Review: I wanted to try sprint connect 3 landline I had 2 weeks to try it out and I was told if I didn't like it I could get my money back. After taking it back to the store several times and not being able to use it. I wanted to get my money back. The salesperson told me I was not welcome in the[redacted] sprint store and if I came back he would call the police. I said I will return it to another sprint store. He informed that no other store would take their merchandise, with 1 day left on my trail period. Does sprint really care ? 6 years no late payments. this all happened at Sprint store [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want all of money back for sprint connect 3 and I also no longer want my cell phone coverage with sprint.

Review: I went in to upgrade a phone. I was told there would be a [redacted] a month lease charge for two years on the new phone and was handed an ipad to sign in the box for the lease and my copies would be emailed to me. After having issues with the phone and other phones on my plan working I contacted Sprint customer service and was informed that I did not sign a lease but instead signed an installment agreement of [redacted] monthly for two years totaling [redacted]. Sprint corporate office took care of the agreement and got the lease put into place, my issue is the way this store has you signing a totally different agreement than what you was told and furthermore an installment agreement without disclosing the terms. I have heard nothing from the store management, I have left my number for the Mobile Now district manger on several occasions with no returned calls.Desired Settlement: The policy of this store and especially manger [redacted] who handled the upgrade I did, to be changed to where this will not happen in the future with other customers. I should have requested to see the document before signing but I have been doing business with this store for many years and did not except this.
