This was completed on 11-1-and the customer stated that they were happy

[redacted] is currently out of town and will not be available until after May 1st At that time, [redacted] will inspect his jobWe would like to schedule a superintendent to go over the job with him, collect his balance, and determine if there is to be any compensationHe has a $6, balance on his siding job, but the window order has been paid in full and completed[redacted] Director of Operations1-800-HANSONS [redacted] ***

This install was completed on Sunday November 1st I apologize for the delay

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11414395, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:There has not been any attempt on the part of Hanson's to resolve our issues and they were paid for work that was not only defective, but damaged our roof and created many problemsIn addition, due to their refusal to correct the problem, nor discuss a solution, (warranty and guarantees were ignored by Hanson's) we were forced to hire another contractor to remove Hanson's gutter guards, clean the gutters which had (gallons of waste in them), which were supposed to be cleaned by Hanson's before installing their gutter guards The new contractor then properly installed gutter guards which caused more expense for usWe are Senior citizens and do not want this to happen to other unsuspecting customers of Hanson's Regards, [redacted] ***

This was resolved on 9-24- Customer was given compensation per agreement with Vice President, [redacted]

The loan balance was credited $in February We have not had any service requests from this customer since then

Our roof that was put on in January of 2016, leaked again for the 7th time last night after the second sub-contractor was out here to replace all of the flashing and an area in a valleyWinter is coming and if this roof is not right we will have worse issues with snow meltSo far we have been lucky and have not had interior house damageThis company has had ample time to make this right and this is not acceptable performance from a roofing contractorWe need help holding this company responsible for the work they did on our houseThey provide a lifetime guarantee on labor parts and materialsI have it in writingIf this roof cannot even go a few months without developing a new leak how will it last a lifetimeAfter months of headache and hassle with this brand new roof and this company, I do not trust this roof at all and do not feel any of the work done was done appropriatelyI think it is time for them to step up and put their money where there mouth is and replace my roof againOnly this time they need to hire a sub-contractor that will do quality work and not be either incompetent or negligent.Desired Outcome: Honestly at this point I would like them to tear off the whole roof and start over with all new parts

I spoke with [redacted] *** today They did receive their refund check in the mail today This should be considered resolved

We have a service apt set with [redacted] *** on August 8th

Today, November 9th, there is an installer performing the service at [redacted] home My Superintendent, [redacted] is also there verifying that everything is being done correctly She will receive a call from our Service Dept tomorrow to make sure that she is satisfied

They cancelled the appointment that they had scheduled on the 15th because they don't have an installer that is available to come out so once again I am waiting on a new windowIt has been sitting at the warehouse since the end of SeptemberI am rejecting their response because I still don't have a resolution to this problem
