Their telemarketing people are rude, pushy and call people who are on the Do Not Call list This is THE LAST COMPANY with which I would do business

Purchased from them and continued to receive calls, I told them to stop for a few months, continued calling: On June at PM they called and said: "Is this the NACP", and when I said "Please stop calling" His response was " So you are going to treat me like a ***"
I told him that he had crossed the line and I would never do business with them

I received a call from *** The person talked fast to the point I can barely understand him When I told him I was not interested, he asked if my doors were still open in an obnoxious manner I first called the company and briefly explained I wanted to talk to the sales manager about a less than pleasant call and they wanted to send me to the sales managerI said that either they give me to the sales manager or the president or I would contact the Revdex.comI spoke to the sales manager for this business at the *** location and spoke to *** who is supposed to be the sales manager I gave him the name *** who called me and he said they have sales peopleHe wanted to know the caller id which was on my cell phone and I honestly was not about to hang up and look it up He said I could do that or he could end the call Seriously? I ended the call and am sharing the experience hereI will also post on *** and contact the *** to share this companies business practicesThere is no need to be talking to potential customers like that

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***. It sounds like they are sending me a call tag in order to return the product, so I will wait for that to arrive. This is what I kept asking them for, so I am happy that they responded to you. It's a shame that they wasted your time when they could have agreed to this in the first place. If they retrieve the product at their cost, I will consider this matter closed

Unbelievably rude telemarketer (claimed her name was [redacted]): lied about contacting me previously. As I began to politely answer one of her questions, she simply hung up when she realized I was not going to buy anything immediately.

advised him that the telephone number he provided is not in any of our databases and that the calls he is receiving are not being made by Specialty Graphics. 
Additionally, he stated he would have this complaint redirected.

Harassing phone calls, will not take "I'm not interested in your promotional products" and "please stop calling". A [redacted] is mental. Can't possibly expect any business after his foul language, yet the calls continue as he puts it, "just to use up your batteries". Someone needs to stop this it. If Revdex.com isn't able to help, who can? A hacker perhaps could put an end to their craziness!!

Specialty Graphics has been great to work with. I've order product for our church and for another organization and it's always met my expectations. My sales rep is funny and doesn't push, which I appreciate! Glad to support a local business!
