We worked with Terrence J at Sovereign Lending during the refinance or our house He was very professional, great attention to detail, well informed, prompt in returning our calls and attentive to some of our initial concerns We closed the loan in no time and it was a pleasure doing business with him

The Sovereign Lending group was excellent We contacted them at the beginning of the month and by the end of the month we signed and had the checks for the consolidation of our bills They were very fast, efficient, friendly and understanding Thank you for all of your help

My loan officer was Brad T***, and I cannot speak highly enough about him I had been looking to refinance my house and was having difficulty getting a loan due to my unique circumstances Most of the people I talked to had no interest in me once they determined that I didn't meet their standard criteria I should mention that I have excellent credit, a pretty decent income, and have never made a late payment Brad made it his business to find a loan product that I would qualify for He was personable yet professional He seemed to take a personal interest in my situation and wanted to help me out I felt like I had a more personal connection with him even working on the phone than some loan officers I have met in person I definitely hope to work with Brad again the next time I choose to refinance

I'm looking to share a review with this company I have started a loan application with them the middle of Aprilthe first communication I have with them that I have saved is dated April 25th It is currently Jun and I have not closed the loan The problem is that it has been full of we are goo and now just waiting for the next step hours before the next step is to be done I need you to send me something then now we have to wait again well now I need you to send me this, or sign that I have given then their last shot of having a hard close date by Friday the 15th I hope to come in here and update with we have close but we will see

All of the people I worked with at Sovereign Lending Group, were always very helpful and a pleasure to work with

We have left multiple message on the clients home and cell phone asking for a call back to get additional information in regard to the events that took placeWe will continue to contact the client until the process is resolved

Everyone I communicated with whether via email or phone conversation was professional, friendly, and knowledgeableI could not have imagined a better experience

I was told several times that Sovereign wanted a $deposit for appraisal and other costs associated with doing a refinanceAfter receiving my packet of papers to sign I noticed that it said $depositI called and was reassured it was $The very same day I sent the paperwork back, $was taken out of my accountI called and complained And was they would check into itNothing as been done in over two weeksPlus closing cost is double what I was told

I genuinely believe that this is a predatory lending company I believe they should be reported to the FTC and to my State's Attorney General's Office, which will be my next stop I am lucky to have saved all of the correspondence with this corrupt business for that purpose
We applied for a refinance and after a few months, we were told that they "forgot" to process our file, so nothing had been done Then, it was forgotten again and before you know it, a year and four months later, and two different home appraisals later (they are only valid for months) I'm still emailing once per week asking for an update Each time, I don't receive a response until I call and email several times Then I'm told to jump through the newest hoop, pay off this credit card, or we're waiting for the rates to drop, or I've even heard, "I don't make any money off a loan like this." Then it's oh, we are going to lock the rate on Monday Monday passes, still no response I email, still no response I call, no response
Our credit has been run over times now and we made the mistake of trusting what *** was telling us We made financial decisions based upon the information he provided us and completed every task he requested, most of them several times over
We had a good experience with our home purchase, but our refinance has been such a complete and utter disaster that we now feel swindled They completely took advantage of the fact that we didn't know much about finance or mortgages, which I told them I still have not been told that we do not qualify for a loan, that we have been approved for a loan If you cannot get anyone to call you back, it's very difficult to do business with them!

Sovereign Lending Group was outstanding to work with Everything was very smooth, and Kevin Breen stayed on top of things to ensure everyone completed their tasks At the end there was a problem that developed where I did not receive my check from the title company Keven worked out the problem and I receive my check in a timely manner I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone

Thank you to Andrew E*** for giving us so much help in the loan processHe was there to answer all our questions and concernsThe actual process was fastWe were able to do most of the work online which was so convenientBillie S*** was also a big help in the final processThere were no surprises

I want to share our experience we had with Sovereign Lending Group My husband and I have received numerous mailings over the last years about refinancing our home but the timing and interest rates never really aligned On a whim I had my husband get in touch with Sovereign Lending Group from a mailing we received because we were ready to do some home improvements and the rates were looking pretty good This is when we were connected with Apri J***, Senior Loan Officer and I could not have been more pleased I was hesitant at first taking a chance from just a phone number on a piece of “junk mail” and having to work with someone in another state I have to admit, that was one of the best phone calls we made Apri was such a joy to work with, she made the entire process as smooth and effortless as possible for us I am not saying that we didn’t have to do our part in the process; Arpi was honest, truthful, and thorough which made it easy for my husband and me to know what we needed to provide herShe really took care us and our home, when it was all said and done I was very happy and satisfied with everything When we moved to the closing portion of the process, we were assisted by Danny C*** who helped make sure we had everything in place to close the loan Both Arpi and Danny had to work through me for anything they needed to gather from my husband because he cannot take calls at his job, they were very patient and sometimes would receive emails from me late in the evening or weekends to accommodate our schedules Thank you again for all your hard work and making this a smooth refinance experience
