I have an extremely sweet landlord that has 2 children and moved out of the city to raise her family. She is an absolute sweetheart and takes care of all appliances, one of which (the fridge) that we need replaced. We live in a fully managed building and she purchased a new fridge from ***for us. She scheduled the delivery for today 12/5 and we got a confirmation this morning that the fridge would be delivered today between 7AM - 11AM.

Next, my fiancé gets a call that the delivery was canceled based on our request. We had never requested that the delivery be canceled, especially considering we changed a flight and took the entire day off for this delivery. It is our anniversary and what we preferred to do is celebrate and take our trip as planned.

We explained that we did not cancel the fridge delivery and the woman on the phone hung up. After calling back to request a manager, our requests were refused and the woman claimed that she was uncomfortable and didn’t know when the next delivery would be scheduled for. After multiple attempts to reschedule, the woman claimed she couldn’t do it for us and we are left calling *** and the deliebery service, only to receive voicemails all around. This is bananas. We looked up reviews and google has numerous 1 star reviews saying that the delivery drivers simply cancel product orders and typically are involved in crimes like theft and vandalism. Needless to say we are not optimistic and out on a $2,000 appliance.

Never in my 20+ years of serving and dealing with the public, have I ever witnessed such UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR FROM A COMPANY AND ITS REPRESENTITIVES!!! Underminingly Horrible.

We had a dishwasher install in Sept of 2018. Your technician couldn’t even drill a proper hole and damaged our cabinet. After reporting it to HOME DEPOT we were redirected back to spirit, where they asked for two quotes and pictures and a form to be submitted, which we did. The quotes weren’t even looked at, once we sent the email within mins we received a response back without the full amount of the quotes being considered. We didn’t agree, but now find out a check is being cut for what YOU offered. Not only that , but the actual Technion who did the damage, emailed my husband and was very rude and again very unprofessional.

Spirit subcontracted with *** to delivered a fridge we purchased back in September. The delivery took place on 10/04/2018; we requested to have the fridge installed at the time of purchase, which they did. The installers left the water line lose and as consequence, the water line became unhooked from the fridge causing water to leak over my floor all night. My house is a split level home and the garage is under my kitchen. We noticed that water was coming through the garage celling the next day, when inspecting the source, we moved the fridge and noticed that the side of the water line that was supposed to be plugged on to the refrigerator was completely lose, causing water to spilled. We contacted *** and told them of the severe water damage on our celling due to a poor installation,they referred us to Spirit since they were the ones who installed the fridge.
Spirit sent one of their workers to our house to "inspect our fridge" and declared that it was a defected product. Their worker was not a certified LG technician and he was bias on his conclusion. He compromised the guarantee of my appliance by uncovering the back of the fridge. He found water residue on the bottom tray if the fridge, stating that it should not be there. It is only logic that there was going to be water residue, since they did not plug the water line correctly and water spilled over night. Now they are refusing to repair the damages made to my garage. *** is not helping me, and LG is sending an inspector to determine if my fridge is a defective product or not. The water line was not plugged and I rendered all of the evidences showing what a poor job their installers did. Now I'm being bounce around and the water damage in my house has not been repaired. I don't want to file an insurance claim with my home owners insurance since that is going to affect me and I don't think I should be liable for their negligence.

In early July 2018 I purchased a fridge from *** at *** The Fridge was delivered on Wednesday, 7/18/2018. In the process of delivery the crew caused some damage to my hallway wall and hardwood floor (scratches and dents). The merchandise itself was acceptably fine. Per the request of the delivery crew I signed a sheet indicating receiving the merchandise. At the same time I pointed out the home damages to the crew. The crew admitted they caused the damage and promised to come back on next Sunday (7/22/2018) to fix the damage. The people never showed up. I first contacted *** and then reached Spirit Logistic Network per ***'s instruction. Spirit initially promised to send an assessor to my home to check up the damage. The assessor never came. I had to call Spirit many times before Spirit told me it received notification concerning property damage and asked me to fill out claim form. It asked me to collect some contractors' estimates for the repairing work. It asked me to provide its office by email the finished claim form, the contractors' estimates, and photos of the damages. I followed its instructions. Spirit declined my request. Its reason was it had a file indicating no damage to my "property". What does "property" mean here? I visited *** again and a manager at *** confirmed that the "property" on sheet I signed on the delivery date meant only the merchandise itself. It had nothing to do with my home. I emailed back Spirit and explained my opinion. Spirit refused to reconsider its decision without any explanation. I asked Spirit to send an assessor to have a look at the damage to my home. Spirit simply ignored me. So far more than one month has passed and I have not received any reply from Spirit.

Spirit Delivery was scheduled to deliver a refrigerator to my house yesterday between 2:15 am & 6:15 PM (I purchased from Home Depot). I was told on several occasions that this delivery co. will call me 30 mins. in advance of the delivery. I took the day off work to be there and to my surprise, no one showed up or called. I then tried calling the co. at around 6:30 pm and got no answer. I then called the delivery support center who cannot get hold of the delivery co. but are able to read the notes that the truck came at around 4 pm and the refrigerator was damaged & someone at my house refused the delivery due to the damage and that they took pictures of the house when they were there - " TOTAL FABRICATION ' -- THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIERS. I WAS AT HOME LOOKING OUT FOR THE DELIVERY THE ENTIRE TIME THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE THERE.
TODAY NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT I NEED TO SPEAK WITH HOME DEPOT.
SPIRIT DELIVERY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR - IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE STAR, THAT WHAT I WOULD'VE GIVEN.
HOME DEPOT NEEDS TO STAY AWAY FROM SPIRIT DELIVERY AT ALL COST - 'THEY WERE NEVER AT MY HOUSE FOR THE DELIVERY.

During delivery & installation of our new refrigerator, the delivery person moved the entertainment center without informing me nor asked for help when I had told him as soon as they came in to ask for help if needed. I heard him moved something so I came out from the room and saw him pushing the entertainment center and I told him “no” but it was too late , saw that he gouged the wood floor by doing it. . He acknowledged it by saying “ I’m sorry” and told me & my husband to call his company, he even took a picture. We filed a complaint to this company as instructed by them , sent pictures and estimate for repair as instructed only to be told they are not legally responsible for damage to our property. I called this company and still waiting for them to call until now. How could it be not their responsibility when clearly he did something to damage our property, violated my right to be notified before moving furniture. There was enough space for him to bring in the refrigerator cause he measured as soon as he came in and told me “ it’s ok” so there was no readon for him to do it. I want them to pay for the damaged floor . Thank you so much for your sssistance.

On June 5, servicemen from Spirit Logistics damaged my hardwood floors during a fridge delivery. I filed a claim to cover repair costs on July 12. The receipt of the claim was acknowledged by Milva D did not hear back from the company and decided to send my first follow up email on August 15. No response. Second follow up email was sent on August 22, and preceded by a call. No response. On Sept 7, I sent the team an email after leaving a voicemail with Milva and told them that I will file a complaint with Revdex.com if I don't hear by EoD. Received a response from Michele V saying Milva no longer works at Spirit. Michele asked for original paperwork so she could review and would get back to me by Monday (Sept 10) at the latest. Follow up email on Sept 10 received no response. Second follow up email on Sept 12 received no response. Third follow up email sent yesterday (Sept 17) received a response after I said I would file a complaint if no resolution received by 6pm. In response to that email, Diana R sent a copy of the Denial Letter (dated Sept 7). The Denial Letter alleged that I signed a delivery ticket indicating no damage to my property and therefore Spirit could not be found legally responsible for damage to my property. However, the Delivery Ticket attached contained a signature that was not mine. The company has my signature sample on file from the claim submission. As of Sept 18 9:45am, no response has been heard from Spirit and no resolution has been reached.

I purchased a refrigerator from *** and it was delivered by Spirit Delivery in September, 2017. The worker who installed the refrigerator did not tighten the water pipes behind the refrigerator properly. I realized there was a slow leak 6 months later when I saw a water spot in the sheet rock next to the refrigerator. Under further inspection, I saw a water stain throughout the baseboard in the back of my pantry. We pulled out the refrigerator and were able to tighten the connector by hand. We made sure the leak stopped. I then filed a claim with the insurance company for Spirit Delivery which was in April, 2018. I did not hear back for several weeks, I left several messages and finally received an email stating that I need to get two quotes on repairs, have a witness statement along with the completed paperwork they sent me and pictures of the damage. I sent them all of the requested items June 1st, 2018. Once again after numerous attempts to contact them by phone and email, I heard nothing. I finally received an email that they were trying to determine liability. That was four weeks ago. Very frustrating as I only get voice mail when I call and emails are being ignored. I just want to get my repairs done to avoid mold issues down the road. This was not my fault and due to the installer not doing his job properly. and the insurance offices ignoring and delaying the problem. Any assistance you can offer to get this problem solved will be greatly appreciated.

The company delivered a dryer to my house on 2 occasions. The first occasion everything went smoothly, except for the fact that dryer was malfunctioning. The second occasion did not go so well. The delivery men failed to remove my door causing damage to the door, door frame and broke two screens. I have an active claim since March 2018 and sent the company everything they have requested. I have not heard from the agent I had been dealing with since April. I have reached out every month via email and have tried numerous times to call with no avail.

We ordered new appliances through *** and Spirit Deivery is who they contract with. We ordered on July 11,2018 and was told the earliest they could come was July 24th, 2018. The day before we receive a call that our delivery would be coming between 11am-3pm. My husband takes the day off from work to ensure he is there when they arrive. Tuesday July 24th, 2018 comes and no delivery. We tried calling the company numerous times with it going straight to voicemail with no one returning our calls. We call *** who state they can’t help us as no one updated the computer system. Wednesday morning comes and still not calls from Spirit Delivery. I’m calling *** cooperate who can’t give me any answers. Finally someone from *** calls stating that the delivery would be coming Saturday 7/28/18. Now I’m furious as we have been without a fridge for over 3 weeks due to it breaking and no one communicating in regards to our appliances. Today, we were told they would be here between 1045am-2:45pm. They come at 3pm- no call to say they’re coming or running behind like the company says they will do. We had paid extra to have the over the counter microwave installed and the guys who were delivering told us they couldn’t do it due to having no tools. Then they brought the wrong power cord for our stove and told us to go to the store to exchange it. I don’t understand how this company is still in business given all the bad reviews and it’s continujng to happen. My husband loss a day of pay Tuesday for them to not come. Then they come today and do not do what they’re supposed too. I have never been so upset and angry in my life. This company needs to be shut down. They’re wasting people’s valuable times and not delievring the services they’re supposed to be doing. I will be bringing this up to *** as well. Do not do business with this company.

I don’t know where to begin! The first delivery date of a refrigerator(expensive), the mn didn’t even take it off the truck. I called seconds later and they refused to turn around. The customer service agent hung up on me 2x and told me I had to wait until Tuesday. I had my son wait at the house and they called me and told me they were on their way.
2 hours later, my refrigerator was not delivered. They told the “dispatch” the color of my home and also the color of the Audi that was in the driveway... They NEVER rang the doorbell. I called again and due to my frustration, I was hung up on 2x again. Now the new tentative date is Thursday(now it’s been a week)!
I had an amazing time at Homedepot picking out my new appliance and they were great, unfortunately because Homedepot contracts these incompetent, lazy liars.. I will never buy another appliance from them.
I do have to say, although I lost at least $500 on groceries for the fridge, Homedepot delivered a small fridge to my home so I can at least put my organic milk, butter and eggs in a fridge. HD really went out of their way to make me happy and I really appreciate it but and big appliances will no longer be purchased there until they fire Spirit Delivery. I have never seen such disregard for the customer. They have a “F” rating and if you google them you’ll see why. They really suck and I’m surprised they are in business. What an embarrassment.

Good evening. I purchased a washer and dryer through *** back in March and they used Spirit as a delivery service. I filed a claim in April with them because they damaged my bathroom floor during the delivery. I have tried to contact the person assigned to handle my claim at Spirit by email twice and phone once in the last month and have gotten no response about a status. Her name is Milva D. I also left another message last Monday with the claims department and got no call back. I am very frustrated by their lack of communication with me and feel as if this claim should have been resolved by now. I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

I ordered brand new appliances from *** and Spirit was the delivery company chosen to deliver my items. I had a washer and dryer delivered. After the delivery I nonitced a dent in my wall from the technician walking up the stairs with my appliances. I called the local office immediately and was told by Tom that I would receive compensation for $100.00 I order to have my walls repaired. My delivery was on April 12, 2018 and I have yet to receive the funds promised. I called a few weeks ago and spoke to Jennifer and she stated she would be reaching out to the corporate office about the issue and I haven’t heard anything yet. It has been over 90 days and I have yet to receive the check or a return call back from the company

I order appliances ( a fridge, washer and dryer) from *** on June 28, 2018 with a scheduled delivery of Friday July 6, 2018. At 2 pm that Friday the delivery service Spirit Logistics called to say a Truck had broken down and my appliances would not be delivered. This was by voicemail and I was told if I had any questions to call back. I tried calling back for 2 hours, would wait on hold saying I was calling number 7, 6 etc. By the time I made it to caller 1 or 2 after being on the phone for 15 minutes it would bring me to a voicemail saying the customer services representatives are busy and to leave my name number and problem. I left multiple voicemails and no one called me back. So they told me my new delivery date would be Sunday July 8,2018 from 10-2. By 230 I had no appliances and no call or explanation. I waited around until 5 and gave up. I now get a phone call saying it will be delivered Tuesday. Still have not talked to an actual person. I still have no appliances and have wasted two days waiting for them.

Damage occurred to the home during the deliveries and as a result of poor installation of the ice maker. Dropped refrigerator doors gouging the floor, forcing the storm door making it no long operational, chipping paint and water getting under the flooring occurred. A claim has been filed, estimates provided to Spirit and their adjuster come into the home. The damage has been reported and documented.

Worst delivery experience ever. I will Not buy appliances or any delivery item from any of their client stores again
Manufacturers and their big store clients should be ashamed continuing to do business with this company

mSpirit Delivery services, they are a third party delivery service that many companies use for installation of appliances. BEWARE. We ordered this washer/dryer from a company that uses a spirit. This was a MISTAKE. IT TOOK over 8 VISITS TO GET IT INSTALLED PROPERLY, and it is still not installed!!! Visit 1 - didn't bring a stacking kit Visit 2 - We had purchased the stacking kit online and they brought the WRONG ONE. Visit 3 - They brought the correct stacking kit, but these installer said the Maytags were not "compatible" with our space and we needed to SWITCH THEM FOR LGs. I was forced to go to the store IN PERSON to exchange the Maytags for LGs (that were more expensive), Visit 4 -- The installer came SEVERAL HOURS LATE, (by the way there is NO continuity whatsoever -- each visit was a different team and we had to re-invent the wheel multiple times)... The installer the fourth time said the third installer was WRONG and was just lazy because Maytags are heavier and harder to install, but still doable. We switch the LGs BACK to the MAYTAG. Visit 5 - they install the Maytag Washer/Dryer -- it works, BUT we realize after the fact that it was installed TOO CLOSE TO THE WALL and we cannot turn on and off the water supply. Visit 6 -- THEY NEVER EVEN SHOW UP. They tell customer service they are "coming" at 1:30PM, then tell them several hours later that they actually stopped by at 12:30PM (NOBODY EVER CAME I WAS HOME THE WHOLE TIME, they took a picture of some random person's front door, not mine -- my house is made of stucco and they took a picture of a brick house, as "proof")... Visit 7 -- They show up AND REFUSE TO DO THE JOB EVEN THOUGH IT IS ON THE PAPERWORK AND LEAVE WHILE I AM IN TEARS. THEY CALLED THEIR MANAGER AND GAVE THEM A FALSE REPORT OF WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED IN FRONT OF ME... They were rude and sketchy this time and I felt uncomfortable/unsafe being home alone with them... Hopefully Visit 8 is better????

This company was hired as a third party distributor fo*** to deliver and install new LG refrigerator. Two days after installation, kitchen was flooded. Spirit then sent 2 service people to inspect. Neither could communicate with us. *** then sent Geek squad agent who determined that installation of waterline was faulty, causing the flood. Recent kitchen renovations, including new floor were ruined. *** instructed us to file a complaint with Spirit. We returned necessary forms to Spirit with photos and supporting documents. It has been well over 4 weeks and we have not heard back.

I purchased a new washing machine and Spirit Delivery delivered it. However, when bringing it into my condo, they damaged the walls considerably, putting deep dents in the wallboard that requires patching and repainting. I filed a claim and submitted all the documentation they requested, including pictures of the damage, description, and an estimate for the repair. I submitted all of that info on April 4, 2018. Since that time, I have requested via email an update on the status of my claim in 4 emails and I have not received any response at all. I am certain they are hoping I will just forget about it, but the damage is over $1000 that they caused and they need to repair it. This is my claim #:

Really should be able to give 0 stars. Hands down the absolute worst company ever. Ordered our washer and dryer from home depot. Their delivery schedule was backed up over 2 weeks ok, I get it. The day before the call for scheduling the FOUR HOUR drop off window was a robo-call with NO information and NO way to talk with someone. Drop off window comes and goes- yes. All FOUR HOURS. Not a word. Call to find out what is going on- at this point it is 7:30pm. It is either wait to get them that night, they are and hour and half behind, or 3 days later- because they can't reload them the next day... We gave them until 9:30 at which point we, again, can get a hold of no one, no word from anyone. Next day, no one is answering calls. Call home depot- appliances are in Norton??? And earliest drop off is now 4 days. Our family of 5 needs their laundry done and we're waiting on your incompetance. Pathetic.
