I am rejecting this response because:Country Financial has send a letter to explain things which I already was made aware ofthey mad mistakes so they will have to pay for those mistakesI do not have to pay for there mistake I want them to refund all of the and the billing department can send a check for of the bank fee's I received due to CF taking funds out early then on the day we agreed on the of every monthI would be happy to provide bank statements to prove thisCF has not contacted me by phone to deal with this matter....From March to may We had NO Ins Coverage and they did not contacts to informed uswe have terminated out auto policy with CF due to CF in ability to conduct processional business with out moneythey abused there trust and their word I never gave them permission to take money out on May 17,there for they stole my money and I want it back

I am rejecting this response because:
Mr. [redacted] with County Financial has sent a letter...

explaining that they don't feel responsible for the stop payment that cost $35.  He has claimed that the bank would not allow the cancellation of the automatic withdrawal in the 3 days they were given to stop it.  In fact, it was completely up to Country Financial to cancel the withdrawal, my bank was helpless to stop the process unless cancelled by Country Financial.  That was told to me by the vice president of the bank where I have an account.  So when Country Financial was told to cancel my policy on Thursday, they had until Monday to cancel out my account, my policy, and the automatic withdrawal.  They chose to hold out to attempt to withdraw the money, and when they were stopped by my stop payment, they were effectively trying to steal money from my account.  When will consumers have control of their own money?  Why do I have to pay my own bank to stop a payment from being made 4 days in the future?  In what world am I in the wrong and it's ok for a company to steal money from me?  Mr. Lowe says I signed an agreement stating these facts.  I'm for the record, saying I didn't sign anything to the affect of allowing Country Financial to take money from my account if I cancelled my policy and the electronic withdraw process.  I still feel Country Financial owes me $35 for the stop payment fee, and for the time and effort AND STRESS caused by Country Financial.....thousands.  This company, like most others, does not care about consumers.

The company accepted my assertion that their agent shouldn't have issued the policy. The company backdated the policy to the date of inception, and I was told to disregard another billing that was sent to me as well. I presume, based on this, they have pulled their file from the collection agency they reported my account to, but in the meantime I filed a dispute with that agency to be certain. Assuming this is the last of this issue, I am satisfied that the company's response to my complaint with the Revdex.com has been handled satisfactorily.
