I have been attempting to work with SNJB and their collection agency since last week in order to resolve tolls that have caused a hold on my car registrationDespite several attempts at contacting them, I have been treated with nothing but animosity and condescensionI was not aware of the tolls or the hold on my registration until I attempted to renewDespite the fact that my registration is currently expired and I am stranded with two small children, there has been no urgency on SNJB's side to resolve the issues

I would say that customer service over the phone with this company is TERRIBLE!!
The people on the phone will talk over you and not listen to anything you have to say I have been using Ezy Pass for three years, and never had an issue with billing I have an active Ezy Pass account, and my vehicle leasing company recieved a bill for several charges of crossing the bridge I went to a local Ezy pass office, and they confirmed that I have a working Ezy Pass When trying to explain to the customer service person *** she continually talked OVER me, and would not listen to anything I would have to say All she could keep saying is "how do you want to pay this bill?" I will go to the office directly, and try to get some resolve, as obviously it does not work over the phone
