Working with RPM has been one of the most pleasurable experiences I have had in my life. After looking for a property for 2 months and emailing and texting a dozen or so "landlords" with no response besides a few scams, I came across one of [redacted] listings. I emailed him about the property and 3 days later I was signing the lease. Everything from the self viewing of the property to the application process to the lease signing was stress free. All of my questions, comments, and concerns were all addressed immediately and professionally. The staff in the Dallas office, specifically Brenda and Jon made sure I had a full understanding of the lease and how to go about taking care of any and all issues I may have in the future. This company has been completely transparent, and I feel as if the door is always open to me for anything I need. They also all cross check each other on e-mails so that someone is covering you at all times. Brenda and Garrett were very helpful and always on point. This is the best property management company I have seen in a long time. My cousin just got approved for a home through them and to experience it with her was awesome! The are super friendly and timely. They even called her to go through her checklist before move in. Mrs. Brenda stayed on the phone with us for an hour, making sure I knew everything she had to do, so I could help her. She even gave us a personal invitation to meet her in person one day. These people are the real deal, I promise. If my cousin is happy, so am . They have made her extremely happy! Can't wait to look for a home under their watch! I also coordinated with Stephanie, who is friendly but could improve on the amount of time she takes to return phone calls and emails. Finding a home to rent was simple and application process was smooth. Any maintenance issues that have happen have been handled by RPM very quickly.
