Smoke Alert Home Fire and Safety offer a great and reasonably priced service to inspect, clean and repair chimneysThey provided a two hour appointment window for the inspection and sent an email reminder about hours ahead of showing up, and then called about minutes before the scheduled time to say they were on the way

Highly recommend this company for dryer vent cleaning. Technician was very courteous and professional. Also, as stated in their ad as a complimentary service, checked all smoke detectors. Have already recommended them to others. Would use them again for their other services. Very pleased.

We have been concerned that our dryer vent was not clean or up to code and knew it was a fire hazard but we werent't sure what to do about it. We found the ad for Smoke Alert on Facebook and called the next day. They came out the following day, inspected and replaced our outdated and unsafe dryer vents, replaced our smoke alarms for new carbon monoxide and smoke alarms, and were able to supply a new fire extinguisher for our home. We now have peace of mind knowing that our home is safer. The people at Smoke Alert were fast, courteous, honest and very fair with their prices. I would recommend them to anyone!

Smoke Alert responded to our Carbon MONOXIDE Alert rapidly and provided excellent service to determine root cause followed by effective corrective action. Service Tech Blake C was professional, efficient and meticulous in timely fashion. He also when over and above our service request to do a detailed safety inspection of our home as part of their service.
