*** *** contacted us about the end of December to get an RVHe gave us a $1,deposit and the applicationThe next day he called for a refund and he was told that we needed his refund request in writing at which time he became very abusive and was cussing us outI don't understand why he
would send us a deposit and an application then the very nexr day demand his deposit backThen he was calling us once or twice a day demanding we send his refund immediately, cussing all the time We are going to send him his refund within a couple of days

We sent a check to Bill a week and a half ago and it never got to him aand it hasn't come back to usI am working with our accountant to get another check to him

I am disappointed that Coast to Coast has taken the stance I am bullying them into anythingWhen I first noted I was having troubles I sent an email to my contact, George of my initial problems and what had happenedIt is rather long as I felt if I explained in full the situation they would be a little more understanding As stated not once did I become threatening until last weekAs with my creditors, if they do not hear from me they threaten tooI am sure Coast to Coast threatens customers that are late on their payments. As I have stated, after our return to the states we were hit with one problem after the other and around the first of July, not July ***, I spoke to George and then spoke to Mike who said he would return my call I waitedWhere is the bullying in that?

We will be refunding *** *** deposit soonWe have had his deposit fir months as he was out of the country but he was still looking to purchase an RV through our programDue to the demise of our General Manager some refinds are tajing a little longer to process

We have sent a payment to her bank for the month since we repossessed her RV which is our contractual agreement and now we have a good buyer who is going to make her monthly payments and insurance on the unitAs far as the $2,000.00, we don't owe this

We had spoken to *** *** prior to the *** of JulyAs well, it takes days for the refundIn regards to *** *** case, it is much like a prior deal, where they think they can bully and threaten us in regards to the refundWe apologize to them that they do not get the money back right
awayIf *** *** wished to have his money back sooner, he should have filed soonerHowever, unfortunate circumstances happen and he was no longer able to continue onward with the dealWe DO NOT wish to keep his moneyBut there are others in front of him, and the longer the previous clients take, as well as further complaints and threats of legal action WITHIN the days, it can prolong the deal

The repairs needed for the RV are being taken care of by our company and I feel there is no need to be tag teamed by both husband and wife for the same thingThe parts needed have been ordered and when the job is completed we will pay the balance

I have spoken to *** and made the suggestion that the seller add him to her insuranceI haven't spoken to the seller since about months ago and she hasn't called here or I would have talked to herThe only time I hung up on *** is when he threatened me as I don't respond to threatsIf *** can be civil I will speak to him and offer options before he destroys the RV which he stated he would do*** can call AIS insurance who are familiar with our program and don't require years RV experienceTheir phone number is ###-###-####, Jose ext *** or Victor ext ***If *** wants to give the RV back, we will take it and find another buyerIf he wants to call me I can help him get the insurance

We will be releasing the refund pn Friday August **, and a receipt will be sent to him once we send it to our card processor

We received a call from *** *** in June of looking for a boatHe saw one he wanted in June of and we wrote up the Preliminary and Broker agreementsHe was very demanding on the terms and only wanted them his wayHe ended up backing out of that deal so we searched for other boats for
him but he was being very pickyHe finally requested a refund after almost a year and a halfWe will be refunding his refund soon.?

I contacted the seller and we have tried to get insurance in my state (Indiana)? North Carolina will not accept any out of state insurance? Both *** *** *** will not sell insurance for this "take over payments" situation? *** *** insurance will not sell insurance without years of RV experience even though I have years of OTR semi truck experience? *** *** wont cover the unit without it being in the state it is from and wont sell to the "take over payments" as well? The only way to get the insurance is for the seller to just flat out lie to her insurance and not let them in on the situation? Even if she were willing to just insure it in her name the RV would have to be driven back to North Carolina for a vehicle inspection which is miles away from me? Coast to Coast Marine and Coach never let us in on any of these requirements? If they were a legit RV sales company, I believe they should have known? I contacted Bob at C2Coast and he told me it wasn't his problem and then hung up on me three separate times? I contacted the seller and she also has been mistreated and hung up on? After C2C got their money, they never contacted either of us except to debit my account for $? I used a credit card for the deposit and they just decided to run it for some extra money? No warning, I just noticed my account was low? Bottom line is C2C will be very nice and cooperative until they have the money and then wont help out with any issues? I am out $at this point and the RV has expired plates? They were supposed to be figuring out how to get this done and now it is too late? The seller cant get plates without getting it to NC and there is no hope for me to get insurance? C2C would not even offer to possibly apply my money to another RV and return or resell this one in NC? My salesman was Tom and he stated I could trade in my coach at any point and they would simply make the payments? I have not talked to him since I paid for the coach? Dream Finders RV only charges a one time finders fee for about $? C2C charged me $? ?

*** *** gave us a good faith deposit on an RV we had listed for saleHe stated he wanted to go to Florida to look at the RVWe explained to him that he could look at the RV but he couldn't pick up the RV until he had more money for us which he said he could give to us on the *** of the month
He traveled to Florida around the *** of September and said he was going to pick up the RV and we told him he would have to give us more money and he stated he didn't have it and that he was broke and needed his deposit backI told him he had to send us a written request to get his refund and that it could take up to days to get his refund like the paperwork for the good faith deposit statedHe started call us every day demanding his deposit back and I told him it had to go before a board who approves the refundsHe kept calling every day and I told him the same thing then he had his mother calling, keeping me on the phone for 10-minutes at a time with the same questions each time which I had to repeat all over again each timeThe refund should be going out this weekThe reason it is taking so long is that it was determined thathe didn't have the money to get the RV and that if we let him take it we might never see it again

The sellers insurance won't allow her to insure an rv in someone else's possesion? I have contacted coast to coast marine and coach and they will not take back the rv? They continue to hang up everytime I try? The seller also has not been able to get a return phone call? She and I have decided a joint suit against c2c is probably the only way to go? There are no plates on the rv because they have expired and she can't get them without insurance? Neither of us are willing to drive it plate less and without insurance? C2c won't come get it as I have asked them numerous times? The seller is also scared they won't make the payments as we have read numerous other complaints? C2c seems to rent out the rv and just keep the money? How nice

We had a couple of boats for him but they both fell through because of his past criminal activityIt has been a while since the crime happened and we are still willing to find a boat for himAs of right now he has a credit with our company in the amount of $14,which should be sufficient to
find the type of boat he is looking for

I am tired of having to reply to the same complaint over and over again.If we would have known in the beginning that [redacted] had no money, we would never have asked him for a depositThe fact is he tried to get an RV for nothing is not what business is aboutWe have sent his refund but it went to the wrong addressWe will sent another check oncewe verify he didn't get this check and cashed it because we don't know what his intentions are.?
