Great service! My loan officer, Kevin B, helped me greatly in refinancing my house! Not only I got the best rate from Sovereign Lending Group, but I was pleased with how quickly my paperwork was processed! I would totally recommend SLG for a loan!

For many people looking for alternatives to the traditional home loan/ refinance option, I found the Sovereign Lending Group fit what I was looking forI primarily worked with loan officer Kevin B*** who I found to be easy going and helpfulI wish I could say my experience was without any problems or frustrations but I can’tThere were some problems toward the end when it came to closingThere were requests for documents and things the underwriter wanted that I felt were unnecessary and it ended up delaying the process a few daysIf you have trepidation about working with a company where there is no face to face interaction I would say you have nothing to worry about with this companyOverall I am pleased with how things turned out and working with Kevin was a good experience

Terrance Johnson picked up the phone and explained in detail what to expect and what not to expectThe beauty of this experience was the time frame it took him to close my LoanTerrance Johnson is just my HERO, he is so knowledgeable and patient, he followed up with calls and emails I'm highly satisfied I will recommend him everyday all day to whoever is planning to refinance or buy his house He doesn't pressure you and most importantly he listens and DELIVER on his promises

I just completed a Refi with this company and the experience more than exceeded my expectationsMy agent was Arpi Jenanian My Refi closed in less than days She answered all my questions and always had a smile in her voiceI will readily refer my family and friends to her in an instantMy last experience with a Refi was with a different company and it took monthsI named it the never ending refiI retired from a service industry job after years and I appreciate good service

I believe this is the same company I had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com about two years ago I have contacted this company before and asked them to stop I also asked them to remove me from any all mailing lists or contact lists of any kind I do not appreciate there aggressive sales tactic and constant mailers I have received a mailer from this company in the past about every two weeks until I complained originally Now it has started again About every two weeks I receive mailers form this company

Arpi did a great job She went the extra mile to make things happen the best way possible

Initial loan disclosures were sent to Igor *** on August 8th Sovereign Lending Group
Incorporated had the final paperwork for Mr
*** ready on September 5th at a rate of 3.875% with
year fixed term Mr*** did not want the rate of 3.875%On September 15th management
made an exception by lowering his rate down to 3.75% to accommodate Mr*** request Mr
*** requested an October 1st first payment date on his new loanIt was explained to Mr***
because that home loan interest is paid in the arrears that it was not possibleThis explanation was
giving to Mr*** by *** *** and her manager *** ***
Desired Resolution:
Sovereign Lending Group Incorporated would like to complete Mr*** loan and in good faith can
offer Mr*** a 3.625% year fixed

Very costly mi$takeLooking to refinance I dubiously responded to one of their junk mail invitations promising eligibility and no-cost closingWhen they found out what my property was worth all they could see were dollar signs and promised me the moonRight out of the gate they took me for $they said would be refunded at closing which they referred to as a "slam dunk." Over the next weeks I wasted hours scanning and sending them insane amounts of documentation revealing every imaginable detail of my existenceDay after day for weeks I was strung along for "just one more thing," but we were "almost there." Clearly, my property was worth well more than I was asking for and purchasing the home originally (local bank) through VA was a breezeSovereign relentlessly toyed with us blaming VA stringencies that amounted to what they admitted was little more than $100/mofor incomeThey carelessly hit both my wife and my FICO with four hard inquiries wrecking my 725+ score but assured me that in time they would make it work if we could get a little more credit built upThen, within a couple weeks I received a Denial of Credit letter blaming me for terminating the applicationYou should be very suspicious of the origins of all these good reviews

This mortgage company is unprofessionalI decided not to proceed with the refinance due to hidden closing costs and other issuesOn Jan 2nd I requested my $appraisal fee to be returned as the appraisal was not performedI have been unable to recover my money and have been getting the run aroundThey gave me *** ** tracking numbers that were incorrect, hang up on me when I call, and tell you that its in the mailMy money has not been returned to me to datePlease can I get some assistance with this matter
