The vendor has contacted me by phone and email and appears to be in the process of refunding We are still waiting to confirm receipt of the funds to our credit card before I can consider this closed/resolved

This felt like a bait and switch scheme I received an e-mail from this company for a position listing within a very prominent and desirable company in my area, which is very sought after Below is what I got when I attempted to apply for the positionAlso to note when I clicked on "See All Cxxxxx Jobs" there was only a single company listed which was NOT the company I wanted Company A Bold Red Box displayed "This job posting has expired Please Cxxxxxxx start your search again [redacted] Job Title Front Desk Receptionist Job Type Full-time, Part-time Hours Not Specified Wages $ Location CHARLESTON SC Charleston, SC See all Cummins jobs (There were listings for this company when I clicked here)

Like others, I started receiving telemarketer calls about "educational opportunities" within two minutes of signing up for an accountI have submitted a complaint with the company, but I wanted to warn everyone about it hereI will certainly not be using the website, and if a job I want only has the application available there I will speak to that company directly rather than go through Snagajob again

Worst mistake ever was signing up for snagajob.comI have had to change my number after trying for weeks to block all the solicitors who were calling times a day, and after blocking would call back with a blocked numberThen the final straw was getting credit cards I never asked for with my name on them in my todayThis all started only hour after I signed up on their websiteThey sell all your information you give themI've never had a solicitation call to my cell until I signed up for snagajob.comgood luck deleting your info and account after you create it

I never signed up to receive Snagajob job availabilitiesAs I typed in the complaint, I signed up for educational opportunities when applying to a *** *** franchise website and started to receive multiple e-mail a day from many different job agencies already listed in the complaintI did not finish the application process to *** *** with SnagajobI submitted my resume and started the process of applying, but stopped when I saw the signature emblem of *** *** on the site and decided that it was a replicaI am still wondering how you got my e-mail information to feel free enough to send me a Snagajob e-mailYou or someone are obviously taking information from somewhereWho would want to spend time anyway e-mailing information like this anyway and not be paid? Someone is benefiting from this somewhere, and is acting illegallyI'm not satisfied with the responseMy two main concerns were dodged completelyWho is getting paid to do this or who is benefiting from my e-mail and work qualifications being passed around online?
How did Snagajob get my e-mail information anyway? (I never gave permissionSnagajob isn't the only online job agency that's doing this, hence the list of job agencies in the complaint.)
Please resolve this or take a step in the right direction to stop this kind of fraudMy job information should be treated without the desire to seek a profit, and my permission should be granted most importantly
