The situation is not resolved. I have not been contacted by anyone from Country Financial. I original position is the same-I do not want to pay ant additional premiums for a motorcycle that Country Financial is no longer insuring. I would also like a pro-rated return on the unused portion of the 6 month premium.

I asked the company not to contact me anymore with their lies. I actually recorded the conversations between myself and their employees to prove they are a bunch of liar but my husband does not want to sue country financial only the contractor but thank for your assistance..

We received notice of this complaint for the first time on 12/28/2016 by mail. It was mailed to our home office, but addressed to the incorrect agent. There is no email link provided. We discussed this matter with our insured on 12/27/2016, and I will be sending them a written explanation as well....

I am rejecting this response because:
we did everything that was required of us, took the car in for the proper maintenance, their service manager elected not to put any engine issues on the invoice.  The only invoice that covered the engine was the first one at approx 15,000 miles and Weisner put the problem on the catalytic converter and cleared the engine.  After that they basically ignored the engine issue and our request to check the engine but continued to bill us for other parts.My wife was told that the engine noise was normal for her car.  The engine died and I had to replace it due to the poor workmanship of the dealer and the faulty design of the engine.So due to the fact that Weisner will not back the work and their 100,000 mile inspection is just another way to get more money out of the consumer.  They are wrong.Chevrolet is wrong for not backing their product when they where informed of the issue, because they did an oil consumption recall but unfortunately [redacted] could not complete the test before the engine died.

As I have stated multiple times to Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] and is documented in the customer write up sheet, we were not told about a noise in the motor when the vehicle was brought in on 4/15/15. Nor have we been the ones that preformed the oil changes to the customers vehicle. Therefore we are not responsible for the condition of the vehicle.

I contacted Mrs. [redacted] on Tuesday Nov 3rd and apogized profusely for the mis-handling of her simple request.   I worked with my corporate home office and had them complete the cancellations immediately, and authorize me to produce refund checks locally.  THe payment...

histories showing all debits and credits to both accounts as well as full refunds were overnighted to Mrs. [redacted] home addrress yesterday for delivery today.
I indicated to Mrs. [redacted] should she find any discrepancy between her accounting records of payments sent and ours of payments received to notify me immediately and I personally would work to resolve it.
Thank you for the opportunity to correct this situation.  I do hope this is satisfactory to Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] and look forward to hearing from them to confirm as such.

[redacted] on May 13th midday at the number left for contact and didn't hear back.  I then followed up with an email at 7:30 pm that evening.  Mr. [redacted] returned my email today, Friday May 15th, and I responded within 90 minutes.  I am currently awaiting a response from the [redacted]s if my proposed resolution is satisfactory.  Email documentation is attached.
This matter is not yet resolved, but I did want to update Revdex.com as to the actions that had been taken and where we currently stood in the matter. I will update the Revdex.com again with this matter is resolved
