Phil gave us money for an RV and we told him he would have to wait days before he could see the RV and pick it up as it wasn't readyHe took it upon himself to go to where the RV was located and they place where the RV was at told him he couldn't see or get the RVAt that point he wanted his
money back but he had signed an agreement which stated his money was not refundable but could be used toward another RV or boatWe then had four other RVs for him and again he went to see the RV before he was supposed to and he cost us a listingWe decided to refund all his money because he would call us to times a dayWe have sent him some of his money already and we just owe him a little more which we will get to him soonThis guy has wasted much of our time for a refund which we don't have to give back to him legally but we are doing it so he doesn't waste any more of our time

We sell many units that are sold from one state to another and most buyers talk with the sellers to find out what requirements they have to take care ofThere are only one or two states that charge a personal property tax and there are a few more that require an inspection which can be done in
another state and sent to that states DMVAs far as insurance goes the seller should have told the buyer that the insurance has to be from a NC insurance agent which *** * *** offerI spoke with both buyer and seller with a solution which *** *** has refused to consider*** *** has threatened to destroy the RV and come to our location and assault usBefore these issues even came up, *** *** tried to get his bank to get all his money back while still owing us $2,There is a way to get this situation resolved but the buyer is unwilling to take the steps nessessaryAt this point the buyer and seller should work together to get this resolved and we would be willing to help and we would also like the money that is due to us

The Stines sold a boat.with major defects on the bottom of the boat that caused it to leakThey fixed of them repaired but there are still blisters that the Stines covered up with multiple coats of bottom paint figuring the buyer wouldn't find them for a few yearsThe repairs will cost thousands of dollars and these defects should have been disclosed at the time of the sale but they were well hidden even from the surveyorThe Stines defaulted on the contract but the buyer is still willing to keep the boat and make the payments but they will be a little late

I am simply rejecting this because they are simple words and I have been hearing those very words since the beginning of the contractIf I get the next or on time then I will close this caseWith the help of another CTOC Associate (karen) I do believe that my checks will come on timeI am not sure that I trust Bob because his phone voice and attitude lack a lot mannerismI also do not like being threatened by Bob with the condition that he will send out my checks if I stop writing to the Revdex.com about this issueHe stated that he cannot do both - respond to the complaints and write a checkFirst of all Bob doesn't write the checks, he may simply let someone else to know that the check needs to be written.After talking to Karen yesterday, I know that they haven't been sending out the checks, because for the first time ever Karen at CTOC said that they have received the check back from the incorrect addressI have asked for proof before of written checks only to be ignoredEvery time I have changed my address I have changed it with this company yet no one has it one file or changes with the accounting department that sends out these checksThe check I just received has one of my old addresses from a year and a half ago - why? I am not sure but I think it is laziness on their partThis company needs to get their stuff together if they want to avoid future issues like mine.I would love to resolve this but I have no trust in this companyI have a feeling that after I close this issue that it will go back to the same old thing - no checks unless I call and complainI would like to do other things in my life besides fight CTOC for my monthly check to be sent to me on timeBob's words are just words and not actions, maybe with the help of Karen it will get resolved.? I want this company to realize that I am simply doing what they would do with the buyer, expected the monthly check on time according to the contract that was signedCTOC would be calling the buyer asking about their money

Through numerous calls to and from Buyer and Seller*** *** received the payment and another one will get to him soon.

[Your Answer Here]This issue has not and is not resolved, This is a re-occurring problem since January of I have every envelope with the postal date and a copy of the dated check, and only one or two of them are on or before or sent by the *** of the month like the contract statesI call the company every month for my check because they fail to send it to me on timeCTOC is playing with my credit and my "grace period", I have worked hard and diligently to get the score that I have and this company has no regard for my well being at allIf they are sending out checks I want a copy of every check that I have been mail through the *** that I have received and cashed and the ones that they state they have sent out and this can be done through emailAnd as far as the last check they have sent to me I have not received itThey mailed the check was sent on September the ***, and as of today, September the ***, I have not received the payment through the regular mailif I do not make the payment by Monday, the *** it will be considered late and they will owe me another late fee. I do not care how the check is sent to me but according to the company they send it out every month through the regular mail and yet I don't receive them through the mailI do not profit from the check being sent *** but they force the issue by not mailing it to me on the ***CTOC has never taken this contract serious and I have a paper trail that this contract has been a train wreck since the beginningI will NOT leave this this alone until I received every penny of the contract signed by them and the buyer and again I WILL NOT EXTEND THIS CONTRACT UNTIL 2017!!!!!!!!!!
Because I have not received the check for an on time payment, they need to Again send it needs over nighted so I can make my payment by Friday evening!!!!!!!

I totallly disagree with Bob's comments He and Troy both verbally lead me to believe that I was "approved" for the RV and is the sole reason why they offered me a RV and not a newer oneWhy would I travel all the way to Florida from Utah for no reason? Although we kept in contact with Bob during my travel to Florida, he kept telling me that Karen would call me with more details because he had cateracts and could not see therefore he only verified referencesHe told me to get on the road and that she would call me ASAPShe never ever calledIt was not until I arrived in Florida, that I was informed that more money is required down in addtionHe never told me they weren't approving meHe just told me me I needed $more dollars before I would be able to get the RVBob has been dishonest from the beginningAfter I requested my refund, he told me maybe I shouldn't be so trusting with strangers with giving up $so freelyThis issue will not be closed until I get my refund as Bob has not been willing to provide me with a date when they would mail itWhen I called , he threatened to charge to me $per call that would be deducted from my refundI spent an addtional $during my stay in Florida because I had spent all I had based on Bob's informationI need my money ASAP

I spoke with ** *** last week and we sent a check to her with the money she was short on her last checkWe will work more dilligently to get her payment to her on timeShe claims that regular doesn't always deliber so she always wants it sent *** which is expensiveWe will strive to send the
payment to her sooner so she wull get the payments on ti,e

We always tell our clients that it can take up to days to get the refundIt is just going on days since his written request for the refund and it will go out within the next day or by Monday at the latest

*** *** received a little over $6,up front at the beginning of the contract which was the equivalent of monthly paymentsWe just had the boat moved to another marina within the last month.This was done at our expenseWe are actively seeking a new buyer but *** *** wants to sell
the boat outright which would be hard in today's economy as the boat is over years oldThe buyer was supposed to pay the latest monthly payment and we only had a couple of days notice that he didn't want the boat any longerOur stance is that since *** *** received the money up front, we will not start making the monthly payments until the money is used for the monthly [paymentsWe are paying the other bills.

We have repossessed the RV and just got it back to our place yesterdayThe person we repossessed the RV from is responsible for the taxes not us and he is also responsible for the paymentWe had to pay $1,to the RV park and $for the repo feeWe are not responsible for payments until
we get the RV back.We have had new buyers interested in the RV but when we send out Preliminary contracts *** doesn't return them signedOnce we have another buyer we can get her the payment that she is owed

First let me start by explaining that when they picked up the coach in Florida they were met by a representative of our company and they loved the coachHe showed them around the RV and also told them about the tiresHe also gave them a Good Sam extended warranty which covers everything from
bumper to bumperThe Upchurchs paid us $10,of the $15,they owed us after inspecting the coach,when our usual commission is 10% on a $200,plus coachWe have yet not received the other $5,and they have not made the monthly payments for the two months they have had the coachThen they tried to charge back $9,which we disputed and wonAll our units are used and sold "ASIS" that is why we offer the buyers a chance to inspect the unitIf the coach was in that bad a shape, why did they pay us our commission? They have also had the coach for three months and have failed to make one payment of $1,755.21.After the Upchurchs inspected the coach they signed the Purchase Partnership Agreement and our Agreement for the commission stating that the money was non-refundable but could be used toward another RV should this one not meet with their approval and we would have been glad to accommodate themNow they have possession of the coach and they are not making payments which doesn't hurt them but is destroying the credit of the seller.At this time the Upchurchs owe us $5,000.00, three payments to the seller totaling $5,and repossession fees if we have to pick the coach up.

We will be sending his refund soonWe found out that *** *** had purchased an RV before and never made a payment on it so we will not be getting him into another RV but we will give him his $1,back

We plan on refunding the money to *** ***There was a time when he was looking at other RVs we had advertised but they never came to fruitionWe will be sending his money soon
