I have been in my house for over 3 years now and love it! Last week I put a work order in for my fence after all the rain we got. I called in to let them know about my dogs and spoke to a Sunmer. She was super sweet and made sure that was the only thing I needed to have done! The next day I got home from work and my fence was not only fixed but then some! Gilbert had come out and fixed the part I called about plus another part! He also took the time to replace part of the fence that the neighbor dog has chewed up! Needless to say the whole experience was a great one!
Our experience with Real Property Management has been great thus far. We have not yet moved into our property yet, but all of the steps leading up to have flowed very smoothly. \r\n\r\nThey were very quick to respond to our initial inquiry about our property and more than willing to answer any of my (many) questions I had. When we went to drop off our deposit and sign our lease, we left with no additional questions - which is almost unheard of in the rental world.\r\n\r\nJon, who oversees Quality Assurance, took the time to sit down with us and mull over any details of the lease that we had questions about. Anything he was unable to answer at the time, he took back to the owner of the property and was able to get back to us with an answer in less than a business day.\r\n\r\nI would definitely recommend this company to a family/friend looking for a rental home in the DFW area.
I have been renting a home that RPM manages and it has been the best experience! We had a few minor maintenance issues upon move-in and they were repaired in a very timely manner. The contractors all worked with our schedule so no time off work needed! Easy communication and quick responses!

Real Property Management (RPM) has managed all of my properties in the DFW area for 5 years now. I used to manage them myself, but the headaches seemed to grow with each new tenant. Now that I have turned it over to RPM, it is a much more viable situation to own rental properties. Maintenance is cheaper through volume discounts, I get notified if maintenance will run more than a pre-specified amount, and I get market surveys letting me know if my rents are in the proper range.
I have been with RPM for 1 and a half years now switching to them from another management company that did a terrible job. It has been a night and day experience. I had my first issue with RPM after 18 months and Glenda and Brent were friendly and professional in resolving my issues and concerns. I would highly recommend RPM for managing your rental home(s)
