I ordered a washer and a drier. On their arrival, the delivery/installation team misinformed me saying that the ordered washer and drier will not fit into my space because of the depth, which is incorrect. I believe they did not want to carry items to the 3d floor. I remeasured everything and reconfirmed dimensions with the sales person from the store and asked to reprocess my order. The second team arrived and told me the washer and drier will not fit again, now because of the height although the depth if fine (the same washer and drier). They haven’t even tried and did not have a roller with them. Again INCORRECT! Everything should fit. After hours on the phone, finally they told me that they cannot redeliver my items (3d time) and I need to place a different order. The store will also charge me 15% restocking fee for their own mistake and their people being unprofessional.
Worst service! I wasted two days waiting for deliveries and hours on the phone.

Spirit Delivery delivered my refrigerator from Best Buy. I needed to exchange the product due to a poor seal on the freezer. The delivery team tried to remove the defective refrigerator from my home with the doors still attached. I explained to the team that the last delivery team had to remove the doors to fit through the doorways of the home. The delivery man assured me they would make it fit. They damaged the first door way they passed through. I asked them again to remove the doors of the refrigerator. They did not and got the refrigerator stuck in the doorway entry to the home. They did $1000 worth of damage to my home.
I opened a claim with them on November 2nd. The woman who works in the claims department was very quick to respond the my inquiries prior to submitting my claim. After I submitted my claim she would not answer my phone calls. I have called her over 100 times. She either answers it and immediately hangs up or just lets it go to voicemail. I've left her countless voicemails and emails.
I'm very disappointed that Best Buy would use a company that is so poor, you cannot even get them on the phone to get an answer. Highly upsetting.

Purchased washer and dryer from *** store in Hiram, GA. Both were delivered by Spirit Delivery on 9/29/17. My house incurred major water damage as a result of the water hose not being properly/securely attached to the washer during installation. After several weeks of communication with *** Insurance and Spirit Delivery, on Saturday 10/28/17 I received a letter dated 10/24/17 from Spirit Delivery stating that “there is a delivery ticket in our file initialed and signed [by me] indicating no damages to your property”. Yes, that was true at the time I initialed. There was no property damage when they left my house. The flooding happened after they left (at the end of the wash cycle, when the water was draining out of the washer). They started the washer after they installed it, then they left. Either the water hose was not properly attached or the clamp that’s supposed to hold the hose in place was not secured tightly enough by the installer.

The Spirit delivery men damaged my fence, two fence posts and fence gate during their delivery of a washing machine and dryer. Spirit Delivery was scheduled to remove a previously damaged dryer from our house. The Spirit Delivery men removed the damaged dryer from our house and instead of putting the dryer on their delivery truck, as scheduled, the men squeezed it through our backyard fence and left it outside. They did not remove the gate or take the time to maneuver the dryer through the gate. The men abruptly scraped the vinyl fence, broke the gate latch and dented the fence post in their disgust with their task and haste in attempting to move onto their next task. A loss of property report has been filed with Spirit with photos., two repair estimates, and a statement from a witness as required by Spirit Delivery & Distribution. These were sent by post office, certified mail with return receipt. I received the receipt which was signed on 8/4/17 from Spirit Delivery. I have called with no success of securing a resolution.

I have never worked with more incompetent people ever. Home Depot should be ashamed to use this company. I ordered a washer and dryer. Waited the first day 8 hours - no call, no show. Took off a second day - they called mid-day and said they couldn't come because they lost the dryer. They re-ordered the dryer and scheduled a third day. The third day they actually show up and ONLY HAVE THE DRYER. They refuse to remove the old dryer because "you didn't pay for that" even though I showed them the order. Washing machine is lost this time. Call the company and "the system messed it up and only put one on the truck". Going to take a 4th day and hope they show up with the washer. I should have cancelled by now. Saving a little money isn't worth this.

I bought a refrigerator from *** and Spirit Delivery and Distribution was supposed to have it delivered of Saturday 9/9/17 between 4:15PM and 8:15PM and the delivery driver was supposed to call 30 minutes prior to arrival. I called Spirit at 6:45PM to ensure that the delivery was still on track because their offices close at 7PM, I was assured quite rudely by Billy that the delivery would happen. Once 7:45 came and went without a call from the delivery driver I contacted the ASM at *** and their records indicated that the delivery would take place around 10:30PM, which is just ridiculous. I have since had no contact from Spirit, so I called the morning of 9/11/17 and was connected with yet another customer "disservice" representative Melanie, who very rudely informed me that my delivery was scheduled for 9/12/17 but she would not give me a timeframe. So I called *** ASM again and was told that I was scheduled in the 4:15PM to 8:15PM timeframe again, never mind that I am without a refrigerator for four days now. I have absolutely zero confidence that I will be getting my refrigerator tonight or any other day or night for that matter. It only takes a few hours research to discover that this company is nationwide and so is their inability to perform even the most basic functions of delivery by any acceptable standard. Therefore, will I am in the process of reporting Spirit to every consumer advocacy platform imaginable, I am forced to request assistance from the Revdex.com so that I might possible, maybe sometime in the future get my refrigerator rather than letting them abscond with it, and I know it will have no bearing improving the service that this company falsely claims to provide. It is obvious that this conduct of behavior is a standard business practice and Spirit has no intention of attempting to rectify this situation or any other bad situation, ever.
