The Jordan bridge has charged the same fee multiple times to separate transactions to place a hold on my DMV account

I've only used this bridge a few times I don't have an EZPass, so I get my bill mailed to me for payment, and on those few occasions I have used the bridge, I've never received my initial invoice, only the late fee notification that tacks on a $penalty I don't know if it's intentional, but that is some severe negligence on their part, and it amazes me that they have an A+ ratingThese days I refuse to go across that bridge even though it is literally down the street from my house and is the quickest way to Portsmouth for me, and I warn all my friends and family to drive the extra two miles to Military Highway instead
