phone number listedOur employees should have recognized it was the same numberWe are really sorry about thatThe consumer is not a client of ours, but we accidentally called the consumer twice after he asked for us not to contact him

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The Table Times has completely misrepresented themselves.  As of today, I did, finally, receive an email indicating that a refund was given; however, I have not seen that on my credit card as of yet. I suspect the ONLY reason I am now seeing anything being done is because they received my complaint to the Revdex.com.  The ad The Table Times claims to have created for me was awful and so I created my own and sent it in on time along with the article itself.  The Table Times put very little time or effort into creating an ad for me.  On December 29, Rocky M[redacted] told me that I had won a dispute over the charges with my credit card company and that they were "not giving me an additional $500 because that would $1000 and that isn't how it works"; however, I never disputed the charges.  After requesting the document that The Table Times claimed to have from my credit card company stating that I had won a dispute, The Table Times called back apologizing and told me that another [redacted] in Canada had made the dispute with her credit card company.  It was on December 20 that I was told my refund had been overlooked and that I would receive and email on December 21 showing a refund to my credit card. That did not happen.  The Table Times states that they issued a check on December 20; that is simply not true!  The Table Times told me in July that the booklet would be out in September of 2016; I did not hear anything from them to alert me to the fact that they were running late; there were no courtesy calls, emails or even a note in the mail stating that they were still working on the publication, but that it would be released at a different date.  The Table Times contract states very clearly that they will print an ad that they create if the business does not respond with an approval or submit their own design within the time specified, which I believe was approximately two weeks so I have a hard time believing that they were waiting for months on other businesses to approve their ads.  Also, The Table Times has been doing business in Fairbanks, AK for a number of years; I know this because I created ads for my husband's business two years in a row.  It was only because I had worked with The Table Times in the past that I agreed to use them for my own business, but that won't happen again.  They have gone out of their way to deflect blame on my, the customer, as well as their other customers in Fairbanks which is very unprofessional.  If my refund shows up on my credit card then great, but dragging everything out and then looking for ways to put the blame on me is insulting. Sincerely,[redacted]

This lady's response is a flat out lie. Her response to canceling was:Hi!I just bought a space in your booklet this morning and have been doing some research. I would like to cancel my payment. I thought that I had purchased placement that would guarantee my business was on the tables of these...

restaurants, but it seems that it’s actually not what I thought. Please let me know that my order has been cancelled. Thanks,[redacted] This statement is an absolute lie so we had to do our due diligence. Since then, this lady has been very unruly and even calling our company names on different social media platforms to the point where we are going to turn her over to our legal department. Here is our response back to her:[redacted],Here is your refund. The reason it took so long was your response for cancelling and we had to do our due diligence. We have signed contracts with the restaurants in question for The Table Times to be placed on the table tops for one full year. We do over 30,000 transactions a year and are an A+ on the Revdex.com with over a 99.99% satisfaction rate. Please look for us in the restaurants this year and keep us in mind for next year. Our President Jamie Beagle is a guy, not a girl, it happens all the time. He left that other company over 6 years ago because or their track record of not print anything. At The Table Times we believe in integrity and our product. We do everything in house; sales, design, printing and shipping.  I hope you have a wonderful rest of your year!Transaction Successfully RefundedTransaction ReceiptMerchant:The Table Times Inc - (Oregon City, OR)Date/Time:12/14/2017 1:25:09 PM PSTTransaction ID:[redacted]Transaction Type:Card RefundAmount:-399.00Credit Card InformationCC Type:VisaCC Number:[redacted]Processor:Payline-VitalBilling Information[redacted] Shipping Information,Order InformationOrder ID:[redacted]

The booklets were delivered to the 7 restaurant on 2/1/2018. They were verified by 2/8/18. We have given this client a $40 dollar refund for the delay in print due to other advertisers not promptly getting in their artwork and article on time. The year starts when the booklets are delivered to the...

restaurants.

Both the numbers are on our Do Not Call list. There is three different business names that we know of now.  We never want to come off as harassing anyone. Our apologies to the [redacted] family.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:

another company called [redacted] which [redacted] owns too.  He was upset we called him, we had no idea he owned [redacted] also.  We added [redacted] to our Do Not Call List immediately.  If he owns any other company's if he could let us know, so we do not contact him. The National Do Not Call Registry applies only to consumers; business phone and fax numbers are not covered by the registry. We wish Mr. [redacted] future successes!

Therefore, theConsumer clearly accepted the terms of the contract.Part of the service the Consumer purchased was access to the Business' professionalgraphic design team for assistance creating an original, custom advertisement and accessto our Staff Writer for writing the article. Please find enclosed on pages 27-31 the printout of a few email string showing the designprocess between Business and Consumer. In addition, please find on page 27 the time theart work and article process took to complete. Please find on page 29 his approval onAugust 26th 2015.Whenever it is our first year in a town, everyone has to approve their ad & article, so it cantake 4-5 months to get delivered. The Table Times booklets were delivered to the host on09/21/2015 which is 133 days after signed Consumers signed contract. In the contractwhich is electronically signed, it states The duration of the sponsorship begins whenthe ad & article are delivered to the host, which The Table Times estimates to beapproximately no later than 120 days from date of the signed contract. 133 days iswell within the 120 day proximity. The Table Times sends an unlimited supply of booklets to each Restaurant for free. Westart by shipping each Restaurant 3 times the amount of bookets than tables they have, incase one gets taken from a customer at the restaurant. The Table Times is not designed tobe taken off the table, but it does happen. This is what happened in Abilene, TX aftercontacting the restaurants on our lineup.Since this has happened we have changed our policy at The Table Times. We now have putPLEASE LEAVE ON TABLE in red on both sides of the booklet. We have also created aposition within our company that calls the restaurant Owners/General Managers eachbusiness quarter to make sure they have enough on hand for each table. We as well givethe Restaurants an article about their establishments on the inside cover of each booklet. The Consumer claims that we did not have a contract with the restaurants which is false. The Consumer claims the booklets did not get delivered to the restaurants which is false. Our booklet is made from a synthetic polyester based paper called SYNAPS. It is tear, grease and spill resistant. The Consumer claims the booklets got wet or stained and thrownaway, which is impossible which renders the statement false. The Consumer claims he paid over $900 dollars. Please find on pages 20 & 24, the totalConsumer paid is $600. Also please find 23 & 26 receipts emailed to consumer in totalamount of $600. So said Consumer is false. The Table Times does not like to have any client upset with our service. The Table Timeswould like the chance to make it right. We will give Consumer a full refund hisadvertisement in the amount of $600 and give him a free year in The Abilene Table Timeswith six restaurants to prove our service to the Consumer. With the false statements being proven, it is in the best interest not to post this review.Thank you,Jamie B[redacted]OwnerThe Table Times

We apologize for the delay in the print of The Fairbanks Table Times.  It has been delivered to the restaurants on 12/27/2016.  The very first year we are in a town, everyone has to approve their artwork and article.  Once a company signs up we give them 15 business days to send us...

any artwork for the ad and the article, or answers to the questionnaire for the article.  Once 15 business days has past, we send an art & article reminder email. If no response from the email after 1 week our Customer Service team does nothing but call the clients back to get in their artwork and article to keep our production schedule. We had more than a normal amount of people in Fairbanks we could not get a hold of after they paid us.
Part of signing up with us is full access to our design department to create a brand new ad for the clients, they have the rights to use the ad anywhere they choose, we do not watermark the ad.  Part of the services rendered was designing the ad for [redacted], see attached.  A refund check was sent out on 12/20/2016, it has NOT been deposited. On 01/02/2016 the owner of The Table Times decided to refund $499 in full to [redacted] despite services rendered for the ad designing and the booklet being 1 month late, but in a reasonable time frame due to the holidays trying to get a hold of clients.  The Table Times refunded her credit card and and email refund receipt was email to [redacted] on 1/02/2016 . We never want any our our clients to become upset. We want them to feel good about their investment. We wish [redacted] nothing but the best, and please look for us in the restaurants this year. Next year they will be delivered the week after Christmas.

In Allentown we contracted with the Owners and/or General Managers of 7 restaurants to hold The Table Times on their table tops for one full year. Our first year in a city, everyone has to approve their ad and article, so it has taken longer than normal to get shipped. The second, third, fourth year...

etc., there is an exact print date. We also sent them this email. It usually takes approximately 90 to 120 days from November 1, 2017 for the books to be printed as we get 100% approval on every ad and article before printing. It could be sooner than 60 days or a little longer than 90 days depending on the approval process. You will get a hard copy of the book sent to you in the mail at the same time the restaurants gets their shipment.  We do quality control with each restaurant, to make sure they're on the tables. It normally takes us 3 business days to verify the restaurants. Your year starts when the last restaurant is verified. If you have any other questions feel free to send an email or give us a call.Thank you,Customer Service The Table Times(800) 264-1104 Ext [redacted]We can offer a $50 refund for the delay in print.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  I asked so many times it is hard to count.  I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager.  Was put on hold then hung up on a few times.  When I finally spoke to a manager (Ron H[redacted]) I was assured that our numbers would be taken off their list and would never have another call.  And surprise received two more calls.  I had contacted them through social media and made my initial compliant before I spoke to manager and yet they still kept calling.  Their excuse for multiple businesses out of the same office is unacceptable considering how many times I had to tell them to stop calling.  I have wasted more time and energy then anyone ever should.  At this point their A+ rating with Revdex.com should be removed.  Our company was harassed and harassed by a business that was asked politely, multiple times, to please remove both of our numbers from their call list.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

The Table Times apologies for any inconvenience. In Wilmington, NC we contracted with

We always respond to voice mails within 24 hours or sooner, company policy. You can always get someone live to talk to 7am-4pm Monday thru Friday. We printed The LaCrosse Table Times 6 month after our first date of sale. The reason it was late is because both our commercial printing presses...

went down. We had to completely replace both of them. When we received the updated ad from the Consumer, it was late and we had already printed and shipped. You do get to approve your ad and article for print within a certain time frame. We were trying to get them out as quick as possible, from them already being late. We are aware of the ad not being correct and printed and we are reprinting the town because of this.  We apologize that we upset this company, this is never our attentions. We would like to offer half of the initial investment back, plus a free year of advertising for year two. The second, third, fourth year etc... there is an exact print date. Your ad runs for a full year when they are delivered to the restaurants.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in...

reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. BUT I must add that we have been called two more times since this complaint!!!!!!  I hope this is the end for me and others.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This response is an out right LIE. 5 recorded calls where made by the same person stating at the beginning of each call was that they "Wanted to talk with the person in charge of [redacted] for an exclusive offer being given only to this company."
At anytime during all of these calls, there was NO mention about [redacted]
Furthermore, I am not a client because I would not pay them the asking scam price amount of $350 therefore I am at that time a prospect. When I asked Phill as to how he found me in the first place he indicated that he grew up and graduated from the area and found my company "Online" so he Cold Called me. This company is negligent as they have no recording devices in place to comply to soliciting "OPT OUT" procedures confirming that they "Accidentally called" me a total of five times.
Phill stated on the phone the area restaurants that would be given my publication marketing. I went to 2 of the said restaurants and asked the manager/owner if they have heard of "The Table Times" based in Oregon City, OR and they stated that they have never heard of them. That is why this is a scam!
This has to be a matter of public record to alert the public of what Phill stands for in his position - as a person and this company's authentic outlook to the community.
Sincerely,[redacted]

On 9/08/17 Our GM Phillip J[redacted] called back [redacted], Owner of [redacted], to sell him our last two spaces, since he had already purchased one. We can give a special discount for the last two spaces to close out the project. For this the customer got upset started cursing at Phillip...

J[redacted]. At this point Phillip sent [redacted] to Sarah in Customer Service. Sarah C[redacted] (Customer Service Manager) "As soon as I tried to talk [redacted] said something about Revdex.com and also ripoff report, at which time I explained we have thousands of clients. He then asked if I was going to refund his money and I said no and tried to explain.  This is where he became irate. [redacted] called me a [redacted] and a [redacted], so I then ended the conversation telling him he was cussing at me we can no longer speak due to his threats and foul language, He then left a voicemail giving me 24 hours to refund his money or he was going to a lawyer and going to write bad reviews on our company. He also stated he was going to be stopping his payment through his credit card company. 9-8-17 Jamie B[redacted] emailed [redacted] "I appreciate your due diligence however we are an accredited business with the Revdex.com and are an A+. Over the last 3 years we have had 12 complaints, when considering we do over 30,000 transactions a year, it extremely minimal. We have over a 99.9% satisfaction rate. We are not in the business in asking our clients to write us good reviews. I can give you referrals that have renewed with us, year in and year out. We have also noted your vulgarity to our employees over the phone and have it on record. Using such language as a professional is not tolerable in any means. As always we wish any business success and have a wonderful rest of your year." 09/08 [redacted] emailed back "I never gave verbal or written ok for this transaction" Jamie B[redacted] emailed him back "You absolutely did. Below is your electronic signature we have from you. We would appreciate if you would handle this in a professional manner. Let us show you what we can do. There is a clause in your contract, if we do not fulfill it in approximately 120 days you can and will be refunded. Your next step is to send us any artwork you would like to use and to fill out the questionnaire for your article. This will be noted as well." 09/08 [redacted] emailed in when he clicked on the link to say I agree, he meant to say I do Not agree. I replied back "When you click, our sales person makes YOU type in your full name, which you did. Then you gave your payment information. It doesn't make sense whatsoever. All were asking is for you to follow through with what you signed up to do, that's all, nothing more. Thanks for your time, we look forward to seeing your artwork and questionnaire." 10-30-17 [redacted] emailed wanting to know what’s going on. Sarah C[redacted] replied by sending him his preliminary proof for review he did not receive the first time, and the questionnaire link to fill out that was included with the original receipt for records. 11-13-17 EMAILED SHIPPING DATES 11-16-17 Sarah C[redacted], got a message from [redacted] saying he is stopping payment through his credit card company said to halt everything . 11-16-17 Sarah C[redacted]; [redacted] emailed in asking for refund. I am not responding again as I’ve already told him it wasn't an option and we are waiting for his credit card company to send us paperwork. I am not calling him as he is verbally insulting when I speak to him 12-07-17 Sarah C[redacted]; [redacted] called in and said that it had been over 120 days and he had in writing that if the book wasn't done in 120 days he would be refunded his money. Told [redacted] it is approximately 120 days. The first year, everyone has to approve their artwork and article and we were waiting on him and his business to make changes to preliminary proofs. We want the ad and article to look exactly what he wants it to look like. We Professional Staff Writers and Graphic Designers that can do anything the customer wants.Due to the timeline of the project not being breached, we will not give [redacted] a refund.Due to the graphic nature of this business owner's vulgarity towards women, The Table Times would like to make a counter compliant and have the business owner investigated for sexual harassment and misconduct in the workplace.

In North Platte, NE we contracted with the Owners and/or General Managers of 5 restaurants to hold The Table Times on their table tops for one full year. Our first year in a city, everyone has to approve their ad and article, so it has taken longer than normal to get shipped. The second, third,...

fourth year etc., there is an exact print date. The North Plate Table Times were delivered on 1/27/2018.
