First, I would like for them to cease promoting their products until they issue an honest, transparent, and forthcoming letter of apology to their customersNone of this "We Will Make It Right" tripe that they flippantly mass-mailed and posted to their social networking sitesIf they have time to advertise, they have time to actually respond instead of blatantly ignoring us

If possible, I'd like for the information below to be ADDED to my complaint -- # [redacted] UPDATE: I was emailed a shipping notice from Spigen on 10/15/14, and would like to add the USPS tracking number to my complaint so that it can also be monitored by the Revdex.comThe tracking information --- as of 10/17/at 1:40pm PST --- states that only the shipping label has been createdNo item has actually shipped as of yetAccording to complaints I have read from other disgruntled Spigen customers, shipping labels are created when a Revdex.com complaint is put in, but the item is not leaving the warehouse in a timely manner, if at allMy USPS Tracking # [redacted] for review Also, their customer service phone number [redacted] 1) continues to go to voicemail and online chat remains unavailable
