Again, the gentlemen did not have to send us $2,As well, we were told about the tag issue AFTER the factWe had agreed to the refund and gentlemen has continued to barrage us about it, and as well claimed us of doing something we are not.? "Your company policy also says they take dollar deposit not strong-armed into paying deposit or deposit, I was deceived in this transaction and had I been told there was an issue with the tags, I never would have agreed to running penny let alone dollars, days will put me into a irreversible situation and two weeks is to long, you took it out in second, Coast to coast has done nothing for me so it should not tie my money up for days,? The Stine's had their boat listed through a Broker in Wisconsin for a long timeThe buyer was looking for a boat just like it and I called the broker to set up a deal on our take over payment ? program which the Stines agreed toSince they owned the boat outright we would get them 9% interest
through the term of the dealThe buyer wanted the boat surveyed so the Broker sent him a list of surveyors that they useThe survey came back with one issue regarding one of the motors which the buyer agreed to fixThe buyer took possession of the boat and didn't get it in the water that yearThe next season when he did get the boat in the water he found that the boat had many leaks which were not disclosed either with the survey or a disclosure from the StinesThe Broker who maintained the boat had fixed of the blisters on the hull and just painted over the other blisters to cover them upThe blisters should have been disclosed according to the contract otherwise it is a default of the contract by the sellersIt will now cost thousands of dollars to make the boat sea worthyThe buyer is willing to make the repairs and make the monthly payments but he had his identity stolen and is waiting for his money to come back to him to get the payments caught upWe will not pick up the boat because the way it is we can't remarket it until the repairs are madeIf the Stines want their boat back we will let them know where it is or give the buyer some time for the bank to return his money and he will get the payments caught up and get the boat repaired

We have been trying to reach the buyer of this RV but he works in the field and he doesn't? get reception out thereWe didn't knowthe seller wanted the repossession or we would have picked it up alreadyWe will start the process now and post the RV for another buyer

While this is progress, and I do appreciate it, I can not accept this response because it only addresses one of the repairs listed, and not the restI have enclosed an attachment, from the repair shop the unit? is currently in, which lists some of the necessary repairsNot included in the attached? quote but mentioned in the filed complaint is a missing TV and the repair of the captains chairs as well as reimbursements for services already renderedWhat I submitted in the complaint was an estimated cost, as we all know, final cost may vary, wont? know until? all the work is completedLooking forward to Coast Coast following through with completing ALL the required repairs in a reasonable timeframe and not dragging it out for another 6-months.?
