Smoke Alert Home Fire Safety

I had my fireplace cleaned and my home inspected by Smoke Alert rep [redacted]. He was very thorough. I had lots of questions and he was very patient an answered all my questions. I felt he really cared for my safety. This company is owned by firemen. Who better to inspect my home? I will never use anyone else! Thanks [redacted] and Smoke Alert!

On July 2, 2016 I had Smoke Alert come to my home to clean my dryer vent. The technician, [redacted], was very professional, friendly, and answered all my questions about the process.

What impressed me was that the company, as part of its service, makes sure that the homeowner receives a review of fire safety . Things like smoke alarms and fire extinguishers were discussed. I am now more aware of keeping my family safe from fires. Also, I know that a great place to keep an extinguisher is under one's bed!

Smoke Alert has extremely competent Techs. Honest, will not mount a bill on unnecessary items; in fact, will help you save money.

It is a pleasure to do business with a company that keeps their commitments for appointments and does a through job.

Technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough with a fire safety audit. Carpet was protected and room protect from soot during chimney cleaning. Great service with everything you need in one visit.

I was extremely satisfied with the dryer vent installation and now get my clothes dry quickly, but more importantly safely. My dryer vent was the flimsy plastic type, and when it was removed it was full of water and pounds of lint. I am so grateful to have found a trustworthy company to call on for all dryer & chimney cleaning needs!

They did a wonderful job-very professional. I work for Commercial company that rents apartments, townhouses and houses, they quoted me a great price for an entire townhouse complex. Not only that, they swept all 22 units in one day. They brought back a list of any items that needed to be repaired along with a quote of what it would be to repair the items if we were to use them to fix the issues. They also took pictures of every flue. I did not have one complaint from any of the tenants! I will definitely use them again for our rentals in the future!

Great experience! Awesome guy shows in very CLEAN (previous year experience scary with another company) van, leaves our crazy long dryer vent ductwork sparkling, two new updated smoke detectors in the house and our extinguishers inspected. Love that they are firefighters and know their business. There was no sales pitch or pressure to buy the smoke detectors. Ours were just very old and the new ones are more sensitive - which gives you more time heaven forbid should there be a fire. Already proven while I was cooking recently lol! But great peace of mind. Prior to cleaning out the build up of lint in dryer ductwork, he took an airflow reading and then again afterwards. This was a bonus for me...was mainly concerned about getting rid of a fire hazard but also really nice to know how much better our dryer can work now. GREAT service at a very reasonable price. Worth every penny!

Mr. [redacted] arrive early and notified us of same. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly and without hesitation. Not only did he inspect the chimney inside and outside but checked the interior fire alarms and the fire extinguishers. Altogether an excellent introduction to Smoke Alert services and personnel.

Today Smoke alert had a service call to clean my two chimneys. My technician, [redacted] was very professional. He called 15 minutes before arriving, and came at the scheduled time. He explained what he was doing and did his job very well. After cleaning and checking our chimneys, he checked for smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. He then showed me how to use our fire extinguishers and the best placement in our home for them.

[redacted] was very professional and helpful. He cleaned out our dryer vent, checked expiration dates for smoke detectors and fire extinguishers, and replaced ones that were out-of-date. He contacted me prior to the visit and showed up on time. We were very pleased with his service.
