I was given 30 days if I wasn't satisfied with service, I have had trouble with this phone from day 1..I have contacted this company EVERY week with issues from this phone now I'm locked in this contract even tho I was not satisfied with. They have promises to reach phone if I still was having trouble and they have yet to do that. I want out of this contract. I am NOT satisfied with company. I get dropped calls CONSTANTLY and every phone call sounds like their in tunnel or it sound alike a robot or they can't hear me and vice versa.

bringing this matter to our attention. According to the
information provided Ms.
stated she has had trouble with her device since she activated service with
Sprint. Ms. stated she is wanting out of the contract due to constant dropped
calls and other network concerns..Sprint confirms
coverage based on the service address our customer provides at the time of
activation. Continuation of services
after the 14-day Sprint Satisfaction
Guarantee period constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Services
and the device agreement selected at the time of activation. As stated in our Terms and Conditions of
Service, our coverage maps show our coverage estimates using services outdoors
under optimal conditions. Coverage is
not available everywhere nor is it guaranteed. Coverage is also subject to change without notice. Service speeds are not guaranteed and depend
on the service purchased as well as other factors, such as your device, your
location, structures, buildings, weather, geography, topography, server speeds
of the websites you access, network problems, network or internet congestion,
software, signal strength or the actions of third parties. We regret that Ms.’s
experience with service in her local calling area fell short of her expectations.
We constantly monitor our network for service and capacity-related issues and
work diligently to address any issues we identify or are brought to our
attention by our customers. During our conversation with Ms.,
we advised that if her network concern is happening everywhere that she goes we
need to have her equipment serviced at one of our service and repair centers. Ms. declined this request due
to distance and concerns with safety amid the Covid-19 pandemic. We also explained if the issue is happening in
a certain location that we needed to submit a network ticket to investigate her
network concerns before we could make a decision on releasing her from her
lease agreements. Our investigation determined that the cell sites in his area
are operating within normal parameters and no current impairments have been
identified. As a courtesy we did extend
the offer to replace Ms.’s equipment with the same make and
model device, since she is the only one having issues on her account. Ms. accepted the offer and the equipment
shows to be delivered to Ms. on August 24, 2020. Based on the equipment replacement and the
lack of issues in her area from other lines on her account, we respectfully
decline Ms.’s request to port out without penalty. We have mailed a postage-paid return kit to facilitate the
return of the non-working device. If the
device is not received back in Sprint’s warehouse, Ms. will be charged the Device Purchase amount for the device. We regret any difficulties
Ms. may have encountered. If I
