We have sent numerous validation letters to this consumer.? We have already responded to CFPB complaints.? There is nothing further that we can do in this matter.? We have provided the requisite validation

The debt listed on the credit report is not owed o Solomon and Solomon, P.C.? It is owed to Premium Financing Specialists, Incfor an Insurance policy obtained through *** Agency in the original? amount of $1313.00.? The balance remaining is $as 11/16/15.? The consumer
received notice of the debt from the firm in December and again in March and did not dispute the validity of the debt.? I have attached the letters

I FINALLY spoke to the lawyer today 1/20/2017, and was informed that on 2/1/this will FINALLY be removed from my credit reportFINALLY!This can now be closed!

We are reporting the matter as disputed to the bureausWe have requested the actual bills from SCG and the copy of the last payment received.? We cannot delete this off of her credit report at this time.? SCG will? review the bills,? the December? payment copy and other pertinent information.? In regards to the purported response from Douglas F., Solomon and Solomon, P.C., I have never had a conversation with this gentleman in any capacityFurther, his facts are not straight with respect to who initiated this account with [redacted]Accordingly, this was a mess that was initiated by my spouse, ex-wife that I was forced to "clean" up due to the fact that my name and SS# was used/involvedI have been financially damaged because of this fiasco which I am willing to overlook providing the action is undertaken to remove this negative inference on my credit report as it was me that paid this bill in full in order to remove this negative overhang directed to my name/SS#I believe you will find if due diligence and time permits that this collection agency has done this to many consumers resulting in credit damage and financial lossesMy next objective is to contact the State's Attorney General's Office coupled with the Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Financial Protection BureauAnd finally, begin an initiative to bring a class action suit against Solomon & Solomon for rogue business practice

The account at issue was referred to my office on 4/13/17.  The consumer received the initial letter and complained to the CFPB.  I responded to that complaint and provided the account statements that support the claim.  In the interim, Merrick Bank has recalled this account from my...

The firm had a collection account for [redacted] for approximately $2500 due  from 2012 for service in Brooklyn NY .  In August 2013 A third party named [redacted] called to discuss the account and we refused without permission from the consumer. The consumer then called, provided...

identification information and a payment was made by credit card.  The payment was made without any discussion whatsoever about credit.  The call was simply because the consumer was afraid he was going to lose power.  The account was paid in full and coded paid 7/16/13.  The firm reports the accurate status of an account and a paid in full code was transmitted 8/1/13. The firm removes trade lines from credit due to fraud, id theft etc.  Not for a consumer simply paying an account. The firm reports and continues to report that accurate status. The debt was paid by the consumer on April 28, 2017 directly to the creditor.  Solomon and Solomon was notified of the payment by the creditor on May 2, 2017.  Therefore, the consumer's credit report was timely updated on June 1, 2017.

received notice of the debt from the firm in December 2015 and again in March 2016 and did not dispute the validity of the debt.  I have attached the letters.

I will like prof of the dates and addresses that these notices where sent to concerning the negative account on my credit report.
