Unbelievably rude telemarketer (claimed her name was [redacted]): lied about contacting me previously. As I began to politely answer one of her questions, she simply hung up when she realized I was not going to buy anything immediately.

Purchased pens from this company a few years back, my mistake. I have asked to be removed from their calling list ever since that time. I continue to receive calls, at my office number and mobile number. I continue to request to be removed from their calling list. When I request, they become rude, vulgar and continue to sell. I restate to be removed from the calling list and that I WILL NOT order ANY items from their company. They continue to be rude & vulgar at that point I hang up.

Their telemarketing people are rude, pushy and call people who are on the Do Not Call list. This is THE LAST COMPANY with which I would do business.

This company calls me all the time and every time I ask them to remove me from their calling list they hang up on me. Over and over again. Just today I informed the gal who called that this always happens. She told me that she hadn't hung up on me yet and proceeded to try and sell me something. When I told her I wasn't interested and to please remove me from their list, she hung up on me.

The unbelievably rude telemarketers from SGI Phoenix won't leave me alone. Whenever they call, I BEG them never to call again. One guy actually said to me, "Oh yeah? I'm going to call you every [redacted] day this week." What an interesting sales technique.

Specialty Graphics has been great to work with. I've order product for our church and for another organization and it's always met my expectations. My sales rep is funny and doesn't push, which I appreciate! Glad to support a local business!
