At the time I signed up for their service I signed for 6 months, that
was the cheapest way to go. At the time it was never explained to me
that it would automatically re-new at the end of the term. I would never
agree to that. When I called on 8-**-2015 to dispute the charge of
$74.97 and tell them I was not interested in any future service from
them, they said that they automatically charge accounts for upcoming
terms and that they could give me a partial refund. I asked for the
total refund and decided to dispute it with [redacted].
When I received an e-mail from [redacted] saying that they were
going to re-charge my account the $74.97 because AYI disputed the claim.
I called AYI back and asked for a partial reimbu[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]-2015 . I never sent that many e-mails in the full 6 months that I
was a member. Their records are totally false…
I would like this matter dealt with and return the money back to
my account. If there are any questions, please feel free to call me at
[redacted]…

Nothing has been resolved..  Furthermore I thought I did send a confirmation. My apologies if it didn't get through.  They have no intention of giving my money back from their scam even once I saw the services rendered, I tried calling them to cancel, they said I had to wait until they opened.  Once they opened I called,  they said it was too late.. This is obviously how they make money and I will fight it

They did not refund all of my money. I did in fact cancel the auto renewal and deleted my credit card formation. They used a credit card that they did not have on file that they pulled from my [redacted] account. They say they have no proof but I followed the directions very carefully and it did tell me I was successful in deleting my auto renenal. I have not been active on that site since I cancelled in June.

I apologize for any confusion you have experienced on AYI. Looking at your account, I see that you originally bought a 3-month premium subscription at regular price for...

$49.99 on September [redacted], 2013. When you first upgraded to premium, auto-renew was stated on the payment. Auto-renew and directions to cancel were included in the automated payment confirmation email we sent you right after purchase. We also inform members of auto-renew on their Premium Account page. It appears that you were aware that auto-renewal existed, because you manually cancelled the auto-renewal on this 3-month subscription on October [redacted], 2013 from your Premium Account page.
On March [redacted]. 2014, you bought a new 6-month premium subscription through a flash sale for $37.49, meaning that you got the subscription at 50% off of the regular price of $74.97. On the payment page, we state that you will be charged each term (in your case, every 180 days) at our then current rate, which was $74.97. This is why you were renewed at $74.97 on September [redacted], 2014. The status of your premium subscription, including your next payment date, the amount you will be billed, and how to cancel the auto-renewal on your account, were always available to you on your Premium Account page.
As a gesture of good faith and as an apology for the confusion, I am going to refund the last payment that was taken out on September [redacted], 2014. As a reminder, we do have automatic renewal on all of our plans, so make sure to check your Premium Account page if you choose to remain a member in the future.

Your choice of words are very disrespectful.  If you are referring to a photo that was recently added to my [redacted] profile picture NOT YOURS, of four ladies in a background which appear to be my mother, grandmother and daughter.  Then we have a problem.  That picture was changed after the complaint and was not "uploaded to your website"  lets be clear.  Further more I would never subject my daughter to a dating website.  We seriously have a problem if you are going to be vague and unclear.  Lastly, if that photo called "four generations" was posted to your website, you have a bigger problem.

Review: I have selelcted "unsubscribe" several times on the AYI emails that they send me EVERY DAY! I still get them every day. I have also filed two complaints to them via email but do not receive a response. Review: I signed up for one month of [redacted] on [redacted] in March. In April I was charged again. I asked for a refund and [redacted] refused. When I signed up there were options for multiple months. If I wanted multiple months I would have signed up for it.Desired Settlement: Refund my $24.99

Review: On September [redacted] I signed up for 30 day term with AYI on [redacted] owned and operated by SNAP Interactive Inc for online internet dating through their site I was charged more than the site stated I have there page to back it up a copy of their billing page that states 12.50 per month for one time but was charged 37.49 they state that in 6 emails to and from that their policy does not issue refunds as stated in their terms and conditions but since it was their site mistake no refund or matter resolved from September of 2014 to date of October **-2014 I was charged for 6 months of service in there emails they state I clicked on 6 months of service that there is no 30 days of service stated I requested a refund but no one in their customer service would do anything yet I filed with my bank but my Bank denied Snap stated I asked for 6 months so there was nothing my bank would do so I am forced to file a complaint with Revdex.com over this amount in question is 37.49 that should of been 12.50Desired Settlement: the outcome to this is that when a website makes a mistake they should investigate thoroughly and fix the mistake not do nothing and charged for more than a customer requested

Review: This company owns AYI.com. They renewed my membership even though I turned off auto renew. I caught it right way and contacted them.

I wrote them.

I wanted my money back and my account closed and removed. They ignored me for many months.

They waited for 3 months then they closed and removed my account. Guess what happened then.

The charge of $49.99 reappeared on my card. This is wrong.

I have not uses this site since the incident. In fact, I removed them from my computer when this incident occurred.Desired Settlement: I want my $49.99 refunded as they were notified to cancel and close my account

and refused. They also charged my credit card after I turned off my account.

Review: This is an online dating site. I somehow clicked this link and it attached my [redacted] profile. I have gone in several times and deactivated the account but I continue to receive emails. This is horrible Ive been married for 27 years and have no interest in this. Please make them remove my profile my next step is legal action.Desired Settlement: DELETE MY PROFILE

Review: I was totally amazed how company's like yours just go ahead and use peoples personal info and dump it into your dating companies web site with out any permission form the person whose info you are abusing.

Review: I did NOT sign up for their online dating service. My [redacted] account blocked me and forced me to make a new password several days ago. Since doing that I have been getting emails from men interested in my online dating profile. I DID NOT set up this account! I have tried repeatedly to contact AYI through the internet, have cleaned my computer to try to delete their software from my computers, and reported the emails as spam. Nothing is working to get rid of them.. I just called the phone # I found listed here on the Revdex.com website to have this stopped. They keep insisting that I signed up for this and I am telling them I did not. My husband would prefer I not be dating....as would I!Desired Settlement: I want this company to delete any records they have of me.. I do not want it to continue to be spread between themselves and their other business branches, and I do not want any additional emails from suitors..
