Our Customer Service Department records everything in real time. It was several days before I was contacted about our continued calls from Table Times after their first response. They called at least four times after I accepted their apology. Our counter person kept telling them no. The caller ID was "Table Times" not a number
I hope this is the end for me and other customers. They were too persistent

I am rejecting this response because:Contract was signed on 8-23-17I was told in approximately days my advertising would be printed and shipped to the places of business. On 9-5-17-98-17I received more than phones calls from their business trying to know all the sudden upgrade my contract and requesting I spend even more money with them. At this point I had looked them up and found several websites listing their practice as scam and this was common practice so I began asking for my money back and they refused and said they had days from signed contract.I realized at this point I was not going to get my money back and went ahead and filled out all the proper channels of fulfilling the needs to get my print ad ready. We then agreed on the image they made and then went back and forth until mid November about the write up they did. It was horrible. I was told they were the “best writers and advertisers in the business”Many times it took 3-emails to even get them to respond to a simps change. During this I continued asking for my money back. No one would ever answer the phone. REBUTTAL ABOUT 11-13They said they EMAILED SHIPPING DATESThis is 100% false! Nothing has every been completed, printed or shipped.You will see below the only communication I had with them on 11-is complaining about the write up and how I had not been given any response in my request of revisions. The Table Times is not designed to be taken off the table, but it does happen. We
have signed ironclad contracts with each restaurant to hold The Table Times on
their table tops for one full year
Whenever we have a restaurant not fulfill their end of the contracts we
will get replacement restaurants of greater or equal valueIf we cannot
replace the restaurants in question we give it to our legal team and the
restaurants not fulfilling their contract will end up having to reimburse the
clients in question
Two of the restaurants in Wichita
Falls have decided not to hold them on their tables, as per the notesWe are
in the middle of replacing them right now.
On 07/28/Customer Service tried to explain this to *** *** and
was given the USPS website as well as tracking numbersHe stated we are lying
and he is going to the policeHe also told us we made up the USPS website and
tracking numbers and he was reporting us.

continued to defame The Table Times instead of having the facts of the matter
We apologize for the delay and the two restaurants not standing behind their
contractSince two of the restaurants are in breach of their contract and
design and article services rendered, The Table Times have decided to partially
refund *** *** $199.50, half of their total cost of $they paidWe
