We are sorry for the experience you encountered in your call with Apollo Since the warranty was not with Apollo; but, with the manufacturer and was not originally installed by Apollo our Customer Service Specialist was not fully aware of how the warranty situation applies to your systems and should not have attempted to answer your question without seeking a person here to provide an accurate answer during your initial call In addition, the Customer Service Specialist should have communicated our service schedule to you in a more accurate manner Apollo Care Customers are guaranteed hour service when their systems shut downIn some cases this requires us to reschedule or delay callsWe do everything possible to accommodate all customers; but, there are times when re-scheduling or delaying calls are requiredWe are sorry for the inconvenience that is has causedPlease let us know if we can be of any further assistance

We understand the frustration that Mrs [redacted] hadThe final issue being that the system installed by another contractor has been mismatchedThe outdoor system is designed to run with a different refrigerant than the indoor systemWe have reached out to offer her a credit towards a repair or replacement for work done with another company and suggest that Mrs [redacted] contact a company that she is comfortable handling her issue We have left a message with Mrs [redacted] and are waiting on word back to resolve the issue

This is a response to the claim associated with the ID of [redacted] from [redacted] Dear Mr [redacted] I would like to apologize for the frustrating experience you had regarding your recent drain callAt Apollo we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of customersatisfactionWe have reviewed the service calls along with pictures of the roots and cracks in the main building drain taken by the technician that was onsiteWe attempted to restore flow to main building drain with a cable, which was unsuccessful due to root intrusion in the sewer lineDue to the fact that flow to the main building drain was unable to be restored with a cable, we recommended and completed the Hydro Jetting processWe jetted from the main stack clean out to the city right of way, and restored flow to the main building drain.We believe that there was a distinct separate issue in that the branch line from the laundry was also obstructed - we attempted to clear this line from the floor drain and were unable to restore flow due to limited access and the existing condition of the pipeWe made no charge for this additional drain attempt, but do feel it would be fair and reasonable to reimburse the cost of $to Mr [redacted] that he paid to another contractor that was able to successfully clear the remaining branch laundry line.We would also be happy to have our camera technician make a complimentary visit to show Mr[redacted] the condition of the building main drain line

I originally requested for Apollo Home to help with the expense of a system installed by another company. They told me they absolutely would not do that and they have absolutely not reached out to me regarding this issue. I would like to resolve this however I do not appreciate their dishonesty regarding the situation when it comes to their response on your website. We have reached out to offer Mrs *** and offer her a credit towards a repair or replacement for work done with another company Dates of messages left were 9-6; 9-8; 9-& 10-and have not heard back to resolve the issue We can discuss the offer with her once we are able to make contact

Thank you for the feedback on the service request to clear your kitchen sink drain. Knowing about our customer’s experiences allows us to improve our services and to make corrections when things don’t go well. We are sorry that we were not able to clear the line. The plumber did
attempt to open the line and also was able to quote repairs to install a clean out in the basement and repair the trap under the sink. Also, it is Apollo’s procedure to review the Drain Clearing Authorization form which provides our customers with an understanding and expectations of how the drain process works In speaking with Mrs *** she has stopped payment on the check and once knows the fee for the stop payment we will refund that fee. Please call our customer service manager, Mike ***, at *** regarding your cancelled check

We spoke with Mrs *** regarding the issue she encountered and apologized for the situation that arose The quote of $that was presented for repair does include installationIt also included upgrades to the operation of her current system to allow more efficient operation and extend
system life The technician did not provide a break out of repair and upgrade components We are refunding the $trip charge to Mrs ***'s satisfaction

Thank you for writing & letting us know of your experience We understand that the investment for professional reparis can sometimes be more than what’s expected Your proposal for repairs takes consideration of having a licensed & insured plumber diagnosing the issue, installing
the equipment, and standing behind the services that are purchased Afterward in the unlikely event of an issue we are available for service 24/ While the average contractor may provide a lower quote, they likely pay their plumbers about the same, likely purchase parts & materials at about the same rate, & one has to ask what they’re leaving out to arrive at that lower price Is their price lower due to a lack of experience, licensure, insurance, quality of the material, availability to respond in an emergency, or a combination of one or all of these things?Please reach out to my customer service manager, *** at *** and we'll make things right for you
