I have spent several hours on phone calls with Anthem to resolve this and sent several email regarding this through This is an unacceptable response Please call me to resolve.Attached is the transaction history of what was debited and credited from my bank account I replied to a message through Anthem's website on 10/20/submitting the bank information they requested when they responded to my request and have not heard back from them
