I paid my bill over a week ago called back today they claim they haven't received but I got my confirmation numbers I mean they do what they want not what they suppose to do I paid a week ago should not be no excuses

Vehicle was stolenWhile stolen it was driven over the bridge numerous timesHave provided documents from policeTried to get resolution for year We have been in contact with the company many times, and per their request we have mailed and faxed the police documents & reports many, many timesWe wait for resolution, nothing happensWe start process over againThis has been ongoing for well over a yearMy vehicle which was finally recovered, can not be licensed due to the finesThere are laws regarding these situations and I feel they are not in compliance with those lawsThere is total lack of customer service, follow up and follow throughNow starting in July there are new fines that will be attached to the bill, a bill that should have been resolved over a year agoI'm doing my due diligence, they are not doing theirsI'd be happy taking the matter to court just to prove a point and to get news coverageI'd be happy with another company being given the billing privile

SNJB are rude and disrespectedI have been trying for weeks to settle my accountsI keel getting the run around from both IES and MRS associates different invoices, different collection companies and months later still nothingI will be suing the SNJB for double tolls and money laundering on top of doubling toll and ripping people off

I personally have NEVER driven my car across the bridge I contacted the group since I got a threatening post card I have not driven over this bridge I have military orders stating I was not here! Not to mention that my car was not in VA until here recently ( ) as my car sat in NC while I have been on military orders AS I don't mind paying a FLAT TOLL for whomever may of driven my car thru the toll bridge however no notice given to me then giving me a penalty for something that I honestly think is a mistake on business part is not right
