Good morning Linda,
This is the first we have heard about this complaint.
She will have to go back through the retailer she purchased the furniture
from and have her retailer get in contact with us.  Any and all issues 
will be...

handled through  Southern Motion and [redacted].  The consumer
stated that she had personal friends that their furniture was replaced, and
she is requesting her to be replaced as well.   Each consumers complaint is 
handled depending on the date of purchase, and can't be compared to
another persons issue.  When they contact the store, the information
that I will need is serial numbers, copy of the sales receipt, date of 
purchase, and pictures.  Without this completed information, there
is nothing that Southern Motion can do.
