Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Contract was signed on 8-23-17I was told in approximately days my advertising would be printed and shipped to the places of businessOn 9-5-17-98-17I received more than phones calls from their business trying to know all the sudden upgrade my contract and requesting I spend even more money with them At this point I had looked them up and found several websites listing their practice as scam and this was common practice so I began asking for my money back and they refused and said they had days from signed contract.I realized at this point I was not going to get my money back and went ahead and filled out all the proper channels of fulfilling the needs to get my print ad readyWe then agreed on the image they made and then went back and forth until mid November about the write up they did It was horrible I was told they were the “best writers and advertisers in the business”Many times it took 3-emails to even get them to respond to a simps change During this I continued asking for my money back No one would ever answer the phone REBUTTAL ABOUT 11-13They said they EMAILED SHIPPING DATESThis is 100% false! Nothing has every been completed, printed or shipped. You will see below the only communication I had with them on 11-is complaining about the write up and how I had not been given any response in my request of revisions Note they claim that revisions will continue until customer is 100% satisfied-------- Original Message --------Subject: Re: The Table Times Article [redacted] From: [redacted] < [redacted] @ [redacted] .com>Date: Mon, November 13, 5:pmTo: [redacted] @thetabletime.com That’s no what I asked. Also I’ve not given any approval on my write up and haven’t heard back when I complained about how it was written. So again.....how soon until I can get my money back? The booklets were delivered to the restaurant on 2/1/They were verified by 2/8/We have given this client a $dollar refund for the delay in print due to other advertisers not promptly getting in their artwork and article on timeThe year starts when the booklets are delivered to the restaurants

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] .I received a refund from this business, which was my desired goal and a reliefHowever it was dealt with poorly, I was lied to, and I would not want to wish this experience on any other small business ownerThey have blocked me from their social media accounts, which is fine, but the statement I made there is nearly identical to the one here on the Revdex.com (I know this, because it was copied and pasted). If you are considering using this company, research them throughly, and also a company called Production Media Company, which their owner, Jamie Beagle previously worked at - before giving them your hard-earned moneyI would hate to see someone else lose $because of mis-representation on the part of The Table TimesThank you, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First, I requested a full refund and stated that I did not wish to participateThey completely ignored thatSecond, I have not received a refund of any kind from themI just checked my credit card statement and I have not received a $credit Sincerely, [redacted]

This lady's response is a flat out lieHer response to canceling was:Hi!I just bought a space in your booklet this morning and have been doing some researchI would like to cancel my paymentI thought that I had purchased placement that would guarantee my business was on the tables of these restaurants, but it seems that it’s actually not what I thought. Please let me know that my order has been cancelled. Thanks,*** This statement is an absolute lie so we had to do our due diligenceSince then, this lady has been very unruly and even calling our company names on different social media platforms to the point where we are going to turn her over to our legal departmentHere is our response back to her:***,Here is your refundThe reason it took so long was your response for cancelling and we had to do our due diligenceWe have signed contracts with the restaurants in question for The Table Times to be placed on the table tops for one full yearWe do over 30,transactions a year and are an A+ on the Revdex.com with over a 99.99% satisfaction ratePlease look for us in the restaurants this year and keep us in mind for next yearOur President Jamie Beagle is a guy, not a girl, it happens all the timeHe left that other company over years ago because or their track record of not print anythingAt The Table Times we believe in integrity and our productWe do everything in house; sales, design, printing and shipping I hope you have a wonderful rest of your year!Transaction Successfully RefundedTransaction ReceiptMerchant:The Table Times Inc - (Oregon City, OR)Date/Time:12/14/1:25:PM PSTTransaction ID: [redacted] Transaction Type:Card RefundAmount:-399.00Credit Card InformationCC Type:VisaCC Number: [redacted] Processor:Payline-VitalBilling Information [redacted] *** Shipping Information,Order InformationOrder ID: [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I’ve spoken to the business owners and been to the establishments, books are not there nor were they received Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The Table Times has completely misrepresented themselves As of today, I did, finally, receive an email indicating that a refund was given; however, I have not seen that on my credit card as of yetI suspect the ONLY reason I am now seeing anything being done is because they received my complaint to the Revdex.com The ad The Table Times claims to have created for me was awful and so I created my own and sent it in on time along with the article itself The Table Times put very little time or effort into creating an ad for me On December 29, Rocky M [redacted] told me that I had won a dispute over the charges with my credit card company and that they were "not giving me an additional $because that would $and that isn't how it works"; however, I never disputed the charges After requesting the document that The Table Times claimed to have from my credit card company stating that I had won a dispute, The Table Times called back apologizing and told me that another [redacted] in Canada had made the dispute with her credit card company It was on December that I was told my refund had been overlooked and that I would receive and email on December showing a refund to my credit cardThat did not happen The Table Times states that they issued a check on December 20; that is simply not true! The Table Times told me in July that the booklet would be out in September of 2016; I did not hear anything from them to alert me to the fact that they were running late; there were no courtesy calls, emails or even a note in the mail stating that they were still working on the publication, but that it would be released at a different date The Table Times contract states very clearly that they will print an ad that they create if the business does not respond with an approval or submit their own design within the time specified, which I believe was approximately two weeks so I have a hard time believing that they were waiting for months on other businesses to approve their ads Also, The Table Times has been doing business in Fairbanks, AK for a number of years; I know this because I created ads for my husband's business two years in a row It was only because I had worked with The Table Times in the past that I agreed to use them for my own business, but that won't happen again They have gone out of their way to deflect blame on my, the customer, as well as their other customers in Fairbanks which is very unprofessional If my refund shows up on my credit card then great, but dragging everything out and then looking for ways to put the blame on me is insultingSincerely, [redacted] ***

THIS IS NOT A CLIENT OF OURS If a company ask to be on our Do Not Call List, we put them on there this guy has multiple business names We put [redacted] with two numbers [redacted] and [redacted] on our Do Not Call List, when asked by him Then we contacted another company called [redacted] which [redacted] owns too He was upset we called him, we had no idea he owned [redacted] also We added [redacted] to our Do Not Call List immediately If he owns any other company's if he could let us know, so we do not contact himThe National Do Not Call Registry applies only to consumers; business phone and fax numbers are not covered by the registryWe wish Mr [redacted] future successes!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This response is an out right LIErecorded calls where made by the same person stating at the beginning of each call was that they "Wanted to talk with the person in charge of [redacted] for an exclusive offer being given only to this company." At anytime during all of these calls, there was NO mention about [redacted] Furthermore, I am not a client because I would not pay them the asking scam price amount of $therefore I am at that time a prospectWhen I asked Phill as to how he found me in the first place he indicated that he grew up and graduated from the area and found my company "Online" so he Cold Called meThis company is negligent as they have no recording devices in place to comply to soliciting "OPT OUT" procedures confirming that they "Accidentally called" me a total of five times Phill stated on the phone the area restaurants that would be given my publication marketingI went to of the said restaurants and asked the manager/owner if they have heard of "The Table Times" based in Oregon City, OR and they stated that they have never heard of themThat is why this is a scam! This has to be a matter of public record to alert the public of what Phill stands for in his position - as a person and this company's authentic outlook to the community Sincerely, [redacted] ***

On 9/08/17 Our GM Phillip J [redacted] called back [redacted] , Owner of [redacted] , to sell him our last two spaces, since he had already purchased one. We can give a special discount for the last two spaces to close out the project. For this the customer got upset started cursing at Phillip... J***. At this point Phillip sent [redacted] to Sarah in Customer Service. Sarah C [redacted] (Customer Service Manager) "As soon as I tried to talk [redacted] said something about BBB and also ripoff report, at which time I explained we have thousands of clients. He then asked if I was going to refund his money and I said no and tried to explain. This is where he became irate. [redacted] called me a [redacted] *** and a [redacted] ***, so I then ended the conversation telling him he was cussing at me we can no longer speak due to his threats and foul language, He then left a voicemail giving me 24 hours to refund his money or he was going to a lawyer and going to write bad reviews on our company. He also stated he was going to be stopping his payment through his credit card company. 9-8-17 Jamie B [redacted] emailed [redacted] "I appreciate your due diligence however we are an accredited business with the BBB and are an A+. Over the last 3 years we have had 12 complaints, when considering we do over 30,000 transactions a year, it extremely minimal. We have over a 99.9% satisfaction rate. We are not in the business in asking our clients to write us good reviews. I can give you referrals that have renewed with us, year in and year out. We have also noted your vulgarity to our employees over the phone and have it on record. Using such language as a professional is not tolerable in any means. As always we wish any business success and have a wonderful rest of your year." 09/08 [redacted] emailed back "I never gave verbal or written ok for this transaction" Jamie B [redacted] emailed him back "You absolutely did. Below is your electronic signature we have from you. We would appreciate if you would handle this in a professional manner. Let us show you what we can do. There is a clause in your contract, if we do not fulfill it in approximately 120 days you can and will be refunded. Your next step is to send us any artwork you would like to use and to fill out the questionnaire for your article. This will be noted as well." 09/08 [redacted] emailed in when he clicked on the link to say I agree, he meant to say I do Not agree. I replied back "When you click, our sales person makes YOU type in your full name, which you did. Then you gave your payment information. It doesn't make sense whatsoever. All were asking is for you to follow through with what you signed up to do, that's all, nothing more. Thanks for your time, we look forward to seeing your artwork and questionnaire." 10-30-17 [redacted] emailed wanting to know what’s going on. Sarah C [redacted] replied by sending him his preliminary proof for review he did not receive the first time, and the questionnaire link to fill out that was included with the original receipt for records. 11-13-17 EMAILED SHIPPING DATES 11-16-17 Sarah C [redacted] , got a message from [redacted] saying he is stopping payment through his credit card company said to halt everything . 11-16-17 Sarah C [redacted] ; [redacted] emailed in asking for refund. I am not responding again as I’ve already told him it wasn't an option and we are waiting for his credit card company to send us paperwork. I am not calling him as he is verbally insulting when I speak to him 12-07-17 Sarah C [redacted] ; [redacted] called in and said that it had been over 120 days and he had in writing that if the book wasn't done in 120 days he would be refunded his money. Told [redacted] it is approximately 120 days. The first year, everyone has to approve their artwork and article and we were waiting on him and his business to make changes to preliminary proofs. We want the ad and article to look exactly what he wants it to look like. We Professional Staff Writers and Graphic Designers that can do anything the customer wants.Due to the timeline of the project not being breached, we will not give [redacted] a refund.Due to the graphic nature of this business owner's vulgarity towards women, The Table Times would like to make a counter compliant and have the business owner investigated for sexual harassment and misconduct in the workplace.
