I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is probably the best offer I'm going to get.   Their accounting of the facts are not accurate, as they never checked the flow of the main line after the initial snaking, and the camera prior to water jetting showed that the line was fairly clean (before they jetted it).  It was only the branch floor drain that was still backing up after Apollos work (also the only part that was causing problems before they did anything).  Again, they put the snake in the main line once, took it out, cleaned it, and told me I needed a water jet... They also wanted to jack hammer my basement floor before I had a second plumber fix it in minutes.But, I highly doubt they'll offer anything more than the $239 (which is the total it would have cost had I called the second plumber first, as opposed to $1556 to Apollo, which I'm still losing)

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
In May of 2015 I began to get bills from National College in the amount of $14,730.00. I first tried to address this false debt with the [redacted] campus where I had attended college. The financial officer told me that I didn't owe this and to disregard this debt and he would contact the corporate office and get it taken care of. As of today this has not been taken care of at all. I have student loans in the amount of $42,000.00 in Federal loans that I acknowledge. I do not recognize or accept this false debt from National College. They have turned this over to a collection agency and refuse to send the correct proof of this debt to me. I have asked for the following information and as of this date have not received it from either National College or the collection agency in which they have turned it over too. National alleges that I owe this money for 3 terms. At the beginning of each of these terms I signed a Disbursement form for each of these terms. I am simply asking for copies of these 3 term disbursements and the signatures for each date on each term. I signed for federal loans but never borrowed loans from the college itself. They have yet to prove that to me. I have asked for the following signature dates, I would like copies of the disbursement forms from these dates, 11/28/2011, 03/05/2012, 06/04/2012, 09/03/2012. All separate dates, All separate signatures. This issue would have been resolved long ago if they would have produced these 3 term disbursement forms. Instead they have compiled the full amount on a form and forwarded it to me. I want to see the disbursement forms for all 3 of these dates.

Regardless of their ledger, or their account, I did not agree to their balance. Even though I did not agree,  i paid payments on it anyway, however, I never agreed to a "set" amount, they have inaccurately listed against me on my credit report, and I want the lates removed. That is not accurate, and it is not honest.
