They are very good at judging the market and get a good renter They are sometimes a little hard to get a hold of

I've been renting for years now and have never had a process go smoother than this! Being able to view the properties without having to wait on a realtor or owner was a breeze! The rently.com process was so fast and easy I got in and out of houses in the same area in mins! I emailed Garret for questions and how to go about everything and he was so quick to reply! Once I put in the application and pressed submit, he called me within mins and had already had my approval processed startedI went to the home office myself the very next day instead of sending in payments and fees, and I'm so glad I didBrenda and Jon were so welcoming, happy and informative on the next steps to moving in and all the things I needed to get doneI'm so grateful I found them! All my emails were replied back so quickly even I was surprised how fast they are! I work a crazy work schedule and with kids and a move out date coming so soon, their service was exactly what I needed!!! Thank you guys so much and I will share and refer you guys to all my friends and family!

The leasing experience was fantastic! The staff was easy to work with and responding to questions quickly. I am very pleased and highly recommend them!

So far, I have had an awesome experience with Real Property Management. Their self viewing option works out great as you can view the property at your convenience. Garrett has been great during the inquiry and application process. Answered my questions and emails in a timely manner. While email is the best way to correspond, the one time I did call my call was answered. I thought it was awesome that the quality assurance manager made sure I had a good experience. That seems to be unheard of in this industry. Move in is in a little over a week, so I will update once ive signed the lease! If you are looking for a new rental home, I highly recommend checking out their website. Some of these negative reviews seem questionable, so I felt the need to share my experience.

What impressed me first about RPM was the method of seeing a property. We showed up late on a Sunday and was able to see and access the property within an hour of the online registration. We didn't need to schedule an appointment or wait on anyone.
I was then amazed at how clean and well maintained the property appeared. We had looked at 10 other locations and none compared.
The leasing process was so painless, but thorough. We never had face to face with anyone. Everyone we interacted with were professional, kind, and patient.
Garrett, our listing agent, was very responsive to all emails. Made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Brenda, at the front desk, has tremendous customer service skills. She was thorough but very kind and reassuring of the leasing process. I really appreciated the check up call we received from Jon, the Quality Manager.
We will be submitting some work orders to maintenance department soon. I'm hoping that my experience will be a positive one.
Thus far I am very satisfied with the RPM services and and strongly recommend them.
