Great experience with this company. Our tech was friendly, knowledgeable honest and thorough. We had our dryer vent cleaned and will have our smoke detectors replaced when it is time next year. Have already recommended them to several people!

He also gave my home a safety check and gave me a checklist of suggested changes to make my home a safer place to live. He was also ready to make any or all suggested changes that I would have wanted.

These folks were recommended for a clogged dryer vent, which they replaced. They also did a complete fire safety check of the house, which was very helpful. I really like the fact that the company and all of the technicians are fire fighters. They did a super job and were very good to work with. I will definitely call them for chimney cleaning, too.

Smoke Alert Home Fire and Safety offer a great and reasonably priced service to inspect, clean and repair chimneys. They provided a two hour appointment window for the inspection and sent an email reminder about 4 hours ahead of showing up, and then called about 20 minutes before the scheduled time to say they were on the way.
Their technician [redacted] was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional and their evaluation was thorough. They provided photo's to show what they saw on the roof and explained option for repair.
Overall it was a pleasurable service experience as they showed respect for our property and cleaned up as they worked. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to other homeowners.

On July 2, 2016 I had Smoke Alert come to my home to clean my dryer vent. The technician, [redacted], was very professional, friendly, and answered all my questions about the process.
What impressed me was that the company, as part of its service, makes sure that the homeowner receives a review of fire safety . Things like smoke alarms and fire extinguishers were discussed. I am now more aware of keeping my family safe from fires. Also, I know that a great place to keep an extinguisher is under one's bed!
