If there was a way to give a negative rating I would but clearly there is not! Best Buy hires Spirit Delivery to deliver or haul away deliveries. Two very rude, obnoxious delivery men entered my home to haul away an old television that was supposed to be taken away 3 days ago when I had best buy/geek squad deliver my brand new 75" 4K Samsung TV and TV stand which I also had paid extra to have them build the TV stand and set up the new TV but claimed on Tuesday the old TV was too large for them to haul away so they would have to have 3rd party come back to do so. I then had to take another day off from work to have them come back to haul away the old TV. They came into my den where the old TV was and through their dolly again my brand new TV stand and damaged it!! when I told them to please be careful of my furniture since it is new and I removed the old wooden dolly away from my TV stand, of course there was a piece of wood missing from the shelf and I immediately said please call your boss and tell him I will need a new one and please just be careful. That is when the one guy insisted to scratch the damaged area with his thumb and proceed to tell me it was there and say it was old. When I then reminded him that I only purchased it a few days ago and the Geek Squad only built it 3 days ago in my home so no it was no damaged it was brand new! so please just stop touching my furniture and just write down it was damaged and call your boss and then get my old TV out of here. That is when the guy insisted to walk around my home and my kitchen where one of my daughters was doing her HW!!! and I kept yelling at him to please just remove the TV which is why he was here and leave. he got some Kareem from BEST BUY Corporate on the phone who I spoke to and he called me and then as I was on the phone with this Kareem from BEST BUY Corporate, was when he again proceed to go touch my furniture again and I told him to please stop touching my furniture and to get my TV out of my house which is what he was here for and if he wasn't going to listen that I would have to call the police!! at this point, I felt threatened because he is not listening to me and he is touching things in my home and making me feel very unsafe especially with my 9 and 12 year old daughters. I have NEVER EVER been harassed by any delivery person this way before and I will be pressing charges! BEST BUY should care about what type of delivery company they hire to delivery their items!! are they serious?? so now 2 days I have taken off from work and I am still starring at this old TV?? this is absurd!!! please someone help get this business out of business or actually employee workers that actually care about their jobs!! their are so many people w/out jobs and these people are disgusting entering homes and disrespecting our homes and the items we spent so much money to purchase and then will turn around and treat us this way?? it's unreal!! if they are not good at their job or don't want to do their job then they need to find a new one!!! it's enough!! their reviews online says it all!!! Best BUY should be help responsible also. We have families also in our home and these men are entering our homes because we have no choice!!! BEST BUY does!!!! enough is enough!

Spirit Logistics Network was hired by *** to deliver a new washer, dryer, and refrigerator to our newly built house. Items were delivered and installed. They broke the washer pan during install and instructed me to call *** to get it replaced. The delivery guy started a washing cycle before they left. The washer began to drain and the drain hose was not hooked up correctly and water began to flood the floor below. I called them they turned around came back and fixed it. Again, told me to call *** to get any repairs corrected. A few days later I noticed lint was coming out from underneath the dryer. Again, they did not hook the dryer up. It was noticed the plastic wrapping was still on the refrigerator. When pulling off the plastic a scratch was notice. I called *** several times to set up a claim. They finally turned my claim over to Spirit. After several emails and follow ups on my end I was told my claim was not valid. My invoice and photos were not sufficient for the claim. The emails I have from them do not add up to my denial letter which I had to request twice. They also told me they know their delivery guys and all this never would have happened and I should have put a new pan down before the washer was installed. (It's a brand new house) The claims adjuster want to hear anything I had to say. I was suppose to receive a phone call from Eric and I am still waiting. This company is unprofessional. Stay away!

2/20/18 I purchased a refrigerator from ***
2/24/18 the refrigerator arrived for delivery. Delivered by *** subcontractors Spirit Delivery. The delivery person proceeded to spend 30 minutes smashing the refrigerator into my walls causing thousands of dollars worth of damage before stopping and telling me he hurt himself and had to leave. He told me his friend would come to repair the damage. I declined and said I’m reporting the incident. I called *** who pawned me off on Spirit’s claim department. I filed a claim and was asked to send in an estimate and photos. I provided an estimate from a reputable contractor who does restoration work for insurance companies in the amount of $5576.83.
3/29 I was told Spirit wanted to have their contractor inspect and an appointment was set for 12pm. A representative showed up 3 hours late and I showed him the damage. He then informed me he actually wasn’t a contractor. To this day I do not know who it was and Spirit has not explained who he was.
4/5 claims rep told me my estimate was accepted and claim would be processed in 6-8 weeks
4/6 I sent an email asking for written confirmation of the claim being processed. I was then told the claims rep had to review the claim with her manager
4/13 I was told they wanted to send another contractor out to inspect and it would happen “sometime next week” I responded and said you have had 8 weeks to inspect and I’m paying out of pocket to have the repairs done on 4/19 because the conditions are dangerous but someone can come and inspect before that. I also asked for the claim rep’s managers info.
4/18 I was told they received my emails and provided me with the managers information. I left a voicemail for the manager with no return call
4/19 I paid to have repairs made
4/20 icalled & left another message for the manager no response.
4/22 left another message for manager & email to claim rep. No response
4/23 left messages for manager and rep. No response.

On December 31 2017, I purchased a fridge, a stove, a dishwasher and a microwave from *** It totaled including taxes $5,089.29.
Delivery date was set for the 9th of January 2018. It was a rainy day when they delivered the appliances. My wife and I have a family daycare in the first floor, and they delivered to the second floor.The microwave was not delivered that day.
My wife came upstairs to check on the appliances, the two delivery men asked her to check the appliances to see if they were ok,they pushed a piece of paper in front of her and told her to sign. she did, at the time she tought she was signing to say that the appliances were ok, the fridge had a dent, they agreed to send a new one and exchange. She gave them $50 .They left, because of the rain she had to wash the steps where they had walked, that is when she noticed that they were full of scratches, she called me, and that made us very upset.We contacted *** immediately, and they had someone from the delivery company call us.
They said someone would come to check the damage. Also a Huge beautiful painting we have on the wall was damaged, and few places on the walls . They asked for estimate and photos, we sent it. After calling them many times and nothing.
On April 4t a Milva D sent us a letter and said that from the photos we sent it showed pre-existing damage, they never bothered to send someone to check.
We have hundreds of witness (friends) that can vouch for us that our stairs were perfect prior to the delivery.Than she said I signed ,and in the bottom it says that there was no damage to the residence. But when they told my wife to sign, all the guy said was " check the appliances to see if they have any problems" they should have said "check the house to see if there is any problem".
Now they refuse to fix their mess, in the same paper on the top has a place for the delivery person to fill where it says" Pre-existing damage" they left blank.

We had appliances delivered by the Spirit Delivery Co. on November 24, 2017. The delivery men put deep gauges in our driveway. We contacted the company and were given a process in which to complete an insurance claim form. We have done this and submitted all information along with a quote. No one contacts us and we cannot get in touch with anyone to repair the damage. The damage was $1,900 dollars.

I purchased a washing machine from ***. Spirit handles their delivery and installation. They connect the hot water line to the cold water spigot and vice versa. This resulted in the spigot failing and the washing to continually fill with water. I had to have a plumber come to turn off the water as they torqued it too tight (even he needed a wrench) and an appliance repairman to replace the ruined parts.

Ordered over $2.5K of appliances from Home Depot in Burlington NJ. Home Depot uses this company for their logistics / deliveries. I took the day off from work to be there during the deliver & install of my appliances between 11am - 2pm. At 1pm I had reached out to Home Depot to understand where my appliances are and I was told that Spirit never loaded my appliances onto the truck and would have to be rescheduled at a later time. Unfortunately since my appliances are aging and I was informed that they would be delivered on the 9th of March I would be ok. Especially since my dish washer and stove have failed and my refrigerator is failing. After several attempts to reach someone at Spirit with at all levels as well as reach someone at Home Depot with authority to make executive decisions I have no other choice to go to a competitor. However if that competitor of Home Depot uses Spirit for their delivery I will decline the sale and find someone who is not using them.
From an executive to an executive I strongly suggest that Mr. Joe *** either close his business or find new managers to run the business. Based on consumer reports for the past 2 years your rating has dropped dramatically and have received a "F" rating from the Revdex.com.

Spirit Delivery & Distribution located in Tucker, GA needs to be investigated. They are an appliance delivery company that handles deliveries for companies such as Home Depot, Sears, Best Buy, and hhGreg. There are numerous complains on how they conduct their business. Please visit the Revdex.com to read the many complaints submitted by others. This company appears to operate under the business model of not showing up for their scheduled and confirmed appointments, as well as stating to their clients (a.k.a. the Home Depots of the world) that they have delivered appliances to the consumer on those “appointments”, when in fact they did not. This company is extremely difficult to work with and I am extremely surprised that companies as large as *** still do business with them. When I called to speak with the management of these companies in the area to ask why they continue to use Spirit Delivery as a vendor with this many complaints, they state that this is the only delivery company in the area that can handle the volumes and the territory. Hmmm, seems like a monopoly to me or possibly a good idea to start a new business to throw some competition in the mix. Either way, the company does not seem to be willing to handle customer complaints in a professional swift manner. One would have to wonder if Spirit Delivery & Distribution received a little negative media attention, would this wake them up so they could start to operate with R.I.S.E values (respect, integrity, service, excellence) as their website and business model indicates? One could only hope…..

on January 11, 2018, I received delivery of a washer and dryer that were purchased from *** The individuals who delivered them also installed them in my upper level laundry room.

The following morning (Friday, January 12), I heard the sound of dripping water within the wall of my master bedroom that is located on the lower level of my home and directly below the laundry room. When I returned home later that evening, I still heard that dripping sound.

Obviously, I was concerned about the matter so I called a contractor the following day (Saturday) to try to determine the problem. He determined that there was a steady leak of water from the hot water valve connected to the washer. Therefore, the valve had to be replaced.

I have owned my previous washer for over 16 years and never had any problems with leakage of water or any other problems. But, less than 24 hours after the new washer was installed, water began to leak from the hot water valve.. It is obvious to me that the installer caused the problem.

The contractor repaired the hot water valve and repaired the drywall in the laundry room and in the master bedroom. A hole in the drywall of the master bedroom was needed to actually determine that there was a leak.

I have one photo of the hole made in the master bedroom and a video of the sound of water dripping. Since the contractor has already made the repair, I need to be reimbursed for all repair expenses totaling $341.93. I have receipts.

It is obvious to me that the damage to the hot water valve was caused by the installation person. There were no previous problems with leaking of any kind prior to the installation of the washer.

I WAS PROMISED MY DELIVERY ON THE 12TH AND NO ONE TOLD ME IT WAS CANCELLED AND NOW I HAVE PAID THE CONTRACTORS TO MEET THEM

The company has been giving poor service for over 3 months. 2/3/18 the driver had me take my food out for over 5 hours. I had to move heavy furniture and they never returned. I called the office and they hung up on me without a return call.

On November 15, 2017, Spirit Delivery services delivered appliances I purchased at *** in North Attleboro Massachusetts. During the process of delivery they damaged our brand new hard wood flooring.After filing my complaint with *** on that same day, Spirit Delivery was told by ***'s insurance company to contact me withing 5 buisiness days.
I receiced a letter 10 days later from Spirit Delivery asking me to submit photos, eye witness statements, and an estimate to repair.
Spirit Delivery recieved the aformentioned documents on 12/12/2017 via USPS registered mail.
To this day, January 9,2018. noone from Spirit Delivery has contacted me.
I have called their offices hundreds of times leraving my cell phone, work phone, and home phone numbers and yet they simply choose to ignore me.
My initial cost to repair the damage was approximately $1600, but due to the nature of our new flooring, which is a rare Brazilion Tiger Wood,, replacement flooring may not match the floor in tone and color, meaning the entire floor will need to be replaced if too much time elapses. I have explained this to the people at *** and theyre insurance company,

We ordered 6 appliances from *** in *** and Spirit was the delivery company who was to deliver the appliances. They failed to deliver our appliances on the day and times (because their trucks broke down again). There were four attempts to deliver our appliances unsuccessfully. I spoke to the office manager, Rocio, and she assured me she would contact the corporate office to see what could be done about compensating us for each time (since we had to take time off work to be *** for the deliveries). I also left several messages for the manager Tom and he never replied or tried to contact even to apologize for the inconvenience to us. The first delivery made, the guys damaged the refrigerator and had us sign paperwork stating Spirit would send us a check for $100 and we have not received it. We ordered our appliances the first week of July and did not receive all of them until late August. Even *** tried to contact Spirit and did not receive a response. I reached out again in November and left another message for Tom the manager and nothing. Their customer service is appalling and unprofessional and I will never order appliances from *** because they use their services.

Worst experience with a delivery ever. Avoid *** if you do not want a horrible experience upon delivery. Disrespectful, and down right rude employees. Beware.

Absolutely ridiculous, I would never recommend these liars. First off *** told me that my delivery was scheduled for 12/21/2017. The automated system called me 12/20 and confirmed that my delivery was 12/21 with a 0830-1230 window. I called the company 12/21 just to confirm because I had someone sitting around waiting, only to be told that my window was from 2-6 and no one in the office changed it. I was a little confused but I went along, the representative then informed me that I was #15 on the list and the truck was currently on number #10. I call back for an update and was told that my delivery is scheduled for 12/22/2017 from 2-6, they then told me that I never had a delivery scheduled for 12/21/2017. The manager is terrible and needs training on customer service. Please shut these people down they are HORRIBLE!

This company gave me a paper to sign after they delivered the product claiming that this paper was to agree that I have received the product, which was a dryer. The form did not contain from what I saw pertaining to damage of personal belongings or home when I signed it. The people lifted the dryer and dragged it across my new vinyl flood and ripped it in 3 spots. The molding was also cracked in one spot and loose in the other. The company gave me a letter after I complained to them and showed them photos of the damage that it wasn't their fault, so I guess they used the papers I signed against me, even though in conclusion they did damage my house. Now I am stuck with a damaged laundry room with no money to pay for it, because I used a cc to purchase the dryer from home depot. Not only, they delivered 2 broken dryers, where the gas leaked for the night on the first one, that the NJ company had to warm me that it was at dangerous levels. It was probably on recall so I had to repurchase an electric one. Please do something, I see so many bad reviews with this company and they don't want to take action. They do not want to own up to what they did. It is not fair to me or anyone else dealing with them. Thank you.

I bought a stove from *** which was supposed to be delivered on the 9th of December but didn't. Proceeded to call Spirit Delivery & Distribution to find out what had happened with the delivery and was told that the stove was back ordered and Spirit would deliver it on the 16th of December. Well the 16th of December came and went and I still have not received my stove. I was told that the driver was in a car accident that day and he called out so there was so other driver that could make the delivery. So Spirit reschedule the delivery for today (12/20/17) from 11:30 - 3:30 delivery window. It's 4:43 PM in *** as i'm writing this message and there has been no delivery yet. I've called costumer service about 2 times so far today and they keep telling me that they can not get in touch with the drivers. Last time I called I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold about 40 minutes and then they proceeded to hang up on me. This company should not be in business. They have stolen my stove and refuse to give me real answers.

This company needs to be looked into by authorities. I'm fairly confident they are running a scam.
*** scheduled my delivery for a washer/dryer on 12/12/17 between 12-4pm. They showed up at 6:30pm with ONLY the dryer. The "manager" called me at around 8:30pm to re-schedule delivery on 12/13/17 for "before 10am." The driver called me at 9:30am and said he was "10 minutes out." The driver never showed. When I called the call center for Spirits, first they said they couldn't "locate their delivery team," then they said that the "washer was not on the truck."
I rescheduled for the next day, 12/16/17 for 9:45am - 1:45pm. The delivery did not show up. At 12:30pm, I called and was told "they were on deliver #3 and I was #7." I called back again at 4pm to which I was told "they are only on #2." I asked for a manager and I sat on hold for over an hour before I had to hang up and try again. This time I was told that they "skipped my route and were on #17."
It's clear that my washer I paid for is not coming to me. I will be returning to *** and will literally pay more at another store for the same washer to not have to deal with Spirits ever again.
They need to be "looked into" by authorities. 80 complaints filed with an F score. What is anyone doing about this scam company?

I purchased a dryer from ***. The delivery men from Spirit Delivery, damaged my woodwork when they were removing and installing my dryer. I was told by Spirit to get estimates for the damages caused by the delivery men. I gave them two estimates and they do not want to pay either. They only want to give me $200.00 which will not cover the $650-$800 in damages that they did in my home. This was September 30, they do not answer the phones when you call. They offered to have the delivery men come back and repair the damage, but they did not install the dryer properly, I had to hire someone else to do because they left a giant hole in my dryer vent. They are not carpenters and to just paint the woodwork would just mask the damage. I have done everything that Spirit has asked me to do and they now refuse to professionally fix what their delivery men had damaged. I have pictures and documentation of the damage. I had two professional contractors both look at the damage and write estimates. I would be happy with just being given the opportunity to have the damage professionally repaired so that the woodwork looks like it was prior to the unprofessional delivery of the dryer purchased by ***s. I have been working with a man named James R from ***, but he claims there is nothing more he can do to help because it is now out of his hands and in the insurance company.

I AM WRITING EACH COMPANY THAT USE SPIRIT DELIVERY AND DISTRIBUTION TO INFORM THEM I WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS DELIVERED BY THIS COMPANY! I URGE YOU TO DO THE SAME! DELIVERY DATE 12/11/17

Spirit Delivery and Distribution states on their webpage “The customer experience doesn’t end when consumers leave your retail store or e-commerce website. The professionalism of your home delivery professionals can make—or break—customer satisfaction.”
With that, I was going to call Spirit Delivery and Distribution to inform them of the horrific treatment I went through with my appliance delivery .

With phone in hand very upset and in tears that the delivery people reloaded all my paid for appliances and drove off because I refused the dishwasher because they refused to do the paid install! He refused to install the dishwasher because of a past leak with the garbage disposal therefore; I was told if I refuse one I refuse all of my appliances!

I called home depot who already informed me at the beginning of my purchase that if anything goes wrong with the install of any appliance refuse it because I had 48 hours to make sure it works. This was again confirmed in front of the delivery people hearing Linda from Home depot telling them I had the right to do so and should NOT stop them from leaving my other appliances! At the same time, the driver gave me his phone with a rude person on the phone sarcastically telling me they are not Home Depot and their policy is to take back all the appliances back if one is refused!

With both Home depot representative and Spirit rep on speakerphone that could hear each other when the delivery person became hostile yelling give me my phone! I asked him to please let them talk to resolve this issue! He then snatched his phone from my hand went out the door and loaded my appliances on the truck!

I had already donated my old appliances to the church so until I can get a new delivery I have no refrigerator, dishwasher or stove! All of my food will go bad!

Not only does this affect their client Home Depot who was extremely apologetic and working as fast as she could to get upper management help to stop them as she too heard the unprofessional, rude attitudes from both the delivery person and dispatch person! I get royally screwed in more ways than one!

Again, I thought there is no way Spirit deliveries would approve of such horrific behaviors from their delivery staff or dispatch phone person! So, before calling, I decided to Google Spirit Delivery and Distribution reviews!

I was stunned to find so many other people who have had experiences just as bad to include and F on the Revdex.com and they are NOT an accredited member!
I also was wondering why any company would continue using Spirit Delivery and Distribution knowing their service is costly with horrific results for their customers!

Then it occurred to me as long as companies continue to pay for Spirit Delivery and Destitution horrendous services they do not have to care about us because we pay the companies using them! THEY DO NOT LOSE A DIME NO MATTER WHAT WE EXPERIENCE OR THE COST TO EACH CUSTOMER!

SO RATHER THAN CALL THEM I AM WRITING EACH COMPANY THAT USE SPIRIT DELIVERY AND DISTRIBUTION TO INFORM THEM I WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS DELIVERED BY THIS COMPANY! I URGE YOU TO DO THE SAME!

No one should have to pay for scratched floors, paid deliveries taken back against the policy of where the products are sold, hostile delivery people and representatives who are sarcastic, condescending and rude!

Back to the beginning, what Spirit Delivery and Distribution states on their website regarding their passion for customer service and professional staff does not square with the reviews with ratings at 1 out of 5, the Revdex.com ratings and the many horror stories customers have shared!
