Today, November 9th, there is an installer performing the service at [redacted] home. My Superintendent, [redacted] is also there verifying that everything is being done correctly. She will receive a call from our Service Dept tomorrow to make sure that she is satisfied.

This complaint should be resolved. We have already scheduled a day and time to install the gutter protection on 6-16-16. There was a clerical error and the gutter protection was missed.
Our Vice President, [redacted] spoke with [redacted] today. Her service parts are due to arrive on 9-29 and she will receive a call to schedule her service call at that time.
We are working to resolve this complaint. We sent a service tech out to the house on 8-16 and he has put together a scope of work. We are in the process of getting another crew scheduled to complete the repairs.
