When I called to schedule an appointment, one of the owners insisted that they will only do a "complete job" and that they will not send someone out to do "partial work" meaning that if I have panes, they will insist on cleaning and charging me for all 50, not just the I bought the voucher for Not only that, but they will insist on cleaning AND CHARGING an additional $per trackI do not want the tracks cleanedI want only the window panes that I bought the voucher for cleaned The fine print states "Valid for window panes only*Additional $per window pane*Additional $per track cleaning*Additional $per bug screen cleaning*Additional fees apply for French pane windows."
