We tried to refinance our home with another company and got nowhere but we came to Sean And Sabrina and it was the easiest refinance there could be thank you very much for all the help and doing it so fast thank you again

I was contacted by Justin *** from their company on 3/12/and he requested for us to do water testing for one of their customers He told me that they were responsible for payment and would send a check out after I sent the invoice We went and took water samples and delivered them to a local lab and sent the results and invoice for $ to them I spent the next months trying to collect and getting the runaround, and was told that the check would be issued soon I have made numerous attempts to collect but am now being told that the home that they had us do the water testing for did not end up refinancing with them and that if I wanted payment I had to attempt to collect from the homeowner I explained I have never spoken to the homeowner and was hired by their company for the work I have spoken with different people at the company and last spoke with a woman named Beckie, on 8/16/that told me it is their company policy that they do not pay when the loan doe

I have told *** *** not to contact me She continues to email me after I have told her not to contact me She lied about terms of a loan and I do not want to do business with a firm that tolerates employees who are dishonest

I just finished my loan at Sovereign Lending Group and my loan officer was Terrance JTerrance was so helpful and honest with meI shopped around for awhile and Terrance was the only LO who can get me under a 4% for my year fixed loanNot only was he informative but I'm not computer savvy so he would come to my house personally to explain what I was signing and he made me feel comfortable about the whole processI recommend him to anyone who wants to refinance their home with a honest professional
