a quick dollar by selling a service he knew would not be honored. Your travel agency conducts business in a dishonest manner. I suggest that before responding with such a erroneous information, you do your research!! I want the refund credited back to my card or a check mailed to my home address!

All fees were refunded to the client on March 19th, 2015. The funds may take up to 10 business days to return to the customer's credit card depending on the policies and procedures of their card issuing bank.
