I am rejecting this response because: I am a member and the letter from Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield stating they may cancel my insurance for non payment had their California address on it. My member

This member submtted an earlier appeal and the health plan sent him a response yesterday

All calls are documented when a member callsThere are no calls documented by anyone to (855) 383-They will be able to assist the member or forward the member's call to someone who can assist if the issue is regarding an ANthem Blue Cross issue

Because of health care privacy issues (HIPAA), you would need to send written documentation to the health plan indicating you are the executor of the estate of the deceasedPlease call the number given previously to get the proper mailing address to sent that document

The health plan has initiated an appeal for this member and she will receive a written response within calendar days.*** ***

OneExchange is not part of Anthem Blue CrossAnthem Blue Cross does not notify OneExchange when premiums are paid

The member contacted the health plan on 5/2/and her dispute is under reviewShe will receive a response within calendar days
